Had my trucks first service done. Everything was good. They also replaced a wiper motor on a vehicle that had just gone out of warranty by a few days at no cost. This is third vehicle I purchased here. They will have my future business.

They charge way too much and they want you to wait forever but don't give you a loaner vehicle. How had could it have been to slap on dealer plates. I will NEVER go there again! The window switch was only a $50 part but it cost me a total of over $600. The fuel tank needed replacing and they said it would be over $1200, I didn't have that done because way too expensive and the car is only worth that. I am going to buy another car but not from them. They lost my business!

I had my car towed there to get repaired and they repaired it. I drove it for one day and it broke down again. I sent it back and it broke down again. Sent it back it broke down again. I had to call the CMC corporation order together these people to repair the problem not the symptom why the car was rupturing the fuel line. They in turn were irritated because I call the corporation. So, from that point on they were incredibly rude and up noxious. Finally repaired the car after I opted to order my own parts, because they wanted to charge me 1200.00 for a fuel pump. I will never ever use this service department they were completely incompetent. The service manager even tried to blame because I purchase the car form my bank and not a dealership because the failed to fix the three times. Not, only that the rupturing of the fuel line put me and my family in danger. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

We stopped by for help with a fuse at about 4:30. We were told that it probably was not a fuse problem, and everyone was already going home although closing time was 6:00 pm. No one was interested in even checking the fuse for us.

So far I have had a good experience with the service department, staff were professional and polite. The waiting area is clean and bright.

My wife and I bought a used car today for our son. Good experience!!!! The salesman, Matt, did not rush us and was very helpful. I believe we were given a fair deal.

Don't waste your time going here if you're on a budget they do not seem to want to help you find something that's not overpriced in their inventory very disappointed wound up buying at Hutchinson Automotive in Macon
