I purchased my Edge in 2021 for a good deal and great monthly payment plan. I drive approximately 40 minutes to use the service shop for routine maintenance work. I love the ease of scheduling when I call knowing I don t have to wait weeks or months compared to my friends who use other places. One friend had to drive across state lines to get service done in an emergency situation. I highly recommend Metter Ford to anyone who is need of purchasing a vehicle or routine maintenance service.

First of all just let me say I do a pretty good bit of business with Metter Ford through my job as well as personally. Whether it is the sales department or the service department I have always left happy or either satisfied with my experience. They have an excellent team. Matt McCullough goes above and beyond every single time. The finance department has a great team as well. Never had a service problem that wasn't completely taken care of. Over all a great place to do business.

Metter Ford did an outstanding job matching the right vehicle for the right price with the best maintenance offer that I could have ever hoped for. Metter Ford understands what right looks like in customer brand loyalty and retention. I have been a loyal Ford driver for over 30-years and I was willing to go away from a Ford product for the best deal in this economy and Metter Ford not only insured that I remained a loyal Ford customer but the sales team was outstanding as Rodney and Marsha made the experience enjoyable! Fianance Manager, Jim, made sure that I did not leave the dealership without my new 2023 Limited Ford Explorer! It was a job well done by the entire Metter Ford Team! I will be a life-long customer!

This was the easiest transaction ever!!! I have owned 53 vehicles since I was 16 and this one was by far the best. The salesman (Rodney) and Sales Manager (Jim) were very helpful. I definitely recommend Metter Ford for your next purchase!!!

Great experience!! I seen this car on cargurus and went in to check it out. I met with Sam told him how much I had and he worked his magic to get the car I wanted!. Sam was patient not over bearing listened and totally understood me and the assignment!. Long story short Sam is the man!! I love love my car and the process. Would recommend anyone to to in and speak with Sam!! Super fun guy and fun of energy!.. I go of vibes and he was excited for me and my purchase and did what ever it took to get me riding

Metter Ford made buying a car feel good! Sam was fast, friendly, and honest from the beginning. He had my Mustang ready for me when I pulled up late for a test drive. Sam and the staff were very welcoming. I left feeling confident when I come back for service. I will be treated the same and look forward to it!

From the time we walked in to the time we purchased my fianc� 2023 ford bronco Wildtrak Matthew and the Metter ford team was absolutely wonderful. They didn t try to get us for our money with crazy mark ups, fees, and was very easy to work with. Matthew was very straightforward and communicated great. Jim made sure my fianc� had the best and affordable coverage on her bronco at the best rate and did not try to screw Us over with half coverage. I highly suggest this ford dealership if your in GA

I was traveling from Savannah and all of the sudden my car started making a terrible noise. I was one exit past Metter but turned around and went back to Metter Ford. I told them what was going on and the sweet young lady in the service department got my key and went out to look. It was a loose cover under my car. She told me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later she comes back and tells me I m all ready to go. All fixed and no charge! 15 minutes after pulling in I was back on the road heading to my destination! Unfortunately this was the second time I ve had to make emergency stops here and both times the service and attention was amazing! Wish I lived closer so I could use them for all of my car needs!

My family and I were headed east on I-16 when we ran over a ladder in the interstate. The under carriage to our car was half torn off. The incredible service department at Metter Ford took care of us in record time and had us on our way with gracious, friendly, excellent service. ALL of their employees were kind to us. We are so thankful and can't commend this dealership enough. I didn't know that kind of service still existed. Thank you Metter Ford!

Best car buying experience I ever had was at Metter Ford! That s 50 years of buying new cars around the country for my family. Salesman (Rodney) and Business Manager (Jim) are highly dedicated to the customer, without question very patient and understanding, and exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect of their product. I m very pleased and excited to have bought my new F150 from this superior dealer!

I am impressed with the type of customer service I receive each time I take my car to Metter Ford. I also like getting reminders in the mail of upcoming items that need attention soon. All the staff in the service department that I have talked to appear to take their job seriously and are respectful and helpful.

Bought a pre owned Camry and had a really seamless buying experience. Which is what I prefer.Car came with not so safe wheels and they were quick to do right and replace them. Excellent service! Would recommend Metterford!

They were so helpful!!! They guided me to make the best decision and they make sure you fully understand the process. They gave me the most they could for my old car. Sales rep was great but follow up from financial team was very disconnected. I had to reach out personally to get any information after sale was made and they also added the additional protection plan after I declined at least 4 times. Be careful!!

Found my vehicle on Autotrader and was contacted by Sam, very friendly and easy to work with. I told them up front I was out of town and would have to have a deal made before making the trip, he stayed in contact and I never felt pressured about anything. We were able to come up with a deal and I made the trip. Upon arrival the financing didn't work out the way I planned (no fault of theirs), instead of brushing me off we spent a few hours discussing options and coming up with a new plan and I left with the truck. I will NOT do sales business with my hometown Ford dealer, but would gladly drive 3 hours to Metter Ford if the deal was right.

I understand that the dealerships have an advantage right now with inventory being low everywhere. We will start off with the good. Very hometown feeling. Everybody was extremely nice and friendly. I dealt with two different sales guys over making this deal happen. One of the sales guys couldn't make it to work the day that I was scheduled to come up and he made sure I was taken care of by briefing the new sales guy.There was two items that did not sit very well with me. The very first one was they were only willing to put $25 in gas in the used vehicle. The truck cost over $50,000. And was on empty during the test drive. When I left I immediately had to stop by th e gas station to fill up to go home. The second item was the truck had extremely cheap form floor mats and the only thing that I could negotiate was a small discounted rate on floor mats. So I had to spend $200 before even leaving the dealership.

Terrible customer service. Managers were rude and not very helpful. Everyone seemed to be confused about what needed to be done to my vehicle. My vehicle was kept for a week without any updates about what was wrong or when it would be ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle the manager handed us the key and said it's sitting out there.

Took the car here to get serviced because I was having some strange transmission issues. Service staff was very friendly (ask for Ben) and so were the sales people. Even though they knew I wasn't there to buy anything, I still had a good conversation with the sales people. Service was quick and spot on and would definitely go back.
