Staff needs to learn how to talk to customers. How to refer parts customers to sales staff. Smiles and small talk are essential!

My father had a problem with his lawnmower deck while under warranty. They replaced the deck and were a pleasure to deal with. Very positive experience and great customer service from the guys.

Great place to purchase a lawnmower...Stephen Hale did an excellent job getting me a deal together. Purchased new Z540m 48" cut with mulch attachment and material collection system.

A John Deere dealership in a very out-of-the-way location but I guess it is out near the farms so it is a good location for the farmers. It is a long drive to get my mower to them for service and repairs, but they have always treated me right so far. Labor cost is outrageous but find a repair shop where that isn't the case. The last two trips out, they jumped right on my job so I didn't have to make two roundtrips to get the needed repairs done, and I appreciate that.
