Oh man where do I start? From the 1st communication to the moment we left the lot was nothing but positive! Will and his dad took the time to talk to us, get to know us and make our Jeep buying experience go smoother than a greased pan even when our bank was being difficult. Check it out, don t let the size of the lot scare you, Barrett and sons is where it s at. I highly recommend doing business with them. A++ in my book.

1000/10. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle. I have no words for how easy and smooth my car buying process was. Not only was it fast and convenient, but the team helped me through every step explaining everything to a T so I was aware of everything. I will definitely be sending everyone I know here!!

I purchased a Jeep Patriot from here. 2 months later it started running hot, and I had to replace the motor. After replacing the motor it still wasn't running properly, it only let me go 45 MPH, started running hot again, a blown head gasket , and it's been down for 2 months now. The warranty that came with the Jeep didn't even cover the replacement of the motor, after I've just purchased the vehicle right off the lot. I had to pay out of pocket for a brand new motor. If the motor was brand new , why didn't the jeep run properly? This place is a rip off, do not purchase a vehicle here , unless you need something temporary that last you for 2 months.

Went to this dealership mainly because of the reviews I read... I'm so glad I did! I would highly recommend Mike Barrett to ANYONE wanting to buy a car, and will go back to him in the future. He was able to get my son in a 2014 vehicle for less than he wanted to pay a month, with no problems or pressure at all! Great business man! And extremely fast! Not at all what I am used to dealing with at car lots... Thank you Mike Barrett!

Well I was without a vehicle for about a week and I did an application online for a vehicle. When I was approved for a vehicle, Mike came to Macon to pick up my whole family. I was treated with respect. I enjoyed how Mike made everything painless. After all the hard work and dedication that they showed me and my family, they inspired me to purchase another vehicle from them. I am so ready to make my payments on time and be able to purchase more from Mike in the future. I have recommended him to a lot of people.

If you want a ride, Mike is the man to go and see. His staff is awesome. They will get you in a vehicle. Very friendly staff. I purchased a great vehicle from them.I recommend them to everyone that ask where I got my car from. Would most definitely buy from them again and again.

Nothing but good things to say. Wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to check in on a problem with our truck pulling our camper. Even though their shop was closed, the owner (I assume) still went outside to give my truck a look. He Topped me off on anti-freeze and pointed me in a direction of a shop that was open that day and could help. Thanks a lot sir!

Great place. I have just went back and second car love both and both still run great. The first time I went he (Mike) trusted me enough to let me take a car home to make sure it was really what I wanted. Not saying they will do it for everyone, but this is the type of service you want when dealing with a car dealership or any organization. They offer service you may not get everywhere else.

I was extremely pleased with the transparency of Barrett and Sons in pricing the vehicle I had located on the internet. Once we discussed, I had an appointment to finalize the deal at their location in Milledgeville and I was appreciative that they made the delivery easy and nothing came up or that was not reviewed prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend Mike and his staff to anyone looking to purchase a Preowned vehicle. I did find the fact Barrett and Sons has Service and Maintenance Staff onsite as a huge plus that is helpful in that I am not going to have the extended wait times at the manufacturers dealership and a bit of a price advantage with Barrett as well. I was in and out within an hour or so. I hope this serves it's purpose to help anyone who has had and attempting to avoid a bad car buying experience.Spencer

We hit a major washout in the road while on vacation. Not only did our tire pop, but the rim was cracked and bent! Despite it being such terrible damage, Keith was able to repair it and get us back on the road again!! I was grateful to find such skilled help from such helpful folks while so far away from home. We can t recommend them enough!! You are the best!!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR GOOD FOLKS TO HELP YOU WOTH YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!!

Highly recommend Barrett & Son. After having a head on collision MVA & car were totaled, I were left with no vehicle. I researched various in & out of town car lots looking for a newly SUV. My son were here on a weekend visit & ran across my idea vehicle. I quickly visited the lot & met a man name Mike & explained to him about MVA. & he were willing to work with me to get me riding again. A few Prayers & Mr. Mike working, keeping our promise to one another he had me in my idea Newly under warranty SUV within 2 weeks. I were on crutches & Mr. Mike suggested bringing the paper work outside to keep me off my feet. Besides Mr. Mike being a wonderful man he also has a wonderful team- mechanic & detailer. My husband & I will do business with him as long as we can. Thanks Mr. Mike job well done.

I bought 2 cars from Mike Barrett. My credit is far from perfect, I ended up on Mike's lot after everybody else turned me down. Mike treated me with respect and bent over backwards to help me get into the car I needed and into the loan I could afford. The cars he sold me... I fell in love with both. I even NAMED them. And the deals he worked for me helped rebuild my credit. That's the bonus feature!Mike doesn't have a big flashing sign over the highway, and you may not hear his name in a big network commercial, but if you're looking for Cupid for cars and drivers, Mike's your angel!

Most disrespect I've ever been treated.. wanted an estimate for a senior.. I was polite said what I needed and was told that I needed to take it to Auto zone..I highly recommend seeking other places for car repair..
