My experience has been top notch! The team was informative for the maintenance my vehicle would need soon, but I wasn't pressured into buying anything necessary. They checked in with me from time to time to see if I was in need of anything and to update me on my vehicle. Great customer service.

A job that was supposed to take 1-2 days has taken all week. I got four different prices the techs give so many excuses. I made it very clear what I needed before dropping off my vehicle. But they don't care they just take your money and do what they want when they want to. I'll be using a different dealership from now on this place has no professionalism.And on top of that when I went to finally pick up the car today and the tech was very rude and hounding me about getting my own parts. Why would I buy your parts if you can't even give a clear answer about your labor costs.

I got to the Honda place right at my appointment time and Diego came out and met me. My car was taken immediately and within 45 minutes it was done and I was on my way. Everything was handled very quickly, efficiently and politely.

These people deserve a negative star.. We were looking on their website at a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback. We went to look at it and the salesperson who came out was decent enough. The car was certified for 84 months or up to 100k miles whichever came first. As soon as we stepped inside things started to go downhill. We stated that we had financing secured through our bank. They said they could beat our banks interest rate. So we let them run my husbands information. They came back to the table with outrageously high numbers. We could not agree on a number and they would not tell us the actual interest rate. My husband asked multiple times. So we left. We should have stayed away. When we got home my husband did the math and we figured out that instead of them trying to beat our banks rate they were in fact more than double the interest rate our bank was offering. We spent a few days looking around and decided to go back and look at the 2019 civic again. This time I had more in depth questions. For instance a safety inspection of the car. Which they claimed they did not have even though their techs inspected the vehicle. It took me asking multiple times for the paper work before they let us see it. We then went inside to talk about the MSRP price of the car. We offered an out the door price. The salesman wanted my husband to sign some random blank piece of paper with our offer on it. Which I have learned now is illegal the sales manager came to the desk after a bit and completely ignored our offer. Instead he brought options of payments that they offered by financing through them. We stated we had financing secured through our bank. He would not take no for an answer. And on top of that he stated that if we didn t finance through a Honda dealership then Honda would not certify the car and that it had not been certified yet even though the car was already listed as certified. They would not give us the buyers order. So we left again and swore to never return. I AM SO GLAD THEY DIDN T GIVE US THE ORDER. We ended up going to a different dealership. Where we were treated like humans. We bought a Certified 2022 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback with less than 30k miles on it instead for a better deal. Don t go to Butler Honda. They are lying crooks.

Do not shop here. The sales rep was amazing and very respectful. However, some random man who didn t introduce his self who I assume is the sales manager sat down and started rudely talking about money. He tried to pressure me into letting them pull my credit. When I refused he got rude and mad. Stated that he doesn t know why I m going through my bank. He then refused to negotiate a price that had already been reach unless I allowed them to do a credit pull. The car had been damaged since the last time we saw it and they were trying to cover it up. Beware

The car went in on Thursday, we got it back Monday afternoon. I asked them to check my interior lights on Thursday. On Monday, I was told I would have to bring it back for the lights. That would require another in advance fee and could possibly involve taking the headliner down and re wiring. Could be priced in the thousands. My female friend took the car home, read the owner's manual, and got my lights to working again with out rewiring anything. I also did not receive the part they said they had to replace. I was told the problems were MY fault because it was not driven enough, So why do people want used cars with low mileage? We were treated like they probably treat most women. I know they wouldn't like THEIR female family members treated like we were. I don't know how they sleep at night. Oh, I think I do. They have pillows made of money and they sleep knowing they got every dime they could from a elderly woman.

Mike H. was amazing, caring and helpful. My key had broke and I was at the honda place in athens and had been there for hours trying to get it fix and then they informed me that the key machine was broken. I was so upset. I was ugly crying and frantically looking for somewhere to go. I did a Google search and found Butler Honda, which is an hour away from where i live, and called. I got Mike. I asked if they could make me another key and he said yes. Already he was my hero. He was very understand and helped me to calm down and made me feel like I was important. They didn't have the key I needed right then but Mike ordered it and it was there the next day. I was late to my appointment but that didn't ruffle their feathers at all. Mike came out, very friendly and personable and put my mind at easy. The service was done in a jiffy, Mike walked me to my car and made sure that the key worked perfectly. Every one their was just so nice and helpful. I had such a great experience. Also if you are in the market for a car go talk to the sales person Josh there. While I was waiting for my key, I was outside waiting, Josh came out to check on me. He is very kind and good at his job, unfortunately I wasn't in the market for one but if I had been Josh would had sold me a car. All in all if you are looking for people who care not only about your car but about you this is the place to go.

I have bought many cars over the years but the recent experience at Butler Honda was the best I have ever had. The sales people, Chance and Jason were polite, knowledgable and professional. Sales manager and finance manager, Brad and Bennet could not have been nicer or more professional, making sure everything was handled smoothly and painlessly. Everyone went the extra mile without any hard sell or pushy tactics like you often see in some dealerships. I will most certainly come back to Butler for my next car.

Update: 3/20/2021: Bought my very first Honda Accord! Everyone involved from Mr.. Sam, Mr.. Robert, and the Finance guy (name slips my mind) really helped me make the most responsible decisions when it came to picking the vehicle just right for my needs and budget. Didnt take long to get everything handled. Fastest I've ever experienced and they were right there to explain and address any questions or concerns.Five stars does not do justice but it's as high as I could go. 10 stars minimum, again!Exceptional service all around.

I hate buying a car. It takes all day and the back and forth drives me crazy. That was NOT the case with Butler Honda. Alicia is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. And the best part we bought a car and was on our way in an hour and a half! Thank you Alicia for making the process so smooth and easy. You have customers for life!
