My suggestion would be take the car for a test drive to a reputable mechanic/dealer for evaluation before purchasing. Sales staff was polite, although not willing to negotiate, and mostly over priced vehicles, but that's most used car dealerships.

This place is such a joke. Nobody ever gives u the right payment amount or date they all have different answers for everything. had to have the transmission changed twice. And you have to pay a percentage even if it s under warranty and it goes up EACH time.( mind you the car stays at home and just takes kids to school and the store) the second time I got my transmission they broke the oil dip stick on it and I drove 45 mins home leaking oil the whole way and told me I d have to drive it back for it to be replaced. If you re a spouse of someone leasing it they won t talk to you only the name on the paperwork even if your name is on the checks paying them every month. If I could give it a zero I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. We drove 3 hours here, and we re sadly disappointed- and the red flags started flying. First off, did anyone else know the same office for buying a vehicle doubles as their Bail Bond business? Very odd. I just remember having that sketchy feeling walking inside. The final straw was when we mentioned the vehicle we looked at had an oil change service light on, and asked if they would service it. They went to the back and came back and said it was changed they just forgot to reset it but didn t have the paperwork. Do not recommend

My family and I have lived and rented all over the country. Never have we experienced such wonderful landlords. The process of getting into the home was painless. Randi worked nights and weekends to process our backgrounds, credit, and other paperwork. The first week we noticed the AC wasn t working properly. Within 24 hours it was fixed. Next we noticed the sink was leaking. 10 minutes after hitting send on an email a plumber was under my sink. As a home owner and renter I recognize this speedy and professional service as nothing but magic. The staff at Beckham s are top notch which tells me the owner of this establishment is nothing short of a great boss and landlord.

We bought a car from them this past Saturday and before we even got home it was leaking coolant. It now overheats and is undrivable. We now have to pay three hundred dollars in repairs and still pay a monthly payments of three hundred dollars for a vehicle that doesn't run. We called the business to see if they would make this right but were told that any and all expenses were ours. That they could tow the vehicle to their shop and fix but we would have to pay for the tow and repairs. I have never in all y life seen a company less reputable. Please don't buy a vehicle from them they scam people out of their money and the law lets them do it.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to for the review. I went with my father to look for a used car, since mine was totaled. The guy showed absolutely no interest in helping us at all. He sort of said where he had a car in our price, and followed us around. When we showed interest in a car he would say he had the keys on him if we wanted to see the mileage or anything. We would say yes but he Never even attempted to look at anything for us. It felt like he would pay to be anywhere else besides where at work right then. Their prices were too high for the cars they had. He only showed us one small area within our parameters, and they were old, beat down, not taken care of, crap cars Way over priced. I honestly wouldn't waste the time to even go over there unless you are Completely out of options!

Really unfeeling, money-hungry people. Sold me a 2004 Mustang which you couldn't even check the oil in! The dipstick tube was gone! How can you let that off the lot? I was told it was an 8-cylinder but it was a 6. Less than 2 weeks after purchase it needs $1,800 in transmission repairs. My joke of a "warranty" covers 50% of labor and repairs and ONLY if THEY do the work. In other words, they can charge whatever they want for parts and labor and then bill me for 50% of that. I tried to talk to the owner just to ask if he honestly felt that this was a fair way to treat a customer. He won't even do me the courtesy of speaking to me. I work in the area and had hoped this would be a good experience. I'm sorry to say that it was not.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT try and rent a house or apartment from here. They re racist and very picky who they put in their homes. They will judge you by appearance by your income, and they way you talk or walk or anything. They look for any reason to tell you no. If they do offer you a house they will ask you to fill out application to run your CREDIT which they don t run first they call all of your references and employees looking for dirt and when they can t find that. They will look at your income, if they feel like they can get more out of you they will try and raise rent. I was just approved for a house and should have been signing papers by now on a 800 a month house. Mr.Beckham saw how much I bring in a month and raised the rent to 1000. He is the most crooked and greedy person I ve ever come across. I repeat DO NOT do business with this shady human being save your time and patience.

Every time I go there to pay my car note I always receive excellent service from the crew there. They always greet me with a hello and handle me with care. When I'm finished there I still be greeted goodbye. Thanks Beckham's

First we had to wait about 20 minutes before someone even came out to speak with us. Second I go inside to do a credit check just for the gentleman (whom name I did not receive till I ask where he was) to leave me sitting at his supposed desk for a whole 30 minutes. Paged him just to get told it would be a few more minutes. They lady whom I spoke with seemed rather stuck up and was also rude . I ve never felt more disrespected in my 26 years of living. My husband as well as his mom and dad have bought cars from here so he suggested we try it. I PROMISE YOU WE WILL NOT BE SPENDING A DIME OF OUR MONEY AT BECKHAM!!!

I had purchased a car from these guys back in March of 2016. I had trouble with the car July or August of that same year. I called them and asked to speak to Andrew, because that was the guy that sold me the piece of sh** and as can I trade it n. He never returned my call. So the car sat in my yard for about 2 moths before they even came and got it. Then they gonna write me a letter stating that they sold the car and that I still owe them 4000 on the car which is ridiculous. Come to find out. They never sold it. It is still sitting on their lot because I got out and check the VIN and it was the same exact car that I had had. So I advise if you are in need of a car and dont go to them. There are other car companies in Milledgeville that will work with you.

Just got my sons truck about three weeks ago. Today my son was driving down the road and the tire came off. The hub assembly broke off. He could have been killed. Do they care...No!!!!!They just said that they could not help...You would think they would want to keep their customers. But I guess not.

Went in to look at GMC truck and nobody came outside while I was looking at it. Then I went inside and asked about about it, no customers were inside and when I asked to test drive it, they said we can t sell it to me because I don t have a Georgia drivers license.

The price doubles from Facebook to the yard I ask for Mr. Beckham, not available me ready to buy cash that old dirt bike. The short salesman say to me more than double what was mentioned on the messenger cash out! I gave 4 stars because I believe Mr Beckham is better than his yard rats!

Horrible Horrible experience I had a total loss on one of the cars I purchased from them which the insurance ended up paying off...I went back to them for another car because the 1st one wasn t so bad yes it was over priced but it was what I wanted and I had no problem with paying for it but Jesus I should ve went elsewhere after insurance paid them off..I got totally ripped off for an 07 Honda almost 20,000 dollars and the car stayed on the side of the road more than on the road..I took it as a learning experience in soooo many ways but I m advising anyone who is interested in these cars take a mechanic and read the SMALL PRINT I paid for a car I don t even have!!!Yes they will Garnish your wages!!But thanks to God and my Family I made it!!

Purchased a 1999 gmc sierra on saturday. By time I got home the truck was overheating and pouring coolant out of the water pump. They want to tow it and charge ME for repairs when this was not disclosed before I bought it.

Nice selection cheep paint on alot of those vehicles WAY OVER PRICED I mean $14,500 for a 03 f140 king ranch 4x4 with 208k miles I think not!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a car from here. This place is the absolute worst. They sold me a car that was a piece of crap!
