They were real nonchalant about helping me find what I need. I thought businesses were supposed to care about "ALL" customers, but there they do not. I have done business with them before, but this time no one cared. I just got into my vehicle and left. I won't be back, but I'm sure they don't care. LOL

They were extremely busy and short handed but did not Let that interfere with their job, was very polite. Pleasant found exactly what I needed. Definitely will use them again.

Service, service, service. I bought a bumper assembly and didn't realize the tag lights weren't with them. I called and let Joey know what happened, he said let me call you back and I'll find out something, he never called me, just sent them to me!!! I can't thank these guys enough. This trucks going on a family vacation tomorrow morning.

I call told them the part I needed. They said the pull it anf it ready when I arrived, and it was.The young man that pulled my part was very friendly. The counter people were professional they answered my questions and insured that I knew that there was a 90 day warranty on the part that I bought.

Trustworthy. Called them from Colorado Springs for a 2005 Acura TL nav screen and they sent it right out and gave me a great deal. Good people.

Very rude customer service. He Got upset because i didn't know how many cylinders my car had. Then refused to sell me the part needed because of his attitude. I don't ever recommend coming here waste of time !

Easy to get along with. They had the part I was looking for. They were even nice enough to adjust the price since I had to look a little harder and I removed it myself. I'll go back next time I need another part.

I called on the phone. Gave the man behind the counter my specific part number and he said that he had a few available. I drive almost 2 hours because they said they had the part, and after I get there he is very unhelpful and they indeed do not have the part I need anywhere. Terrible customer service and will say they have what you need when they indeed do not. Never coming back. Go so South Georgia Metals in douglas. They're very helpful and polite and they actually have what you need.

I went to the wrong place at first, thanks Google. I called and they actually waited over 10 mins after closing for me (it was an hour and 15m drive one way). Super friendly and knew their stuf. I ended up returning the tail light assembly for my mama's Lincoln (they made that easy, too) but that was my fault, seems a Continental and an LS are NOT the same

Ordered part however i got wrong part not their fault ford had two different ones..However they were very nice and offered refund but i simply was able to exchange..This is a Awesome company and they have great customer service..I ordered online..Highly recommend..

Can I give B&W Salvage 10 stars? These folks are awesome! My window got busted in Lake City, FL (96 Dodge Ram Van B3500). I got local quotes from $350 + installation + a 3 to 4 day wait period (over Memorial Day) for shipping. They were more than accommodating to my questions, and were also able to find me an exterior trim piece. Call them even if you're not local. B&W Salvage did an exceptional job. They advertised a front grille assembly with photos and the condition that truly represented the part. They immediately processed the order, shipped the order and delivered an exceptional part in a very timely manner. Butch was an awesome contact and very honest. Their packaging to ship from Georgia to New Hampshire was perfect to insure no damage occurred. Will definitely do business with them again! A++++++ service and parts. Buy from these guys!

Me and my fianc� came and found a door that we bought for our 1995 Yukon. After we picked it out they told us there would be a wait because everyone took a lunch break at the same time. That was fine. We told the man after waiting a little while that we were going to eat and that we would come back, he said that would be fine and that when we came back it would be ready to go. We come back over an hour later and it wasn t ready. We had to wait on them to go pull the vehicle from the yard and take the door off. We paid $162 and they didn t even want to give us the mirror attached to the door. Very annoying experience. Apparently we were getting a deal anyway and that they usually don t give you the inside of the door and mirror. This is what we told them on the phone that we were getting it for to start with, terrible communication on their end.

Butch and these guys are really great! Went there 25 miles away for a small insignificant part and Butch searched the yard to find it. Very polite and pros at what they do. Highly recommend them.

I bought a used tail light assembly for my 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse here. It cost me about $58.00 after taxes, and they gave me a 90 day warrenty. The tail light was in perfect condition. I had my son install it, and it is working perfectly. After getting pulled over multiple times for my tail light being out and knowing that a brand new one would cost $200.00, I can't thank them enough.

I own a small automotive custom shop an have only been open in the area a short time. I have been to all the surrounding salvage yards and I am glad to say will never have to use them again. The selection is 100, the people in service are more than 100 and the owner is an awesome laid back dude. They will have my business as long as I have a business. Hell I don't even wanna buy new parts now, lol.Thanks mikey

Check with them for your used parts needs. I have found that they have had quite a few things that I have been looking for. Also, The people that work there are very quick & friendly with helping find what you need as well.

By far the best the friendliest and the most helpful salvage yard I have ever been to. The staff was very knowledgeable. They have a huge yard and a very good staff!!! I recommend them over any other salvage yard in the southeast.

Great place to buy good used parts. Thay got a big inventory and can order parts if thay dont have them. And offer a warranty on most of there parts. Good folks to do business with.
