I ve been coming here for years because these are good, honest people. They have never told me I needed something I didn t. Several times the repair was so minor they didn t even charge me (something loose, low fluid level, etc). I know I can bring my car here with confidence for an accurate diagnosis and get it done right the first time.

I got there first thing that morning and was the 2nd customer. My van was serviced right away. I had my brakes check,air conditioner fixed, and oil changed. It didn't cost me a house payment and they were friendly and polite. They are my official go for car maintenance place.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. He advised me of a coupon I could use, which brought my full synthetic oil change to $63 and you can t beat that price. The waiting room was nice and had a tv for entertainment while you wait. I also noticed the technicians put down a paper floor mat for every car so that they don t get grease on your floor mat. I will be returning to this location for my next oil change. I have been to many locations in Atlanta and this one was definitely the most professional.

My husband had the worst experience at Precision Tune Auto Care on Jonesboro Road. He went to have his alternator changed and received an estimate for a new alternator for $492 for a 2013 Nissan Infinity G37x. They communicated they obtain the part directly from auto zone. When he inquired with the representative at Precision Tune Auto Care if Auto Zone sells the part at this high of rate, he confirmed. So he conducted his own research by contacting auto zone and was told that the part for his vehicle would cost $301. The representative at auto zone also stated parts being sold to repair shops are given at a discounted rate. This would result in the price the shop would be receiving is $194. This is two different prices being quoted. The representative at precision initially stated the price that he s is giving him was originally retrieved directly from the database given from auto zone. Upon picking up his vehicle, he requested a receipt from their direct sale of auto zones alternator. He was told then that he cannot receive a receipt by the representative at precision. He also inquired about his original alternator , they stated they sent it to auto zone without his permission. He continued to ask since this was given to auto zone where is the discounted rate that he should ve received on the total that was previously discussed. He also asked for the specific location of the auto zone and when he followed up with the manager on site he said they do not have an affiliation with this shop and they don t have any record of this transaction. So this results in a concern of the validity of the alternator that was fixed in his veichle. This is not a business that uphold the integrity and safety of the customers and their vehicles being serviced. I also have not been able to speak with management or any one to further address this issue. Do not take your vehicles here!

Went in for a brake check and found out that my suspension system was deteriorating. The analysis determined that I needed front driver side CV axle, lower ball joint replacement. Precision Tune was cable to complete the repair, test drive the car and I am more than satisfied with the results. I also purchased four new tires and my 2009 CRV Honda is riding like a well oiled sewing machine. Thank you Precision Tune. And I saved a lot of money by not going to the dealer.

My go to place no matter the price I had an issue before with a tire sensor after coming from here randomly no problem I went got it fixed it. 1/27/24 I got a tire rotation/oil change and I drive my car 3miles and that sensor comes on again I call to tell them about this an I got it was like that upon arrival and the cold weather you guys just topped my air off and I just got off the highway 50miles after recalibrating it myself. Now I feel I have to find a different service provider because of HONESTY AND THATS SAD ON TOP OF THAT GET MY TIRES CHECKED AN FIXED

I paid for an oil change 5/26/23. Half way home the sensor, Service Soon B1, came on. I live an hour away & they were closed. Tuesday, the 30th (Monday was Memorial Day). Spoke with Megan (VERY VERY VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL). I explained my concern, she replied, "B1 means tire rotation." After no resolution I asked for the mgr only to be told, "he's not here but I'll have him to call you." I asked his name she told me Chad. From May 39th to today, Chad has NOT contacted me! Monday of this week I noticed oil in my driveway. I took my car to a mechanic today to be told the bolt was not tightened (loose) & my car had lost a little over a quart of oil. I immediately called & Megan answered. I advised Chad NEVER called and she replied, "I gave him the message." After no resolution I asked to speak to the mgr & she said he was not in. At this point, I'm upset even more. Megan decided to hang up in my face & did not answer the 6 calls made from my cell. I called from the business line I was at Megan answered. I stated, " you hung up in my face & screened/ignored my calls." She replied, "I did not hang up in your face. I was talking to my boss & I don't have to talk to you if you're yelling at me." and proceeded to hang up AGAIN! I called their corporate office & waiting for a call. I'm definitely contacting the BBB! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST! Chad still has NOT contacted me.

Very disappointed with the service at this McDonough location. I now understand why their Yelp rating is low. I took it there to fix the purge valve and hour and half later the check engine light came back on. I don t think they ever fixed it. They were unwilling to take responsibility for it because they did not do the diagnostic. I was never offered a diagnostic. I took it to the Precision tune in Austell, they did the diagnostic and the purge valve was still the issue. They replaced it with a new purge valve and gave me excellent service. Go to Austell!!

I came here to get my check engine light looked at. When I got there I explained to the lady that I have been working on this car and I can't find any problem myself to get this fixed. My last option was to get a smoke test done to see if I had a vacuum leak. My codes where p0171 and p0174. I explained to her it can not be my mass air flow and Cat but I could be wrong. Could you check and also do a smoke test. Lady calls me later to tell me after checking the car you need a new mass air flow and cat. It was gonna be 2k+ I said did you do the smoke test. She said no because of the code that came up it was not necessary. Ok what ever I paid there $120 diagnostic fee and decided to get a second opinion. I go to another person tell them the same thing and they actually do the smoke test. Come to find out I do have a vacuum leak and that is the cause of my codes. Do not trust them. Now I'm out $120 because they couldn't do 1 simple thing to help me yet they would have charged me for a mass air flow sensor a cat and a new hose once they realized it wasn't my sensor or cat.

Steer clear. I brought my 09 Honda pilot to this location for years and This last time the tech left the screw for my oil reservoir off and all the oil leaked out. As a result, my transmission blew and left me stranded on the highway. I reached out to them and was told that I needed to speak to the manager Chad who was out of town. I contacted corporate and have been ignored since. Definitely seeking some sort of fix for my issue.

Please beware. The auto service was GREAT! Mechanic was knowledgeable and auto service was quick. The customer service on the other hand was horrible. She would not give me her name, but it is Megan and she is absolutely appalling. Very, very rude. I would give the guys five stars ; her and the customer service, NONE. Chad, please do something about this and hire better. Thanks Sasso!

We had several issues with the car that they happily fixed and corrected for us. Front Lights replacement, acd oil change as well as cabin and air filters replaced. Thank you for assisting with the air healthcare for my grandchildren because of the air filter. If you are in need of car service at a reasonable cost with quality services. You are going to CONTINUE to loose customers as long as Meagan is behind your counter!!!! I agree with everything" PdCi1023" posted on here!!!.......Today was my second encounter with Meagan and also my LAST!!! Chad has always been why I visited this location, but not anymore.I was the first and only person there before the store opened in order to get in and out. i came in exactly @ 8, around 8:15 a car already in the parking lot was pulled in before mine, so I thought I would ask now when/how long will it take for my car. Meagan proceeded to carry a conversation with me from the back office where I couldn't see her. She told me the person they would be working on my car hadn't gotten there yet, but he should be pulling up in min....ok, "when he gets here how long should it take?" She told me that she wouldn't know until he got here/there....I asked her then could she come to the front where we could talk face to face. She informed me at that time she was sending an email and she couldn't come out until she was finished.....When she came out I told her that she should have told me that the tech was out....She told me" I didn't know he wasn't here."..............You are the POC and you don't know one of your workers aren't there?!! Not to mention, it was only her and another person there! Wouldn't that be the FIRST THING you do before scheduling is to find out who is/was working?!! Now she starts throwing out any excuse that might stick. i.e. "I opened up a little earlier and I didn't have time to check. "I was too busy wiping down the front office." " I didn't know who was here.".......ENOUGH!!! When were you going to own up to your mistake and try to correct it!! The one gentleman that worked on the vehicles HE tried real hard to make things right, but Meagan had done TOO Much DAMAGE!!! I asked for my keys and was ready to leave! Not once did she apologize or tried to make things right!

Went for an oil change, recommended air filter and cabin filter change change the filters the noise was coming from the car went back two days later and they fixed it that was a faulty air filter they came from the manufacturers like that so I appreciate what they did they were very helpful and I will go again. Met a nice person there

I came here because my car was jerking, the guy did a test drive with me and told me he would check under the hood. He said he found my issue! I was so relieved, I paid for the issue they said and when I left literally within hours I was having the same issue. Took my car back and they basically told me to go somewhere else that could help me because they fixed what they thought was the problem. $600 down the drain. I would never come here again, and I have already told all of my friends/family to spread the wordService: General repairs & maintenance

Don't not take your car to this place. They will take your money. I took my car there to get my wheel bearing done and they charged me $775 only for my wheel bearing to continue roaring and they tried to say it's my half shaft. I took and got my half shaft fixed(which wasn't the problem) so I wasted $400 on a half shaft. Now their saying for me to buy some new tires and it might be my rear wheel bearing. I will never recommend or take me or my wife car to them ever again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Brought my car in to have the A/C system diagnosed. It was a little expensive, but it included suction and replacement of up to a pound of freon so I didn't think much of it. They told me the component that was damaged so I elected to have them suction out the A/C lines, repair that component myself, and have them replace up to a pound of freon when I returned since that was included in the price I already paid for. Upon returning to pick up my car after the freon was put back in, I was charged the full price for freon recharge despite explaining to the manager that we already paid for the amount of freon used to recharge. They were able to see the receipt of my initial payment. Despite this, the manager proceeded to explain to me his concerns about the cost of freon and attempted to tell me that receiving the pound of freon that I already paid for was contingent on me doing the repairs at their shop....even though I paid for it. To make it worse, I confirmed with them the morning I dropped it off that I would only be obligated to pay for freon that went over the pound which was already paid for, to which their response was "yes". I don't ever leave bad reviews, I'm not one of those miserable people, but this was just plainly wrong. Hoping I can get in touch with the owner.

Got an oil change, and they leave your car FILTHY. My light colored car interior has several black stains all over. It never made sense how they touch so much when they only need to be in the car to drive it in and out.

I ve been getting oil changes, tire rotations and overall general maintenance for my car at various locations. The people are professional and wait times are not crazy. However, there was an instance a technician either did not inform me something was broken or when my cabin air filter was replaced, my glove department door and all of the contents were scrambled on the floor when I was leaving. I went to another location where a technician told me the dipstick was broken. Apparently the technician notated this was broken in October but I was checked out without being informed and would have requested to get it replaced. Off principal, it is not the most secure feeling to not be informed when something was broken (even if it was from wear and tear). This is my second time taking my vehicle to this place and something is wrong with it when they are done. The first time they broke the handle to my turn signal. I went and got it fixed on my own no complaints to them because I knew they were going to deny it. Went in today for oil change and during the oil change a gentleman called me to my vehicle showing me he could not get the oil light senor to go off and that if he couldn't figure it out I would have to take it to the dealership so they could do it. But low and behold I get my vehicle back the oil light senor is off but now my airbag senor light is on and of course they did not do it, "it was like that when I bought it in". I've been going there for years and I will never bring my vehicle to get any services at this place again.Service: Oil change

Been getting service here for a while today will be my last time came in July to get my tires rotated and the guy missed placed the key for my tires so it took over an hour because he had to find the key so I spoke to the manager and he didn t care about the situation he only made excuses for it no type of customer value here my time isn t valuable to them bad customer service skills

I will definitely be back. I had a issue with my oil change. But i called explained the problem and with NO HESITATION they told me to bring it back the next day and the corrected the problem!! They actually did a NEW oil change on it again. They definitely have a new customer. You may have to wait for a bit because they can get backed up. But bits worth it and the LADIES THERE ARE SWEET AND HELPFUL!!!

My experience was great. I got new brakes and rotors, new wipers and a premium oil change. The man who serviced my car (I wish I knew his name) came to the waiting area and explained everything in detail of what issues I had going on with my car and even showed me what my brakes looked like in comparison to a brand new one. I got a lot done and didn't have to break the bank because the man also gave me some discounts, he was so nice. The only con was I was there for about 3 hours, not sure why but I wasn't mad about it. Thanks!

WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! I got an oil change and it s not even time for an oil change because I barely even drive my car and my engine light came on and I checked the oil my car was so dry of no oil, I believe they didn t even change it for my car to run completely out of oil so quickly! I can t wait to tell them the terrible job they ve done I have to take my car all the way to Audi dealer to ensure my engine isn t messed up because of their poor service! Please don t go there if you want your vehicle to not breakdown!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I wish I could have liked this place. I've visited this place 3 time since moving to the area and each time I am disappointed. The first time there was a long wait, I understand. The next time the oil change price had increased, that too is understandable. The third time, they stated they couldn't get my oil light to turn off. I inquired about that because I've had my car for 7 years and no one has ever said that. The young lady stated it was the cars fault. I scoffed but didn't press the issue with the cashier. I left worried. I parked in a parking lot to see if I could reset the oil light by stepping on the gas pedal and it worked without a problem. This is literally a car business. Why would they not know how to reset an oil light.
