The Landy at the front is rude. I don't know if she's the owner, co-owner, or employee. I'll never do business at the shop again because of her attitude. They didn't fix or have fixed all of the damages that I reported, and I had to take my vehicle to the auto shop when it was picked up from them. The same woman had an attitude with my wife when she picked up the vehicle. Terrible experience that there will not be another opportunity to experience. I gave them a bad review with my insurance company as well. STAY AWAY

I was pleased with the repairs completed on my vehicle. The process took a while due to parts shipping shortage and delays. Baldwin Body Shop were very understanding and helpful.

They are booked and very busy, so I was on the waiting list for a month. But overall I'm happy with the end results.

Family-owned business that is friendly and professional. You may be surprised by all the mounts and old-school feel inside, but they do good work and make things right. They have experience working with insurers and also take credit cards.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I wanted to take time to say Thank you to Baldwin Body Shop Team to take care of my vehicle after I had a hit and run collision. They were excellent and great with service and took care of it in timely manner. Owner was generous to pay for a rental car charges during an additional repair time too. My grandma had her car taken here for minor fender bender damage. The car looks new! Amazing a great quality work. Been good with the family for quite some time. Definitely the place you want to go for great service and quality professionals.

Told us they would need to keep my wife's SUV for five (5) days. On day five, I called to ask when we could pick up her vehicle. It wasn't ready.In fact, they told us our vehicle wouldn't be ready for another two (2) days.It wasn't major damage they were asked to repair. Not sure why they need more time.Not cool.

The service that Baldwin Body provides is top notch. My car looks great, can't tell where the damage was and the paint matches perfectly! Great customer care and friendly service. Awesome job!

My husband and I highly recommend this shop.The owner was very honest and helpful.We had gotten a quote from another shop and the difference in price was huge.We are were very pleased and we will return there again if we need any work done.

Baldwin Body was great! I took the car in for an estimate, they gave me a quote, an estimate of the time it would take, and made the appointment for the following week.My car was finished on the day they said it would be, the repair and paint job was fabulous (couldn't tell there was a problem before), and I paid exactly what they quoted in the estimate. This is the only place I will go in Milledgeville to get body work done in the future.PS: don't let the taxidermy in the office scare you. Yes, it's a little off-putting, but the work they do will leave you completely satisfied

No customer service at at all. Got a quote two months ago and can not get any attention from them. I m convinced they post their own five star reviews.

They do excellent work. They have done my car and my husband's car. Very friendly people. They even wash your car. Inside and out.

Would never call me back after giving me a quote and promising to order parts in to fix my grill and hood. I called them 2 weeks later and said the parts had been ordered but they were lying.
