Amazing work! We took our truck in to have our ridiculously sad sagging truck doors fixed. It was ready in record time!Super nice & friendly staff! Best prices around! Definitely going back for anything that needs fixed!

Worst customer service.The guy told me to come early the next day and he will service my vehicle.I came in the next morning and he told me, he had too many vehicles to work on. So he lied.

I took my 2020 Camaro to James for an oil change and a thermostat and sensor replacement. He had my car done in less than 24 hours and the cost was far less than expected or what the dealership would charge. The car was ready before the time given. James is friendly and very eager to answer any questions you may have regarding your repair. Very professional. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Cates garage. I promise you will not be disappointed. James and his wife are both good Christian people. His business reflects his testimony. Truthfulness and honesty....are rare in today's world.
