I had a bad experience because of my race. The young white boy refused to acknowledge me when I walked in the store. I was the only customer there at that time and he was the only employee at the desk at that time. He looked at me, looked back down at the computer to continue what he was doing. I waited to see if he would acknowledge me but he never did. So I asked can I get some help.? Then he said in a minute. When he decided to help me I told him what I wanted, by that time another young Hispanic guy came out and got the part I asked for so I know he heard me from where he was in the back. Then I asked the first guy if he could put it on for me, he replied we don't go out to help with things like that. When I told him I'll go to another place that would help, before I buy the part from them, they decided to attempt to help. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with this O'Reilly's auto parts store. Some Young peoples are so lazy they want a pay check but they don't want to have to work for it. They'll only do as little as possible for it.

This place sucks. I called twice and they hung up on me. Boycott this place. They take forever to answer the phone. I'm not happy about this place somebody needs to get fired.

Needed to change golf cart battery. Had no clue what I was doing. Very helpful, and I am very thankful. Best service I have had in years.

Great, helpful service! We stopped at a gas station down the road on our way to Atlanta and couldn t start our car afterwards. Mateo and Eddie let us borrow their jumper box, tested and replaced our battery after we got it jumped, and were extremely helpful and professional the whole time! Thanks so much to all of them!

I stopped by due to a battery issue. Wow, what a nice and helpful guy that checked my battery and explained everything without being in a rush or trying to sell anything! I definitely recommend this business!

A few months ago I wouldn't recommend thus store. They always got orders wrong. Looks like they have new courteous and helpful staff. Got our order correct and went above & beyond to help

I was driving by on I16 and had a warning light pop up, so I pulled off at Metter exit and into O'Reilly parts. Figured I would find out what was going on.Kristen came out with a nice scanner, not a cheapo do it yourself one. Scanned it and offered to look up what the codes were and possible solutions. She was very attentive and helpful. The magic was that it was free. She was more helpful then some mechanic shops that charge for diagnosis.Very nice customer service !

My tire went flat on I-16 north, and we couldn t find ANYWHERE that sold slime OR fix a flat. We were driving on a completely flat tire. Service was helpful, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend it.

My husband and I were heading to Savannah to celebrate our one year anniversary and broke down right down the road from this O'Reilly's. Our tow truck towed us here and Eddie and Jacob helped fix our truck in no time. They went above and beyond.. Thank you so much!! Totally saved our vacation!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

On my way home from Tybee, my check engine light came on and the car started running rough. Stopped at the O'Reilly in Metter to have them check it out. My #3 cylinder was misfiring. Jacob suggested that I start small and work my way up. I bought 1 spark plug and borrowed the tools to install it. The roughness stopped, but the engine light was still on. Did a test drive and decided to chance it. I was 250 miles from home, but made it.Thanks Jacob!!!

My check engine light came on just before a trip. I went there and they came right out and put it on their analyzer and found out it was safe for the trip. Quick and easy analysis.

Metter OReilly s Only had Left Side Part in stock. So I purchased it. No one (three employees) offered to try to help me find thd Right Side Part that I originally asked for also. So then I went out to my car and started calling around to other OReilly s stores. The Reidsville store only had the Left side also, but was very apologetic and kind by looking up any other stores close with the Right Side Part in stock. He unfortunately could not locate it but offered (without asking or prompting) to order the part I needed. (Reidsville OReilly s had great customer service and willingness to help me.)So I called another parts store in Vidalia to check availability. This store was very friendly over the phone, had both the Left and Right side parts in stock and placed them both on hold all over the phone. I was thanked for calling and advised my parts were set aside for me.I took my Left Side part back into Metter OReilly s because it will be way more convenient to only have to return cores pieces to one store. There were 3 employees working and it was obvious none were not happy I was returning my part. I was questioned about reason for returning this part, then 3 other customers (who came in after me) were helped while I stood at cash register. I was given the excuse of not having the change but after waiting and an employee going back and forth to the same cash register (but not the cash register I originally paid for my purchase with cash at) one of the 3 employees found enough change to refund my purchase. It was obvious that the employees were not wanting to assist me because I was returning this part. Customer Service goes a long way with me; this is not how to treat your repeat customers and think they ll keep returning.

This O'Reilly's is always a pleasure to go to. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime I am in Metter, GA and I need oil, parts, etc. I go to this O'Reilly's.

This place has went down hill from the time.e the old management left Hunter Metz and Ray they don't try to help they are always out of stuff the stuff don't know what there doing even when you tell them we need a new auto parts store I wish I didn't have to put one star that was to much

The stator when out on my motorcycle causing the battery to die. I was able to get it to o'reillys in Metter And was going to buy a battery charger and see if I could plug it in somewhere to charge my battery so that I could make the hour plus ride home to Savannah. Instead they took the battery put on their charger gave it a full charge checked it and put it back in my bike, all at no charge!
