I was recommended to them from another shop, when I talked with the shop manager he said that they were about a week to a week & half out before they could look at the vehicle, I told him that was okay, my friend who owns the vehicle went there about 2 weeks later and was told that he never said anything about being behind, another week goes by and I called & said that I would like to take the vehicle to Nissan which by the way he recommended , he told me that I could get the vehicle on Saturday April 20th, that someone would be there so that I could get the vehicle, turns out I was not told the truth about someone being there, I was also told that there would be no charge for the vehicle sitting there since they didn't do much as far as them looking at it I hope & pray that I wasn't misinformed about that also, since I won't be able to get the vehicle I'm going to miss my appointment with Nissan

Excellent work tracing and correcting an issue that turned out to be a bad spark plug and low transmission fluid when Toyota five star ( more like one star) tried to tell me I needed to replace my whole transmission! Thanks again for the excellent work!!

Had my 48re just rebuilt at capitol transmission and the fellas there are outstanding! Landon is a technical genius when it comes to transmissions and the truck shifts and runs like a beauty now ,I will, if any other problems arise with my truck be taking it here ! Profesional service staff knowledgeable and very friendly ,thanks guys!

So I was referred to capitol transmission by Advanced Auto parts. I went to them because I had some transmission issues where shifting in my 2001 Hyundai sante fe was off. So I brought it in & they brought a very serious issue to my attention that I thought was something completely different. I had really bad wheel bearings & they needed to replaced asap. They told me how dangerous this could have been for me & others around you if they locked up. So I had them fix the bearings. They let me know about 1 other issue that needs to be addressed but isn't a big priority at the moment. Next to be done is the speed sensor which being on a tight fixed income will have to wait. I am very pleased with LANDON & the staff at Capitol Transmission for being very upfront & understanding. I'll see you guys next month to work on the rest. Thank you & the team who worked on the car.

Just went in to get. estimate, which was way lower than I thought. Talking with J.R. about my car (Mustang GT)he is very knowledgeable about her(my car). Service is great , met me with a smile

To Mr. Pollock, you brought us the transmission only. We repaired the transmission to your specifications. You performed the install yourself, which you did incorrectly. When you brought it back with the complaint of leaks, we fixed them, even though you caused the leaks by hooking the transmission lines up wrong and leaving out bolts during your install. When we found out the yoke of your driveshaft was broken and needed to be welded, we stopped to let you know. For some reason us repairing the transmission meant to you, that we are responsible for all the other components on your vehicle. You were the one that got upset when we let you know there would be a charge for repairing this part and you were the one that got ugly with the "transmission guy" and yes, when someone yells and cusses at you, tempers flare and unfortunately you tend to lash back out. I do apologize for that part. We shouldn't have allowed ourselves to drop to your level.

There was nothing I liked about this place, , the people they were rude and the transmission guy cussed me out after he didn't fix my truck, he said " I'm just that good I don't mess up" . I do not recomend this place to anybody. Stay away.

I had a 1987 chevorlet p30 put back together here and have seen not a drop of fluild leaking from it in over a year. Exellent service and staff.
