Very clean store. Plenty of friendly staff on hand to answer your questions. This store seemed well stocked.This store is located in a strip mall area and it seems there is little traffic in and out of this vast parking lot. If you are driving a big rig such as a Class A motor coach or pulling a large camper, you shouldn't have any trouble getting in here and parking. However, traffic on Hwy 441 in front of this place can be heavy. With a big rig I might suggest only making a right turn out of the parking lot.

These guys kill it!the prices are absolutely reasonable! They are fast knowledgeable and very friendly! The atmosphere sells it for them too! Kinda reminds me of when i was a kid going into my old mans work to ask for a part or prices check something! Just feels like ive known them for ever! Orion is a wonderful young lady! Very friendly and profesional!

Jerry was unprofessional and rude and I will make sure I call corporate to report it . The thing is he didn t even try to apologize or adjust his way of handling the situation after I addressed it instead he tried to minimize his actions. He never apologized for how I was treated . A simple ma am I m sorry if you think I have an attitude. Or ma am my apologies if I made you feel uncomfortable. None of that he just trying to make himself look good.

Me and my friend both came in for car help utterly confused, and George was super kind and not only helped us but taught us how to change our front lights in the future. He joked around with us and made our day, he is so incredibly kind!

I would just like to say that Jerry B was outstanding. He went above and beyond to assist me and my family as we were stranded. He accessed my problem and got us back on the road. I wish there was more people who cared about their job and be as professional as he was. He deserves a pay raise and recognition for a job well done.The Grays

Great service, they were kind and patient. Jerry and Kentrell were the best, replaced my battery and saved me a trip to a mechanic shop when they didn t have to, really appreciated everything they did. Would very highly recommend coming here!

I ordered a part for my buddies truck that cost close to $200. Was told it would take 2 weeks 2 get in, no biggie! Call on the day it was supposed to arrive and nobody at the store knows anything about it! Fortunately I kept my receipt to prove I ordered it.They reorder the part, takes another 2 weeks, slightly frustrating. I go in to pick it up and once again, no one knows anything about it! I express my concerns to the lady helping me hoping she could tell me what keeps happening. Her only solution is that I, or someone pretending to be me, must have picked it up already Fortunately for me the man working beside her, Ben, could vouch for me since he remembered ordering the part. He gave a full refund which I dont think would have happened had he not been there. I probably would have had to jump through some hoops because the store cant keep anything organized.Ben, thanks for being a great worker that looks out for the customer. I never got my part but I least I didn t have to waste more time dealing with it.

Andre is an absolute lifesaver!!! Came in this morning after being told by the two other car parts stores they couldn t replace my battery it was officially dead. If he wasn t so fantastic and smart to change out my difficult battery I wouldn t know what I would do! Thank you so much!! Please see him if you need your battery replaced!!

I just went in to get a brake light replaced and was told they don't replace Hyundai bulbs because it could be melted. He wouldn't take a look to see. They will not be getting any more of my business. I am at O'Reilly now, and getting it done now. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts for your great and friendly service. I wish I could have given no stars

They double charged my card. I showed them proof and they called me a liar and a thief. I SHOWED THEM PROOF! And it was the store manager at that. Smh. THEN deliberately gave me the right part for a car I never owned or named. 2/3/23

I went in a asked Andre could he please check to see if I had a warranty on my back brakes for my make and model vehicle because I needed back brakes and always purchased my parts from Autozone when I lived in Rhode Island and wasn't sure if I had a warranty on my back brakes for that vehicle. Andre said yes you do have a warranty for back brakes on that vehicle so I said ok I'll purchase them and when my uncle puts these new ones on I'll bring the old ones back and get a refund. He sold me the brakes gave me my receipt and change and then said...Oh I ment to tell you you only have a warranty on the front brakes not that back brakes... and The brakes that I just sold you are for the front brakes not back brakes...In disbelief I replied What???...because I came for specifically back brakes not front whether I had a warranty or not so why would you sell me front brakes after I clearly told you I needed back and to check to see if I had a warranty for the back...smh...he stated he'll just do a refund and I can purchase the back brakes with attitude rolling his eyes with negative vibes...I told him no nevermind because I feel like something fishy was taking place and I'd rather just take my business elsewhere because he was given me Hella attitude for his mistake. Then Jerry steps in whose Always Rude ...(I try to avoid even coming in contact with him..period)and gave me attitude as well. Long story short is that these 2 men are not nice people and Autozone needs to know how they are treating customers...just look at your reviews,cameras and sales lately its a pattern your losing longgg term valued customers do to your unprofessional employees and for these reasons I won't be returning to this Milledgeville store nor would I Ever Recommend this particular store because I like spending my money where I'm valued as a customer.

Located on North Columbia st in a shopping center near Lowes. I needed a wiper blade, with no guide book to lookup make/model I was assisted by the manager. He advised me that Bosch was what he had for my car. I wanted a good wiper for rain and was satisfied with the choice. The wiper was installed by Tim, who lucked out on the first time instead of having to add an adapter for my car. Very satisfied, good customer service and install considering it was pouring buckets. Thanks guys!

Today I had the pleasure to have wonderful customer service from Eduardo F. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed with my vehicle. I didn't have to explain twice. I just told him what I needed. Every time I visit AutoZone he is there with a wonderful smile and great customer service. I will always recommend AutoZone and to speak with Eddie. Love uand appreciate everything u do.

I own a shop 80 miles from this store and truck broke down on the side of the road water pump went out shredded the belt and I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and call John and jerry at this store and told them my problem and they delivered me parts to the side of the road so I could finish my travel to Dublin and go back to Oxford. OK store. Tries to be Very helpful but the help is not trained to even change out a car battery correctly. It took 2 weeks to get the car straightened out correctly as the employee did not tighten the battery nuts down enough and it made it look like the car was having Serious problems.

It's a good place as long as you are dealing with one of the FEW competent workers who are there, like Tim or Eddie. They can't keep good people that know what they are doing!!! Ask for Tim or Eddie and you will get what you need!

Not all too happy. The battery I purchased, Duralast Gold ETX20L, properly titled at $120, only comes with a 3 month (90 day) warranty yet is 5 months old (9/20) the day I purchase (2/21). Plus get it home, low and behold; its charge is 11vdc at 36%...

I wouldn t recommend the store appeared to be fully staffed, but the team was all over the place. The gentleman at the counter had no customer service skills. Wasted an hour here just to leave and go to O Reillys where they helped in less than 30 minutes.
