I want to start off by saying I am 100% satisfied with the work performed here. The shop is clean. The people are friendly and professional. My pick up truck started running bad while I was visiting from Tampa. I thought it was the transmission but that wasn t the problem. They could have sold me a transmission, but they are honest and replace my coils. There were multiple other problems that they corrected. I did not know anybody from the area. My truck has never ran better. I m getting two more miles a gallon to boot. They will definitely be my mechanic from now on since I am moving there. I will recommend them. They did a thorough check of my vehicle and fixed a power window that kept coming down on its own. It works fine now and I didn t even tell them about it. They are not open on Saturday, but came out on their day off and finished my vehicle. I am thankful that I went here to do the repairs. This is the best shop that I ve been to in years, and I ve been to a few.

These folks are very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics. Very quick and friendly service. They had my car up and running 2 days after dropping it off. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service & desire to assist w my problem. Unexpected issue w transmission cable/linkage. Daniel informed me right away they were busy but gave me an estimated time line for repair, if I wanted them to service my truck. They managed to get to it within that time frame & also set me up w a new set of tires & troubleshot & replaced tail light lamp & informed me of other potential upcoming issues to be aware of.. I also spoke w Timothy. GREAT folks, GREAT service, friendly, honest, immaculate shop & in my opinion reasonable. Will definitly be back! Thank You Daniel & Kreider Repair!!!

They performed a dual conversion on my 2019 Jeep Compass so that I would have Right hand drive for my mail route. They did the best conversion I had ever seen.They had previously worked on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and did a Great Job. Body control module failure. This is a problem that requires direct and accurate knowledge of modern vehicle computer systems. Krieder Repair offers no guesswork, they analyze, test, analyze some more, then offer a diagnosis and recommendations. Great communication with the customer and outstanding attention to detail. Daniel understands the people and Timothy understands the machines, a very satisfying combination for customer service.

At the time I was having issues with my vehicle I was very worried . Worried because I honestly did not know where I could take it as I am new to the area. I was very blessed to find Kreider Repair! They were so friendly and knowledgeable! They kept me very informed during the time my car was being repaired. The service was impeccable ! I had a repaired vehicle in a very timely matter, which was so wonderful! I have since recommended several family and friends' to Kreider Repair. When you find a business with their caliber it's only right to let everyone know about them! If you are reading this review, no worries take your vehicle to them! My air conditioner was not cooling it had a leak in the evaporator which was located behind the dash. This required removal of the entire dash which was a major job. The Kreider Repair team was very skilled and did a great job that was a fair price well below what a dealer would charge. I have had no problems at all and the a/c is blowing cold. They are very Profesional and trust worthy good people. I will take my service there again. OMG! Kreider Auto Repair and their team is absolutely fabulous! We were enroute to a family event in Atlanta when our VW Jetta became suddenly ill and unable to move in the middle of nowhere. After not being able to get a tow or even find someone to fix a foreign made vehicle, Kreider came through with flying colors. They're very through, professional, kind-hearted, skillful & knowledgeable when caring for our vehicle. Outstanding Customer Service and we are over the top grateful we were led to them. I was referred to this provider by another competitive provider whom thought Kreider Repair could serve me better. And let me tell you they were more that right.. Family ran business excellent service and people of faith so refreshing in the present troubled time. It seemed not matter to them my size,height, or race. Daniel and family at Kreider Repair are extraordinary to put it simply. They are the preeminent repair service in this area, especially for anyone with a european branded vehicle. These guys took in my diesel Jetta and got it running like new again. My daughter is in college and nearly four and a half hours away from me. She had car trouble while headed back to school a couple weeks ago. We had the car towed to Kreider repair, based on the reviews of their business. This experience could easily have been a disaster but it was completely the opposite. The staff and technicians at Kreider are outstanding! Kept me informed every step of the way. Daniel, whom I spoke with by telephone was professional, friendly and upfront and honest from the beginning. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and without hesitation I recommend this group, if you or someone you know is in need of a vehicle service or repair.

Tractor electrical repair: Kreider made 2 service calls; first to diagnose problem and second to repair with ordered parts. They were there and on time as promised. Communication was excellent with follow up after repair completed. I ll certainly will use Kreider Auto Service again. They are very a professional business, very generous and kind! I had my trailblazer towed into their shop being that it wouldn't crank or start, I knew just who to call!! Brought my 97 f250 here to run diagnostic after being turned away from multiple shops around the location. Great service and experience. Very knowledgeable technicians that talked me through every issue. I took my car to a shop in town and they said nothing was wrong with it. I wasnt sold on that...so I brought it to Kreiders Repair and they diagnosed 3 bad ball joints! 1 was in such bad shape my car was actually unsafe to drive. I make frequent trips to Atlanta, so its nessicary all major parts on my car are functioning properly. Not only did they diagnose it, they showed me diagrams and explained the issue in detail to me, which I greatly appreciate! They also offered to give me a ride back to town if I was unable to get a ride. They gave me great prices and I was very confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. It's very obvious that this company cares about their customers and their safety. They fixed my car in a timely manor and my car drives and sounds great. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for any future repairs!

I was referred to Kreider by a colleague and I am thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that my vehicle was shown.I took a family heirloom in for what I thought was a master cylinder repair. Upon inspection the problem was a rusted brake line. Upon further examination my gas tank was also rusted and leaking gasoline.To say the least both were repaired and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process.Daniel and his team were direct and kept the repairs within my budget.Kreider is now my go to for all my Mechanic needs.

My car broke down on I 16 I called Kreider Repair, David came and towed my car to their shop diagnosed the problem made the repairs. Fixed only what needed fixed. David, Daniel and family were the nicest and friendly folks I've dealt with.

These gentlemen went above any beyond. This doesn t feel like a normal mechanic. They listen and answer any questions you have. They put in the effort to keep their shop clean and after 8 years in Statesboro, we have finally found a trustworthy mechanic that we will use for all of our cars.
