The service was awesome!! It turned out that I not only needed new tires but a rim. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. They recommended a company that fixes rims and I got my rim picked up the same day. I will recommend them to anyone that lives near one. Thank you

Service was great and the price better than what Goodyear and PDQ quoted me. The inside of the store was roomy with lots of seating area. I had a synthetic oil change done. It was $15 dollars cheaper than Goodyear sale price that was quoted to me. This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend.

I only give one star because I do NOT recommend this business; however, I did get my tires bought from TireBuyer, balanced and installed, along with two tire pressure monitoring sensors. The problem was, even though I had an appointment, having to wait over four hours, and then being billed more than I was told it would cost before I decided to use this business instead of one of their many competitors.

Where do I start .purchase 4 tires on a Friday return to get air pressure checked because my light indicated I needed air in tires the next day returning back Saturday morning for air check run a few area around town 2 hours later. Driving on i75 tire came completely off. After purchasing 4 brand new tires from Mavis in McDonough on highway 20. Call store, someone answer stated they would have a manager to call, never received a call. Call customer service with complaint, never called back DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS. Someone could have been killed or injured I could have loss my life. I have receipts, and no wheel or tires more damage to my vehicle. NEVER AGAIN MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH Mavis.

They took care of my tires three times now and have been quick and efficient in helping me. Micala and Nick were excellent and helped me get everything taken care of for a good price! Would come back again!

I m not from here I drove down from Tennessee to see my first born Grand baby he is a healthy lil boy by the way lol but my breaks was messing up on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and rattling and they treated me so well replace my breaks and rotors and serviced all my brake lines and fluid for $500 and then test drove it to make sure I m good!!! I would recommend anybody in this area to Mavis Tires and breaks had me in and out in 2hrs!!!! Great people and Great work

These Five STARS are for Mr David he has Superb customer service if I could give him 10 Stars I would he is the face to the place he kept me from going elsewhere .He is kind,realistic and professional employee. He empathizes to make things work for the customer and company this will keep me coming back I hope other employees see his work ethics and follow.Its about the long term of building relationships and keeping customers coming back choosing Mavis as there household car repair source ..Mr DAVID Thank you

Kudos to the whole crew at this location. They took great care of us on the way down to our vacation in Florida. Mackayla was great and recognized our urgency and made us a priority to get our service done and get us back on the road. She literally saved our trip! If I lived close by, they would have earned my business for all my vehicle service needs! Check them out for repairs and service! Thank you Mackayla and the rest of the team at Mavis!!

The customer service here is off the wall awesome. They were very helpful to me and courteous. I told them my budget and i won't budge and they worked with me excellent service. I highly recommend they are women friendly and won't phuck up your car so you come back like another famous tire shop in the area would do. They are honest they fix and you leave

I will never bring my Car here again not only did they lie to me about the type of brake pad they put on my Car, (Mercedes amg) they also were not properly installed. The consumer service is terrible . If you have a high performance vehicle DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HEAR especially this location.

Totally blown away ! Excellent customer service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful if you don t have the knowledge that they do . They are willing to find the right solution to best fit their customer needs. They walked me through the process of my brake alignment and updated me by recommending an oil change . They were quick and easy to deal with . I will be coming back !

The guys at the GA 20 Mavis were wonderful at explaining what I needed for my vehicle that also fit my budget. The service was done in a timely manner and updates were provided throughout the entire process. Nick and David were so helpful!

Went there for just tires and an alignment. Got my car back with scuff marks all over the rims which were filthy. There was a dent in my hood above the passenger side headlight. Part of my door was broken off. Someone had obviously gone through everything I had in my car. Everything was moved around, stuff was thrown in the back seats that were stored in the center compartment and stuff in the trunk was moved around even though they had no reason to go in the trunk for just tires because I didn t ask them to do anything with the spare tire. I spent about $900 for my car to get damaged. Pictures included with this

First off the customer service here is impeccable. My fianc� and I had a flat tire while driving a rental. We were able to pull into the parking lot with no issues from the staff. Unfortunately the rental car company sent us a faulty technician to fix the problem. However the mechanic Nicholas ended up rechecking the tire for us and would not take a dime from my partner or I. He ended up finding out that the lug nuts were in fact loose as well as the tire needed air. We wouldn t have even made it down the road if it weren t for his kindness! If you are in need of any tire repair or anything of the source, don t hesitate when coming here and ask for Nicolas, because he will most definitely get you the help that you need!

Mavis Tires and Brakes did a fantastic job, the wait wasn't crazy for a alignment and tires rotated and balanced. I was there about 2 hours, which is standard for that type of service. The facility was very clean and they had plenty of places to sit and wait for your vehicle. The staff was really courteous and my car is driving awesome.

I was having a rough morning because my tire caught a flat last night and I had to stop off at a hotel since nothing was open and I couldn t drive. Didn t want to spend money on a hotel; just wanted to drive home to Orlando. I went to Goodyear and sat there for 2 hours for them to tell me they didn t have my tire in stock and to head somewhere else. I did inform the man working in the front my situation beforehand and there was no sympathy. I went to Mavis and they took care of me right away and helped me out to the fullest. Nick and another gentleman at the front (I didn t get his name) was more than helpful!! I came in upset and just got done crying because I wasted 2 hours somewhere else and my 3 kids and I haven t eaten yet and we have a 7 hour drive to Orlando AND they have school tomorrow. We were in and out in about an hour and they were amazing!! Nick helped me out with new windshield wipers too since it was raining and I m going to be driving for a long time. I would recommend this location to anyone needing car assistance

I went to another tire shop and they told me they couldn t help. On the way home I passed by mavis and something told me to stop. I was Already frustrated and on the brink of tears from my experience from tire shop I had stopped at earlier, but by the time I left Mavis all my frustration, anger,tears no longer existed. The mavis team was attentive and helpful.Not only did Nick and David go above and beyond to answer all my concerns and questions. They made sure the job was done right. I was In and out in a timely manner. They didn t make me feel rushed or like was asking to many questions.??I m a happy client not only will I return in the future I will be referring all my friends and family here as well. Thank you for not making me feel like I was just a customer, here I felt like part of the Mavis family

I have not purchased from here however, I called for a price quote on tires and I will more than likely take my business elsewhere. I'm a very simple person, however when you can't meet my basic needs within an initial call I would dare not spend my money there.

I walked in to Mavis to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. ( someone else did work on my car ) Mickala and Jah made sure to show me a few of the possible issues and tighten things so i can get home. They were great. Thanks

Exceptional customer service, and work on my car. The staff are the best! I wasn't very knowledgeable of some things concerning my repairs. Thanks to Niquolas I gained a clear understanding of what was needed, and would be done! He was very kind, and patient with me as he explained the issue, and repair process in laymen's terms. Because of that young man, and the quality of work on my car, I will definitely return to this location for future service whenever needed! Thanks again!

Management needs to change. Store manager says customers need parts when they don't. District manager Marcus tells them to do so to screw over customer for more money. Highly not recommend not taking your car to them. They steal lie and cheat. Store manager spends more time in car with her child's father which is the trainer of mavis than actually doing her job. Very inappropriate environment. Hope everyone finds somewhere better.

Makayla was amazing. And when everyone else in town told me I would have to wait till the weekend. They got me in and had me DONE in a little under 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend!!!
