Got new windshield wipers from them and now one of them won't go all the way across the window. One of the guys working there asked someone else to put mine on because he had "broke" two sets yesterday. That should've been my first sign to go elsewhere. I could tell this guy was having a hard time getting the others off but i assumed it would be okay but when i got home i noticed that one side moves right. Now I am stuck one windshield wiper and probably gonna have to pay a mechanic to fix the arm.Update 2/19: I did end up having to pay almost 300 to get a new wiper transmission installed.

Great staff . Staff i spoke with was very knowledgeable. The Manager i spoke with asked to assist if I needed it. I was in store to rent a tool. All money returned. Just understand that if you rent a tool that is $300.... don't expect the poor guy in the morning to have that cash in the register. If you need your money back when they open or if you are in a rush...Most stores don't open a register with more than$100...not a big deal just call in and speak to management and kindly explain you are driving up there to return a $300 item and would be happy if they are able to accommodate you. That easy !.

Thomas went out of his way to make sure our battery was changed out safely and appropriately! It was difficult to remove our old battery but he kept at it until the work was completed. Thomas had a great attitude throughout! Thanks Advance for having wonderful employees like him!

We ordered an alternator for a Pathfinder. When we got it, it was the wrong one. They reordered and darn if the new one wasn't the wrong alternator put in the right box. Car out of commission for three days and counting. I wouldn't count on getting the correct part the first or even the second time.

Very professional, experience and helpful. I was having a problem with my battery, and instead of trying it sell me another one, a young lady came out in the rain with me and checked the battery and informed me that I needed another battery and recommended I take it back to where I brought it and see if it was still under warranty. I followed her advice and it was. She saved me over a hundred dollars. I will always go here for all my car needs. Shout Out to the young lady who helped me.

Very bad public relation. For the same gallon of full synthetic oil, at Walmart is at least $10 cheaper

Staff was friendly, but very, very, very slow. One employee was helping a customer, while the other employee took what sounded like a personal call on his cell. Meanwhile, two other customers patiently waited in line to be serviced. This is not the fast and efficient Advanced Auto I remember from my college days. Good thing Walmart had what I wanted, and I didn't have to stand around like an idiot waiting to pay for my purchase. Please do better.

Went in looking for something to remove tape residue from my car & wiper blades. The gentleman that helped me was super nice & had an awesome personality. He even removed old wipers & installed the new ones. Gave him $5 in appreciation of his kindness & helpfulness.

Although the associate i talked to wasn't going to be there when i would arrive to pick up the parts i needed, (i live 21/2 hrs from where i needed to work on my vehicle) he had everything ready, and at the front counter when i arrived. Also he made sure another associate was aware of my information (the vehicle, my name, etc). Kudos. I appreciate the awesome service.

This morning at 7:45 am 2/24/20 I went to advanced in milledgeville to see about front and back windshield wipers. Susan greeted me warmly. As I told her what I needed. Chris made suggestions that helped me out. They found all 3 wipers. And the 2 of them installed them. In closing they were great. I'll always go there.

Excellent layout and very organized had no trouble finding what I needed, automotive sandpaper 3000 grit. Nobody else in the area seemed to have it and Advanced Auto Parts did. They were very busy inside but the staff was very attentive, fast, and helpful. Really nice store and if you ever need anything for your car or truck go to Advanced Auto Parts in Milledgville, GA.

Went to get a new battery at the start of the new year when I was visiting family in Milledgeville, and the guy replaced my battery with one smaller than the one I had. I asked if he was sure that, that was the right battery for my 2016 Nissan Altima. He ensured me that it was. So, I paid the $200 for the battery. Since having it my car has been stalling nonstop. At first, I thought it was due to the gas, so I upgraded the type of gas which costed me more money. Then one day it completely stopped. I couldn't drive it and had to get it towed (more money I had to spend). Today I took it to another auto zone in Conyers and they told me that the battery was not the right battery for my car. It was too small and that my car was not receiving the correct amount of power it needed. So again, I had to spend $200 for a whole new battery. I hope Milledgeville have other auto shops because I will not be going here again.

Employees were super helpful! Had to test the codes in my car and then test my battery (they do both for free). I also bought a code reader and the staff was very helpful and even gave me a discount!

No one ever answers the phones , someone always just hangs it up after couple rings , made multiple calls and rude customer service when walking in the door , last visit blue mustang guy , got mad because someone parked by his car , very rude , havent been back since

Employees are competent and knowledgeable about vehicle specifics and have not had an issue with receiving an incorrect part thus far. Floors could stand to be swept a little more often.

My car sat dead in a driveway in mid eastern Georgia from the middle of July 2018 until mid-September, with multiple issues, unable to start or move. Then Hurricane Florence caused an extreme temperature drop and my rear window exploded. The store manager came to my house after hours with diagnostic equipment to find the problem (a bad battery and alternator) and not only installed the parts I bought from him/his store, but had a window rushed in so he could install it and I could sell the car the night before I moved back to New Orleans. Above and beyond in every way.

The workers are lazy they do the bare minimum. I had a employee lie to about a core return. He told me because the core was damaged they couldn t take it. That was the whole reason for replacing it.

Poor service. Asked for NGK #BUHW spark plugs. Man behind the counter taps on his computer and says they don't have any. I ask if he can cross reference them with Champion or another brand. He again asks for the number and I repeat "NGK BUHW". He then asks what brand it is and I ask "what do you mean? It's NGK." It turns out he was putting NGK as the number and not the brand. What kind of auto parts employee doesn't know NGK is a brand of spark plug? After locating and ringing up the plugs he didn't even offer to bag them up and proceeded to walk off after the transaction leaving me to put the plugs in my pocket to carry them out. I think maybe he was embarrassed. I normally would have just carried them in my hands but I was on crutches. Poor service all around. Normally Advance as a chain has decent service, but this store didn't impress me.
