Could rate it 0 stars if I could just got my front struts put on by them last year and both front struts are blowed out already! Don t go here these people are a rip off !

Called at 10 am they had to order my tires and by 2 pm my car was in shop getting new tires very affordable got 4 new tires for the cost 2 tires at Firestone

Went to this store to have a tire patched. They took us in immediately, fixed the tire and put it back on the truck in 10 minutes. Went inside to pay and they wouldn t take any money. WOW!! That s amazing! Thank you so much for 5 star service.

Had an issue with my Silverado shutting off at idle. After having my truck towed to Coleman Tire, Raymond called me immediately and told that although they were extremely busy, he'd personally take care of it ASAHP. Around 5:15pm that day, Rey called me back and said he was coming to pick me up so he could show me the issue while he worked on it and educate me on how I could possibly remedy the issue in the future should it ever happen again. We drove to Coleman, he confirmed the issue with the code scanning tool. He actually drove me to the auto parts store to get the parts. He communicated with the attendant and told him exactlywhatvwe needed (thankfully because I possess almost zero knowledge of truck repairs). Rey then repaired the broken Part by installing the new parts. Truck then ran perfectly after confirming the repair with the code scanning device. Problem completely solved and he didn't even charge me a dime, but I made him take $100 for his time and efforts. Great guy, amazing service - no other human would have put forth as much effort AFTER business hours on a FRIDAY. I woukd certainly recommend Coleman Tire to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

Called at 12:30 and they said they could put the tires on in 30 minutes. Then we ended up waiting for an hour and 20 minutes, then asked when will they start on the car then they said another 10 minutes then started helping someone who got their way after we did then used our car to jump off a car that had been sitting at this place for awhile. Didn t ask for our permission. Also they are very rude and very unprofessional. I ve never seen something so unprofessional in my life. I would never ever in my life recommend this place to anyone. This place is terrible

I went to them one day to get a transmission leak fixed. They told me to come back the next day. I came back and was told to come back again. So I called and had the most unprofessional person on the phone. He kept cutting me off and hung the phone up in my face. I will never recommend them to anyone. Don t let the other reviews fool you.

Never again!!! Been doing business with this place with 2 different cars, on this specific car Ford Focus I originally went for a thermostat housing they fixed it and ended up making my oil leak. They fixed what they did and 3 weeks later I went for a water pump now my transmission leaking DON T GO HERE THEY FIXING THE PROBLEM MAKING OTHER PROBLEMS TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Hands down one of the best tire shops I've been to. Being a female they don't try and pull one over on me like so many others have ,Service is good and efficient and prices good to.

Will never do business here again! Ordered a tire 5 days ago and never received a call saying it was in. Could never get an answer when calling the office. Went by the shop and the man said he had been waiting for me to just drop by . Said their number online is incorrect. Then they couldn t get my sensor to reset so I had to go to the dealership! Save your time and go somewhere else.

This was my first time at Coleman (the receipt says The Depot Services), and I ll be back. The service was friendly, the price was fair for an oil change and tire rotation on my pickup, and two of the guys servicing my car stopped to find me and point out quirks on my car. Old issues I already knew about, but still appreciated the good intention. Saturday hours are especially convenient. It s cash only, so be prepared for that. It did take some time, but they were quite busy. It was a cold day, and they invited me to wait inside even with my large dog, putting chairs in a separate area so not to disturb other customers, which I found quite thoughtful. The pickup is my beater, so I didn t bother asking what brand of oil was used, etc.; ask if that s important to you.

Daughter had flat tire at college. She put spare on and took it to Coleman Firestone. We live over 2 hours away. I called ahead for her so they would be expecting her. Raymond took really good care of her and repaired the flat quickly. Price for service was fantastic. Thank you for all the help and the ease of doing business on the phone. Daughter was pleased and was thrilled to have her car back on the road thanks to Coleman Firestone.

Had to take my car here a total of five times and they still didn't fix the issue after they was the ones who messed it up. I only went there cause of the dealership but if I was paying my vehicles would NEVER go there.. lesson learned....PS: the guys working on my vehicle was very nice but I would never go back all because of Ray

Before I start this rant, I want to be clear I am a fair individual. But this place is unprofessional and uncaring. Coleman Tire and Service messed up my coolant system and I was stuck in Atlanta traffic. When I got my car fixed by another mechanic I came to the shop and he refused to even take accountability to the mishap on my car. I came to the shop with an easy going tone. But that wasn t my first fail from the shop. I spent 4 hours on back to back days in a shop waiting for them to get me a part and they simply said they couldn t. If you asked me he was being lazy. My first encounter with the manager was last year for something minor I can t remember why bt when I was on the phone to my friend about a video game, he comes saying I need to spend my time doing something Moreno productive. I quickly replied and told him I go to grad school at gcsu. He smirked and said get a part time job . I replied I teach 7th grade creative writing . After that he said ok you do deserve to play some games. Like why are you in my conversation in the begin with? He was rude and very unprofessional. I legit do not recommend this place at all to anyone. Find yourself a mechanic who cares and doesn t try to cheat you over.
