Was towed in Thursday with major DEF issues and got me out of there Friday. Repair was ultra fast and quality. Savannah kept everything professional and wish there were more people like her. I recommend this location

I was delivering a vehicle for a company and there was a oil pressure issue and I called the dealership when they opened at 7am and a very nice lady named Rebecca helped me. She even transferred me to the tow truck company rather than making me take down a phone number. When I arrived she said hello to me by name told me what was going to take place and had me wait in thir drivers lounge. It was a nice day outside so I sat at their outdoor covered picnic table and later she came out to get me. Also she has candy on her desk!

I've had 2 of my trucks worked on here in the last 3 months and they have been very prompt. In fact, they have under-promised and over-delivered all 4 times. Their staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I recommend McDonough Freightliner with my eyes closed.

The team at Peach State Freight liner in McDonough Ga. are the most welcoming and honest team I ve meet. The ladies were very kind at the front desk. Keep up the outstanding Customer Service. I will most definitely come back in the future and recommend my fellow drivers.

Excellent service at Peach State. Turbo on Detroit 60 fixed on time and under quote. Carey was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated what was needed and done. Savanah and Amanda kept us informed and were very service oriented. Very satisfied with results.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Dillon has excellent communication and acts with a sense of urgency which is greatly appreciated. Rep and delivery drivers are courteous and friendly.

The people who work here on both shifts were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful, from the office to the techniciansThey replaced my headlight and fixed the other problems I didn't even know about, which saved me from possibly sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I very much appreciate all they did.

Unfortunately, our experience with the truck service center was disappointing. I can only give this truck service center one star. We paid for their services, but the work was subpar. The issues we brought the truck in for persist, leaving us dissatisfied with the overall experience. In addition to the unsatisfactory service, our frustration deepened as we were kept waiting for three days. Despite assurances that everything was progressing well, it became evident that no significant work had been done. This miscommunication only added to the disappointment of our experience with this truck service center.

1st let me start by saying thank you!! You guys saved me alot of money by making sure i purchased exactly what i needed to get back on the road. I was told by another dealer i needed to purchases an entire def assembly just to get the wiring harness but im so glad i called you guys and J 2.0 took the time out to actually do some research and find exactly what i needed which was just a wiring harness but he didnt take the chance at guessing at it he asked if i had the part and could come in to make sure it was correct once i got there Dillon called me over to his work station grab the parts and thoroughly inspected the harness to make sure it was the exact same harness and we got the part order! Amanda capped off my Amazing experience with beyond exceptional customer service and product knowledge!! Thanks again to Amanda, J2.0 and Dillon for an awesome experience

Great experience this visit. Turn around time was fast. I also like that they performed a courtesy inspection. It alerted me to a problem that may have caused me to break down on the road later.

How amazing it is to find parts professionals in Atl. Truck dropped and injector, I immediately went to see the guys at PeachState. Sadly the part was not available in Forrest Park. I got on the line Amanda at McDonough and she was able locate it right away. When I arrived she was ready with part in hand. Thanks Amanda for the great service.
