Car would not crank, towed to shop, diagnosis was battery dead and needed 6 spark plugs. Price to replace spark plugs was quoted very high so I decided not to have work done. I towed it back to house. I took battery to test at local parts store and report came back that battery is good. The charge for what the shop referred as diagnosis was very high.

Tried getting an appointment had to call multiple times over two weeks because they never answered phone and they never call back. When I got one and I tried calling again to discuss it, no answer. I wanted to get my jag serviced but I might just go farther out and get some competent people

I own a lifted 2008 Porsche Cayenne, given the nature of my complex issues I have, I specifically asked Amy the owners/mechanics partner/receptionist(?) If they would investigate the extent and repairbility of some water damage from an off-road incident, and if they could look over and align the vehicles lifted suspension. Given these are not jobs most shops would take on she put me on hold to verify with the mechanic that they would look at both issues, then assured me they would. After clearing time in my schedule and towing the vehicle in two weeks later they acted like they had never spoken to me (they had, I even checked my call logs to verify) and refused delivery wasting several hours of my time and the cost of towing. The mechanic may be able to perform certain services but I could never trust a shop so poorly run, with no sense of accountability

I highly recommend this place! He made the repairs well and quickly while also being honest and telling me one of the repairs I asked for wasn't necessary when he could have easily told me they were needed and charged me. He also noticed a coolant leak I didn't know about, it wasn't listed in the work order nor was I charged but he still took it upon himself to fix it. The clip on my hood was messed up making it difficult to open, he also fixed this without mentioning it. I will never go anywhere else. It's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, I'm very grateful to have found him.

Was on our way to Florida and had to find a place to check out our car on a Friday at 4:45pm. Stopped at your place, you checked our car out and told us what we needed to do. Didn't even charge us! Highly recommend

Ben is Absolutely Exceptional, No Scams , No Just throwing parts at a Vehicle, A Qualified Euro-tech, I took My Range Rover to Him , He immediately found the issue , Repaired and i was on my way.He changed my way of thinking with Mechanics in this area. I have really been Burned.I will always recommend EUROMECH!!

I had overheating problem on I 95 with our crv, took it into euromech, was told it needed at least a new radiator, thermostat & radiator cap. Ben emailed me an estimate of 957.00 ((which seemed very high) the following morning. I rented a car hauler & took it to my regular garage. Car is now running like a watch ! Total repair cost,,, 294.00

I was going to NJ from FL on 95 north when hit something under car and it ripped the bottom cover on my BMW alpine luckily I found euromech auto shop they put back on the road and didn t charge me anything thank
