I loved everything about this dealership. I have been in many dealerships and always felt like I was getting screwed. These guys were very honest with the process. I was in and out within 40 minutes to buy a truck. No more sitting for hours to buy a vehicle. I will always shop here when in need. Mr Richard was my sales guy and he is awesome! Very respectful and helpful.

Your parts guy is a joke , he more interested in your 30% restocking fee enforcement than helping me find the belt that I need . And yet I m paying 3 x the price I could of paid online for the same ac delco and on top of that it s not a part you have on a shelf I m still waiting to have it shipped in . If you are going to have someone in your parts department You should at least train them in how you identify parts and what the numbers on a label mean

My wife and I went to the dealership looking for a great vehicle that probably would be her last car purchased and we were dreading the car shopping nightmare. Luckily, we ran into Richard Hester the Sales Consultant at Childre Chevrolet. He was low-key, knowledgeable, a great listener, friendly and just a very pleasant person to deal with. Compared to Salesmen at other dealerships, Richard was a shining star! He listened to what my wife wanted in features, type of vehicle, (certified & pre-owned), color, and rideability. We never felt pressured to buy or given the "hard sell" and he just went over the features and attributes of the SUV and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. My wife test drove 2 SUV's the first day and went back the next day for a second test drive on the SUV that was to become the one she purchased. We gave Richard a check for $1,000.00 to hold the SUV while my wife arranged her finances to sell some stock holdings to pay the dealership. Again, never did we feel pressure or stress in completing the deal. This was one of the best experiences for us when spending a large amount of money and we felt stress-free and comfortable. This was due again mostly to Richard Hester, the Sales Consultant, that walked us through completing the deal and making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Childre has a real gem of a sales person in Richard Hester. Thank you!

Easy to schedule. Arrived a few minutes early and vehicle was taken right back and serviced. Very easy to get the appointment scheduled, get vehicle in and serviced quickly. Didn't take but 30 minutes....will definitely go back.

Our daughter purchased her first vehicle from Nathan. It was priced well and they took $500 more off the price. She was treated with respect and the paperwork went quickly. We live an hour away and they held the vehicle for her until we could come back to get it for a small deposit. The customer service was excellent. We have purchased over a dozen vehicles and this was the smoothest transaction ever. She was able to get a reliable and well kept vehicle for a very good price. She is very pleased with her truck and the treatment she received.

I had a wonderful experience with Richard Hester. He sold me my very first brand new vehicle, A beautiful blue 2023 trailblazer. The staff is really nice, the environment is relaxed and comfortable and they were not pushy at all like some other dealerships. The process was smooth and the price was where I wanted.

I started working on a deal to purchase a vehicle from Childre Chevrolet nearly a month ago. This was kind of a complicated transaction for a number of reasons which I won't bore any of you with. What I can say is that from the beginning, Jonie was very attentive and responsive to my many, many, many questions and worked with me from nearly 3,000 miles away.....which also included having the vehicle picked up from a specialty transport company.This business deserves more than just a 5 STAR Google Review. If you are looking for excellence in Customer Service, ask for Jonie. She is top notch in that department!Even though I live in Washington State, I will most certainly check with Jonie at Childre to see if they have whatever it is that I am looking for first.

The staff was courteous and respectful and explained everything to me. My service was preformed and handled in a very professional manner. I had questioned the brakes and catalytic converter. However both was fine. I m so happy I traded with Childre.

Liked how the dealership didn t charge all these extra fees on everything. They were very fair and friendly. Our sales rep, Richard Hester always got back with my requests in a timely manner and helped our purchase go very easy. Enjoyed meeting and dealing with the other folks there also. Ben in the business office made signing all the documents easy and fast. Also a shout out to Nathan who helped us with some questions about the car. He also owns a bolt EUV. Highly recommended dealership.

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet 2500 Van that was customized by Explorer Vans. Explorer is located in Indiana and the dealership I purchased the van from was in Ohio. Childre Chevrolet is the nearest dealership where I can take the van for warranty service. Childre has helped resolve a couple of customization issues under the Explorer warranty. Their service Manager, Ken has been wonderful to deal with. He has a great attitude and always makes certain the task is completed. Jonie had previous experience with Explorer when she worked with a different Chevrolet dealer. She has been instrumental as a go-between to get the Explorer warranty issues resolve. I could not be happier with the excellent level of service I have received from the Childre Chevrolet service department.

Service staff was very professional and accommodating. They got my vehicle in within a week of my requesting service. The problem was diagnosed, the needed part ordered and was soon received and placed on my vehicle. It was such a welcomed pleasant experience, especially since I had been so rudely treated at the Chevrolet dealership in Macon!! I will certainly use Childre for all of my service needs in the future.

My interactions with the service desk staff was very positive. Friendly and professional. Everything went as promised. I was a little surprised they sent a email instead of a text to let me know it was ready. I see texts right away as do most people but not emails. Not a problem as I went back at time promised and car was ready. Apparently it was ready a half hour or more earlier. Good experience.

I was disrespected by Angela in the service department at Childre in Milledgeville Ga. She spoke rudely to me and gestured profanity with her middle finger behind my back. My experience was reported to Joney, Hicks, and Janice.

My sales person was Richard Hester and he did a wonderful job! From the time that I made my initial contact with Childre regarding my interest in the Sierra Denali, he responded promptly. If there was any information that I requested he always responded in a very timely manner. I took care of everything online and I was able to pick up my truck in two weeks. Richard did an excellent job!!
