Your tow driver Makes a huge difference on your experience. We have a class A 38,000 pound diesel pusher that required a tow for 30 miles and we were very fortunate that it was Blake who came to our rescue. We were in the pouring rain and he had a lot of difficulty disengaging the drive axle But he was so patient. We highly recommend Blake and would give him 5 stars.Our next experience from the same company was with Chris - He was nice enough (after I asked him to keep the speeds below 60 mph) he proceeded to Tow our vehicle at speeds up to and over 75 miles an hour for 90 miles and also after he disengaged the tow our HWH no longer worked our slides. Our generator housing was bent by the under reach tow, our 2 rear passenger bags were badly damaged and required replacing. If we could prove without a doubt we would pursue this further.

Our truck broke down on I-16W about 85 miles from our house while we were pulling a 5th wheel. Mike was able to come out quickly and get our truck and trailer home. We are extremely happy with the service. I hope I don't need them again, but if we ever need a tow I will definitely be calling them.

They did an amazing job getting me out of a tough position. The lead driver was professional and incredibly knowledgeable and his experience was apparent from the first interaction. He and his A driver were able to maneuver in a very tight path and got me out with no damage to the truck or trailer! Though I hope to never need them again, I highly recommend!

Our diesel motor home broke down 30 miles from his shop. He couldn t help us tow it, but worked to get us help from the diesel shop next to him. He truly cared and even called to check on us. Good people that truly saved the day after being stranded for 12 hours on the side of the highway with 2 small kids.

Today is 22 Feb 2023. My review is late (5/27/2016), but I would like to say the repair they did is still working and I never had a issue since!The paid receipt was faded that it was so long ago, plus that's personal :P

Very professional and personalized service. A great crew that treated us honestly.and stood by their bid. They delivered our car in atlanta 325 miles and pulled into the house 10 minutes behind us with weather that ruined really bad. Would highly recommend

I have a video of this fine business at work. The came to our rescue within 2 minutes with the help of there neighbors. Thank you for your genuine service. I m sure this company is very blessed because this was the most efficient road side service I ve been to and if you look at my post you see I ve been around. I was only in town for the weekend and needed to drive back to Atlanta first thing Monday morning but realized I had a bad tire on Sunday morning. A very nice gentleman met me at the shop and I got two back tires for a very fair price considering Sunday service and he was very quick as well! I highly recommend them!

Took truck there had 2 weeks at least to put oil tube sip stick on it. First started off making appt. They said Monday 830am oh wait it's Memorial Day are they even open will took truck there nope not open. That wasn't good start, then time they kept trick OK so we called several times to see when would be done stated waiting on part we asked what part? The tube for dip stick why it's in truck like I told them to begin with in Front seat in box. OK said would be done by 430-500pm go there nope not done they are closed so go back next day, then get told has oil pan no calls like they said would happen never asked if we wanted to get repaired just no charge gave key. They never asked if wanted repaired or say hey we don't do that kind of work. So nope won't be going back. Wouldn't been so bad if phone call to is was made but it was not we had to keep calling them. No update on truck nothing. So we feel they just didn't want to work on it. Don't know that for sure just way we feel.

This place and the people that work there are awesome! Had a blowout on our trailer tire. Had a new tire mounted in less than 15 minutes at a great price. Thanks again for for help!

I Couldn't Have Broke Down at A Better Place...while traveling through car started smoking....Called This Tow Service which so happens to have a Shop as Well, Major Plus... Professional Caring Staff. Stranded in a strange place but they ensured I was safely at a hotel of comfort . They also picked me up to get my car. They got me going earlier than I expected. Would highly recommend this business.

Had a trailer tire go and a hub go on half way into a 400 mile drive. Randy and his crew were amazing!! They got right to it and even helped me trouble shoot the broken truck that was on the trailer. This place is top notch! Turned a very bad situation into a low stress deal. Thanks again guys!!!!!!

Traveling on I-16 my car steering pump went out. I called Randy's shop and they went above and beyond my expectations and getting me a vehicle serviced quickly so I was back on the road and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

My daughter was traveling back to school in Atlanta and had a flat just off the exit in Metter, GA. Randy s was referred by the AAA driver and took my daughter right in. They were highly professional and informed her of all the options she had for repair. They put a new tire on for a great price. It is good to know there are places like Randy s Wrecker & Service Center out there to provide great service and help people in difficult situations.

I would recommend Randy's to anyone close to Metter! A few weeks ago they saved my husband and I when my car overheated. They put coolant in it and helped cool the engine down with water and gave us advice on what to do without charging anything and we didn't have to wait at all. Also, last weekend, they came out and changed our tire on the interstate and let us follow them back to the shop to put two new tires on the trailer with no wait time and good pricing. Take your car here!

Had 2 trailer tires blow out on a Saturday afternoon on I-16. Looked for a place opened to buy tires. They were closed but they had a gentleman meet me at their shop. I removed the 2 tires, took them to the sop and they replaced them at a fair price! THANK YOU!

It's known through out town, to be on the more expensive side for there type of services. Known to be where locals go for their type of services. It's a family owned and ran business. Our community usually stays loyal to them Regardless if the price is lower at a franchised owned store because of the envolvment they have within the community. They support the community, therefore the community supports & trust them.

Our RV broke down in Metter and had to be towed. We were out in the middle of nowhere. They did an excellent job towing it to Savannah. After a week of sitting at Freightliner in Savannah we had them come tow it to a different place in Augusta. I can t thank them enough for the care and kindness they took with our RV and showed us in a bad situation.

I called them to send some one for towing my truck. I wait for 1 hours and no one came to pick up it. Called them 3 times and they told me the driver on the way. And no one came .No recommended for doing business with them

Life savers! Had a blowout on the trailer and ended up getting four new tires and they got us in right away and didn't price gouge us! Thanks guys!
