I can not recommend Randy & his staff more!! They were recommended to me a few years ago when my car had battery issues, after repeated service through the dealership with no permanent fix, One Stop was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue. They are reliable, trustworthy and their prices are extremely competitive. I also love their customer service, they send thank you cards after most service work and in today s busy world, that goes a long way with me! Great company through and through!

Randy is always soo nice to me! He knows it's me calling, & answers Hello Miss Dory"!! It's great! My car just wudn't start, dash lights, radio, etc was on.My husband hooked up his charger most all night to battery, not much happening. Just enough for me to put car in Neutral. And man was steering hard! But, we got it in driveway for tow truck.Well, I drove car home after new battery.... next day, no start! We tow it back, & come to find out, new battery was a dud!! (Prob. From China).Now my car runs like a dream. I love this car care center, they do everything you need. Our cars a Jetta TDI's, meaning deisels. Not many people will do a deisel car tune up.Now, to just find some men/boys to actually work for Randy. He's a sweet heart.

I have had two recent experiences with Randy and the team in the last few months and I am very pleased. I was very hesitant because I have never had to find a mechanic on my own so I called and spoke with Randy and decided that I would give them a shot. After speaking with my dad I have come to the conclusion that the pricing is fair. Recently I was run off the road and hit a curb. Took my car in for repairs and it actually runs better now than it did before the repair. That being said, as long as I live in McDonough they will forever be my auto shop!!!

These guys have been working on my cars for 10+ years. They make sure the job is done right and with great customer service! They actually stand behind their work if there are any issues.

Have have been there for both (oil changes, brakes)minor and a major (engine mount) issues with my car.. The prices & customer service was and is awesome!! They saved me over $500, than what was quoted at dealership. Started sending my husband & mom there as well.. Now my go to place. You won t be disappointed!!

Took my car here to get a a/c line put on hose did not fit all the way it was leaning against my air filter box and i had to bring it back cuz freon leaked out. They said it was leaking from somewhere and charged me again cuz they didnt seal system then it leaked out again these idiots dont know what they doing they just taking money. Never again stay away yall have been warned.

Two cars in and out here quite regularly. Needed some exhaust work done. They referred me to another shop. Will continue to tow cars here. Came back to good environment I'm good workers.

Great place to take your car. The owner Randy is so nice and courteous. I took my car to have all 4 tires balanced and the price was far. My car ride so much smoother now. Thank you, Randy

Took my 71 Lincoln to them to get the transmission resealed.. Did the job in a timely manner and did it right. Kept the vehicle inside as they promised and kept me informed. This car is my pride and joy and have found it EXTREMELY hard to find dependable, knowledgeable people but I think I may have found it with these guys. They'll be doing any work that I can't from now on... Hopefully it will be the same guys there the next time I need them... Just as a reference, DONT use the transmission shop next door to them. That guy is NOT honest at all.Service: Transmission

Awesome! Needed an oil change for my Fiat. After checking reviews of shops close to me I chose One Stop. It was further from my home but well worth the drive. They were very courteous and service was fast. On my way to them I had a warning light concerning my two rear tires. They checked and adjusted my tire pressure. Great prices and great service. They will get all of my car repairs and maintenance in the future.

Great customer service. Had a blow out on highway and had my car towed to dealership and they couldn't get my lock off after breaking my lock for my tires and called these guys up and they told us too bring it in they could fix it and they did just that only took them 10 minutes, dealership had my car for 3 hours and couldn't get it off. And I was just passing thru Georgia. He was so helpful and assured us from the time we stepped in that he would take care of us and he did just that. Great customer service!!!!!!

Prices are reasonable. The staff is nice and friendly and seemed to know what they are doing about mechanical auto repair. They seemed to be on top of things and work in a timely matter keeping you abreast accordingly if work requires some time. I just wish if they move things around in a customer car and/ or some things *storage bins that were to keep things organized* well if it went over during the lift or fall down while being moved out the way that' it is picked back up, upon getting my car, it looked like a dinosaur was flipping it over like a jigsaw puzzle, everything was thrown all over the place and a strong unpleasant odor that neither of the above things mention was the case when the car was initially dropped off for repair. Would I recommend them and/ return well besides those two areas mention; yes I would.

Just visited this facility for the first time last week. These guys are the stuff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a simple leak in a coolant hose that was causing my car to overheat. I was told by another shop in the area that I needed the headgaskets replaced. These guys replaced the hose and flushed out the coolant system for a very fair price and got it done fast. I will definitely return soon to have some more work done that I have been neglecting. Thanks a lot guys!!

I was told about a week or two ago that I needed all four calipers replaced and it will cost over $700.00 dollars mind you I already spent a little over $900.00 in repairs. After the treatment I received I decided to take my business else where and get a second opinion and thank goodness I did. I was informed that changing all four calipers was OVERKILL not necessary at all but instead I needed break pads and rotors. I could have easily gotten my entire car fixed with the $900 dollars I spent here. If your in McDonough please check out Rainbow Muffler before coming here, you will thank me later.

I'm thankful for the consistent and professional experience that I enjoy at One Stop. I can take my vehicle into the shop, knowing that the repairs will be done correctly, at a fair price and in a timely manner. As a single mom, I really appreciate that I can take my children in when necessary and they can enjoy the kids area. They have earned my business!!

Again my car was roughly only half clean. I even did some of my own scrubbing with the tire brush and they did some prior as normal. One of the guys did offer to let me go through again but I had already spent some time with a towel on it.

Conan is the best and really cares about the customers. He made sure i was aware of everything going on with my car, called me sporadically to check on my car, and made sure I was satisfied. This will be my go to car care Center! Oh and the prices weren't too high

I was really impressed by their service after my first visit. They offer great work and their customer service is awesome. Now I visit regularly whenever I have maintenance problems and I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend 1 stop.

My mother took her 2007 Lincoln Navigator to One Stop Car Care Center due to the rear air suspension system not working. One Stop had the most reasonable price in the area and had the car repaired the same day! We were given a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty on the repair. Now, that is what gets you repeated business!

I m a certified Mechanic and when I m struggling with a problem this place is the only place I trust to fix it right the first time!! The guy who runs this place is amazing!!! They do exceptional work! At a great price! They try really hard to work with you and provide extremely fast service!

I Definitely recommend this place for all your car repair needs, Everyone is very honest and knowledgeable from the owner Larry to the Manager Tim to each staff member, they are very friendly and eager to serve their customers with so much respect and care. This is a place I truly appreciate.
