Let me start off by saying this I am pleased with the customer service representatives of the company, but greatly displeased with the most important part, which is the quality of the work I had panels that we re not painted and some painted incorrect colors from stock. My front bumper comes with over 50 screws when I picked up the new front end completely from the factory there was only about five screws, holding the entire front and down. Needless to say this car is capable of doing over 200 miles an hour end at any speeds at interstate or greater the panels vibrate. Service time in schedule is very unpredictable to be fair. Some was due to parts being hard to fine but other parts were already available put in for painting, sat for a day and removed without being unpainted to work on another vehicle.

if I could give this place a zero I would. this place is a joke. MY MOTHERS CAR GOT STOLEN FROM THIS PLACE. a tree fell on her Camaro summer of last year and it sat at the body shop for almost 7 months before we were able to pick it up and when we did it was poor quality. the pillers in her car were hanging down, there was mold and mildew as soon as you got in the vehicle, and there were dents and scratches in the paint of the vehicle AND IN THE TINT OF HER BACK WINDOW. so we take it back and it s there for another 2 months, we pick it up again and if the car sat it would quite literally fog up because of how much moisture was in the vehicle. on top of how poor the paint job was, you could see three different color reds, AND THE ROOF WAS CAVING IN! we take it back for the THIRD time and they ve had it for 5 more months. it was excuse after excuse with Scott and don t even try to communicate with him because unless you have his personal number you aren t contacting him. during the last go round they asked for the 2nd key to the car due to having to do something to the programming, we gave them the key and a couple weeks later they call us and ACCUSE THE CAR BEING IN REPO AND HAD MY MOTHER SIT ON THE PHONE WITH BOTH HER BANK AND THEM PROVING THAT SHE WAS IN GOOD STANDING. My mother didn t owe a payment for two months. He lied multiple times saying he saw it off on a tow truck, then changing his story saying it was in a secure location locked up. On the Chevrolet app you can track the vehicle/when it s started up. the vehicle left the premises at 12-1am on a saturday. this was definitely an inside job!! to top things off, had my mother claim it on her insurance when it should have been on the body shop s. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. the multiple times we were up there were other customers not satisfied with the workmanship.

I m giving this location one star bc,I have to. I had a bad experience with this location,took my truck for front end damage,I explained everything that needed to be fixed before I left it & the only thing that was done was a bumper/battery. My truck needed the support bracket replaced so that everything would fit properly & another piece that sits on top of the bumper. They used an after market part that just doesn t mesh at all with my vehicle & I knew immediately that it wasn t right. I spoke to Scott & the manager. The issue has yet to be resolved. My insurance was charged a lot of money for the amount of work that was done. I would never recommend this shop or visit this shop again. Horrible service.

Just want to save anyone I can the trouble of using these guys. They took my car in on September 29th. I went back a week later to get my SD card out of my dash camera, and after going through my camera feed their employee left my car in the front running for 15 minutes with nobody in it. Then a couple hours later the technician drove my car in the bay but not before revving the motor and hot roding in their parking lot. So after talking to the manager which is a real cool guy. He promised the guy wouldn't be in my car and one of the estimators and /or the shop manager would drive my car, well that didn't happen. Then finally picked my car up on October 31st only to find runs in my paint, my sensors just fell out by touching them so the estimator took the car back in the shop and fixed that. Well my trunk wasn't aligned, my subwoofer didn't work, my exhaust was not fixed, my ground wiring for my subwoofer was just dangling with sparks coming from it after I pulled the plate off to see why it wasnt working. Still to this day they have not finished my car but they got paid by the insurance already. I have emailed the estimator and tried calling. Also they screen your calls when they know your calling they will ignore it if you want to know anything about your car. The estimator has yet to return my email asking when they can finish this. Please stay away from this place. Very unsatisfactory work. Be aware!!!! There were 3 other unsatisfied customers there as I was.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They couldn t service my vehicle, because they couldn t find the pieces to fix it but they didn t inform me until I called back up there 2 weeks later. There were several instances where there was no communication. So for 2 weeks the car sat and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Then the receptionist continuously hung up on me whenever I called I had to call from another number in order to get through in order to get my questions answered. When I did pick up my vehicle it looked WORSE, and they handed me pieces of it that are now completely useless. Yeah save your time, save your money pick a different business entirely to do your repairs.EDIT TO ADD: the incompetence is crazy, on top of the experience I was told to leave the rental vehicle there do you know they never told the company that the rental arrived .. good thing I did not trust them and informed the rental company myself. Do not waste your time here. Read the reviews.

I don t give reviews no matter how bad the business! But I don t want anyone else to fall victim to what I went through with this business! I came in for a body work issue my car was completely operable! They called me after almost a month telling me there s an issue with my key! Usually key fobs die so I told them to change the battery! Next thing I know SCOTT told the insurance this was a previous issue causing my insurance not to cover any issues that came about while my car was in the shop! Now I have a Lexus I drive my car an hr to work everyday never had a problem starting it. All of a sudden it doesn t start after being on the lot for a month now people! So they keep sending me on dummy missions because they know I m going to keep getting turned around meanwhile they get to keep my car on the lot per the insurance paying them for it right! Almost 2 months now these people had my car! Please don t take your car here! I do not want them to make money off of anyone else like they are doing to me! PLEASE go to a local shop to have your car needs met! And as for the team at this establishment wickedness never prevails!(Update ) I had my car looked at on my own as they gave me my car back not running when it came there running! So my whole system Under the hood was shocked all sorts of fuses were blown in the car! On top of that they gave me a different front bumper than the one I had initially brought my car in with(something that was also not communicated with me til after the fact)They also took one of the emblems off the car and did not put it back! DO NOT BRING your nice car here they will try to mess it up so they can get the insurance money! In my case they tried to pull a fast one on me and it backfired! This place is not legit! The 3 star review is a scam they got their employees doing it! There s like 4 other reviews other than mine with a similar story please please don t bring your car here!

Went in to see about an estimate. 1st one available wasn t for almost 3 weeks. Doesn t your company want to make money? My last 2 vehicles were fixed here but not this one. Workloads this large, to not be able to do an estimate for 3 weeks makes me question the quality of work that will go into my vehicle.

If you read any review please read this one: a tree branch fell on my vehicles windshield only cracking the glass of the windshield. All they want is more money from your insurance, manager or whoever he is, Austin, is looking for $$$.- 3.5 weeks to replace a WINDSHIELD- Charged us $5500, stating there were dents in the vehicle. I requested a replaced windshield not a whole vehicle dent inspection. How could there be any dents if the branch ONLY hit the windshield?- not easy to work with and when you ask questions you re a bother to them.- major lapse in communication as well.If insurance did not require I brought the vehicle here I would ve gone elsewhere. Safelite would ve been quicker, cheaper and much more supportive.

DO NOT USE! This has been the worst experience I have EVER had! From the lack of communication and horrible customer service. I took my truck in for repairs on June 5 when I arrived I heard other customers complaining and picking up their vehicles from where their systems had been down for the past two weeks. I asked the receptionist did I need to take my vehicle somewhere else because it was obvious, they would need to get to the vehicles that were there prior to me since they could not do so for two weeks. She assured me that was not the case, so I left my vehicle(bad mistake). Fast forward while my vehicle was at the shop. I had to continue to call and get no answer and no return phone calls. The tech finally called me on a Friday and told me that my vehicle was actually done early all to get there the following Monday and they could not even find my vehicle. Once they did, the receptionist took my $500 deductible before it was even completed my vehicle was filitybinside and out where they had not taking it to the car wash to be detailed. Once I got my vehicle later that day, there was a crack in the brand new grill, no windshield washer fluid which they charged for as well as my oil change indicator light had been reset by someone somehow. I then took my vehicle back the very same day for the incomplete repairs which took another week to be completed and they charge State Farm over $7000 the same day when my vehicle was not done and still in their possession! When I finally picked up my vehicle, I complained to the manager with all my concerns and issues. He apologized and offered me a $50 gift card that he said I can pick up the following morning when they called me to do so that was July 6 today is Tuesday, July 11 and I still have not heard from the manager or service tech with my $50 gift card. Again, another display of horrible customer service. I have already reported them to state farm and suggested they remove them from there in net work priority list.

I want to first start off by saying that Mr.Eddy has been phenomenal throughout this entire experience. He reassured us in our difficult time that everything was going to be okay. He was also professional, kind, respectful, and we knew that we were in good hands. Now we did have a hiccup throughout this process, but from my prospective, it had nothing to do with Mr.Eddy, more so with whoever did the paint work. When Mr.Eddy found out what had happened, he handled it and got us squared away. Like I said before, we knew we were in good hands working with Mr.Eddy. The amount of professionalism that this man has is astounding. And despite the hiccup we had, as long as Mr.Eddy is here, if we have anymore issues in the future, I know where to bring my vehicle. I want to also thank Mr.Tommy as well for being so kind and helpful!Service: Painting

The follow up with this location is absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get a status update for a repair that was due to their initial faulty replacement of a part. A part that they will rebuild to my insurance no doubt making the claim even higher. When the initial job could have been handled with a repaint. Every time I call it s a different story. No manager with the exception of the parts has ever returned my call. The lashes at the front can only do so much and they are getting the brunt of it all. This is absolutely unacceptable. One should not have to escalate matters to get things resolved. Managers you are setting your employees and business for failure when you fail to do your job be ensure customer satisfaction to a basic and adequate manner.

Service King provided excellent customer service! The staff was welcoming from the first interaction through completion because they understand their customers are dealing with a stressful situation. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and gave me honest timeline estimates for completion. It was a smooth process of collaborating with them and the rental car company. I m so thankful for this Service King. I had been looking for a collision shop to have some repairs to my vehicle and everyone was estimating they would not be able to get me in for 2-3 months except for Service King. I was able to get an appointment in a few days. They estimated the work would be completed in 2 weeks. We were supposed to be leaving for a road trip before the work would ve been completed so I was going to get a rental car. However, the day we were supposed to be leaving I called them & they had the vehicle completed. I was able to save money by not having to get a rental & pickup my car before getting on the road. I m very happy with the service they provided. They keep you updated every step of the way.

Currently I made an appointment with this company.when I walk in to drop off my car.I was told that my appointment was changed to a month down the road. Which leaves me to have liabilities driving around with a vehicle that's unsafe. Seems as though the representative have no regards for the mistakeas. They believe it is okay that I did not get an update. they change my date to a month down the line..do not do businesses with shop..they are very passively aggressive towords they're mistakes. As well as Casey the general manager would not step out to talk to me or apologize for the short coming ...I will keep you updated my situation is currently in mitigation. Just waiting for the outcome and I will keep you postedUpdate :3 weeks later.As of today my car is completed after posting my review.I contacted the corporate office and they made sure to jump right on the situation. Not only did they take my car in that same afternoon. They try their best to reassure me that the car will be done in a timely manner. Taken notice that I could not get another appointment at another location for 3 weeks.As of today I am satisfied with the job the car looks amazing. As I expected too because this is not my first time doing business with this company.I will admit they have quality body work skills .the only issue: I found is that the paint color was a little off it did not match . supposedly it was an insurance issue Sometimes places of businesses have off days. but I'm glad that they took the time to mitigate the issues and get my car in Forservice.

Because I was a returning customer, they were able to get in even though they were not taking any vehicles. Once my vehicle was in the repair shop, Austin sent me a text regularly, keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle repair. I love the service and the workers are always so nice and helpful.

STAY AWAY No pre-repair inspection, later claim damage they do was preexisting, Lousy Job. Read contract they claim if stolen, fire or act of God etc. YOU are responsible. Told via contract vehicle not to leave facility yet 51 mile joy ride RO Number: 302005168 STAY AWAY - Manager may have looked into it, unsure, never contacted me that is for sure!Service: Body & Trim

Our experience started really well, they communicated with me via text 2 or 3 times a week. Our car took 2 days more than the estimated time because of parts delays and when I took my concerns about it to Austin H. He when above and beyond to get my car ready as quick as possible.Austin was very professional and cordial, I think he is a really good asset to your company.And to you Austin all I can say is thank you. Thomas, Robbie, Daniel, Andrea and Aaron are the most awesome people up here. They are all attentive and listen to what you have to say. ServiceKing diligently worked on our vehicle after being hit by a deer. They kept us informed via text or phone call the entire way. They were also very accommodating for us, as they stayed late to finish a minor repair. I highly recommend their services and will use them again for any future needs!

I went there for a price, only to be told to call a number to get an appt. I sat in the parking lot, made the call, and the appt was set for 5 min later. They took the photos and all my information and never gave me a price for the work. Complete waste of time.

My car was towed to them over a week ago to be inspected for my insurance claim. So far I haven't heard any word from them. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. The only way to speak to someone is to call as if you're setting up service. I'm going to drive up there today just to see what's going on. Pretty annoyed, and they were referred by Allstate???

Absolutely the worst experience. I went there with my vehicle and they damaged it even more. It wasn t fixed to my satisfaction and they didn t accept responsibility for the cheap knocked up job they did. The customer service is the worse I ve had in all my years. Please take before and after pics or better yet, do not go at all. I m my opinion they scammed my insurance because the work wasn t done properly and no one wanted to accept that it was there fault. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone at all. Absolutely no one!!!

It was super stressful dealing with having been in an accident and this was my first one. JEN, from Service King, was an amazing comfort, patient, and so sweet. I felt very much cared for with her. Every time I called, I sought her. Lol. What can I say, she was just that good!?! But respectfully, EVERYONE who I dealt with was phenomenal.When I got my car back, some amazing woman, from Service King, paid my deductible; my car had been detailed; and I nearly forgot there was even any damage.I will NEVER go anywhere else for bodywork. I m not sure what else they do at SK, but they will always be my first call if anything goes wrong with my call. I love SK!!!!!! Service: Body & Trim

Service King went above and beyond with our repair. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on repairing our front bumper, but they even went the extra mile and detailed our vehicle (which I must admit was dropped off to them in a very unclean state). They even put air in our tires! I would gladly use this location again. They were professional, kind, and efficient. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
