Chris the shop manager is honest, upfront and is a great example of what quality of service should be which is missing in alot of shops these days. Jason, one of the mechanics is very knowledgeable, skilled and provided quality repair of my vehicle. Savannah the shop assistance is professional, helpful and communicates very well on the updates of your repairs. I have brought all of my vehicles to southeast automotive over the last 2 years and have always been done right! Really appreciate that they are professional, fast and provide great service. They will have my business for a long time.

Excellent service. GM was the hold up and now that I know this shop has GMC certified mechanics they have earned my business. You won t pay what you pay at a dealership either. I highly recommend

Very good place to have your car or truck repaired. They gave me an estimate and called me when they saw something else that needed to be repaired and ask me if I wanted it repaired before doing any more work. They did a great job and fixed it right the first time. Highly Recommend.

My mom & I had unexpected trouble with our front passenger tire at Bank of America, and felt completely helpless until we walked across the street into Southeast Automotive. We didn't know if they'd be able to help as our car was completely immovable, but Chris, Savannah & (I believe his name is) Jason went above and beyond to help us. Not only was Jason able to get our car across the street (without a tow truck, thank God), but they also helped us with affordable financing to cover our unexpected repair costs. If we had to break down anywhere, I am so grateful it was across the street from Southeast Automotive. We were very fortunate that day... As far as exceptional customer service, friendliness & excellent repair work goes, we rate them 10/10. Thank you guys so much!-Shana & Saundra

Chris, the manager, is amazing! Got my brakes and rotors, oil change, tires rotated, and new windshield wipers for my SUV and paid what most places were quoting me just for my brakes alone. Fast service, great quality, and very professional. I have definitely found my go to mechanic!

Yes Southeast automotive is a great place to take your vehicle they answer the phone Mr Chris there is a real respectful guy and straight to the point and tell you what you need and how much it's going to cost and will call you and let you know when it's ready they are great I give them five stars they will work on my vehicles from now on

I had a pretty good experience with Southeast Automotive. They did work on my Audi A4. The work was performed well although it did take a little while to get it completed. BUT, that was only because of the part not being readily available. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this shop for your Auto needs. Both Chris and Brad are good guys.

I worked with both of the Chris there at the shop.
