I was very pleased I called James at the spare of the moment and he didn t hesitate to jump on it. My car was towed, I had my oil changed and a replacement key done all within 2 days and a reasonable price. I really appreciate It and I definitely will be returning !

All around my experience with Daniels-Bishop was great.First, I am from out of town by almost 4 hours and they were willing to hold a SUV for me for a few days until the weekend when I was able to come down and see it in person. The type of SUV I purchased is one that has been very difficult to find in everything I wanted and when I did it sold almost immediately, so I really appreciated this!This was also my first time purchasing a car myself and Bobby Crooms made everything really easy and was proactive in getting everything taken care of before my visit since I was coming from out of town. He made me feel at ease and was extremely friendly. He gave me and my parents space to talk amongst ourselves. Everything he did definitely helped to relieve some of the headache and stress that can come with car shopping.Even with being from out of town, I would recommend this place to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you!

I came in last minute and needed an oil change. I had a parent to pass away after being in the hospital for a week and oil change was over due. They dropped everything and got it done. That's customer service! Other dealerships could take notes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Was extremely pleased with my experience. I live a good ways from the dealership and the truck I bought was a used vehicle. The guys sent me detailed pictures and video disclosing any major flaws as far as scratches etc. Everyone I dealt with there was a pleasure to deal with. Mr Bishop himself took the truck and put some fuel in it for me. Thank you so much guys I am really happy with my new truck 5 stars all the way!

I always have excellent service. But one small complaint this time. The person that changed my oil, did not put a paper floor mat in my car. Interior floor had lots of sandy-looking foot prints. I like for them to use the paper floor mats. One on each side of front seats. Other than that, excellent work.

I am so pleased with Bishop Chevrolet. I have been going to the Ford place in Metter. I will be bringing all my business to Bishop especially after I found out James Campbell is there now. He is a gem!! Awesome service department!!

Up to date, friendly and fairly quick. Make your appointment in advance. It helps them and you. If you drop in unannounced someone will be ahead of you and rightly so. They are better than Franklin. Trust me on that.

Service department ..sent someone to bring my car to me so I didn't have to search for (previous visits). However they now are telling me my model has an oil problem...I've had it serviced there since I purchased. Now not covered. Humm. Couldn't you have told me on a previous visit before warranty expired?
