I had the best experience here today. Not stressful at all like I had experienced in other places. I needed my tires balanced and rotated before a trip. Terrance and Taylor were both super helpful, extremely nice and the service guys took care of my Tahoe quickly. I'll definitely be back!

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Chris and his team were very helpful. I was in need of a tire change and rim repair and was very impressed with the referral to include the quality of service that I received. I will definitely trust them again in the near future. Decided to go to this place today to get my rear tires replaced and ended up getting all 4 replaced at an affordable rate. The customer service was top tier from start to finish. I really appreciate the time and education I received from the staff. Service was quick and sufficient. I will be back in the future.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. When I walked in door I was immediately greeted and asked if could be helped. The Assistant Mgr. Tyler quickly accessed my issue, quoted me a fantastic price (Pep Boys wanted to take me to the cleaners) and pulled my vehicle in the shop to begin repairs. Roderick (store Mgr) checked with me to make sure I was being taken care of. Needless to say Mavis will handle all my vehicle needs in the future.

My first experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Foster Dr in McDonough was exceptional! The level of customer service (worth 10-stars) received from Mr. Rodrick was outstanding...above and beyond. This enlightened display of service and transparency rarely exist in most business' these days. I was very pleased with the entire service, from the inital appointment call to greeting at the store, until the end of service, professional consistency. Due to Mr. Rodrick's diligent efforts I was able to get my son back to school in time.I have been a customer of another competitor tire shop for years, but with the level of service Mr. Rodrick displayed, I was utterly pleased with the service. Here's to a NEW Mavis customer! I have already recommended Mavis to three customers for tire and mechanical service. Also thank you to Tyler for helping my dad on his visit.Mr. Rodrick you set the bar high. THANK YOU!!!P.S. Hopefully Mavis will consider offering optional tire warranty with all/most brand/type tire purchases.

A - Class customer service and professionalism! My experience with the manager Terrance and his team Rodrick and Tyler was amazing. They were so cautious and efficient with my vehicle and I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

Best tire place ever. They offer affordable prices! These guys are so professional and kindhearted!!! They even took me to pick my son up from gym class when my repairs took longer than expected. Tylor, Roderick and Issac are top notch employees with great customer service.

I came in because my tire pressure light was on. They were very accommodating and quickly identified that my 2 rear tires were in need of replacement. I was quickly shown my options and they got me right into a bay. The price was fair and the service was quick and professional. The new store manager Terence and Ms Kay are the best, as well as the rest of the staff. I am sending my parents over also since my dad needs a tire too.

Roderick is thorough, professional, trustworthy, and attentive. I m used to going to repair shops where customer service is not always valued. Additionally, they take hours and hours and don t always seem to have your best interest at heart. Roderick however, embodies what it means to be a true leader and will bring quality customer service to any location. Mavis, please do not move him again unless you re promoting him but just in case you do, I ll be following him to that store also. I ll be returning soon to get additional work but in the meantime, go see Roderick!

Came in this morning with a break issue and Mrs K and Terrance where very helpful with getting me checked in and do the diagnosis with what work was needed for repair. Came back with a fair price to move forward with the repair and getting me out at a reasonable time letting me get back to my day. I appreciate and recommend anyone to bring there vehicle in for service. Great staff and mechanics. Thank you!

Came into Mavis on a wing and a prayer. Ran into some unexpected car troubles. They assisted promptly and were more than pleasurable. The entertaining personalities were definitely a bonus. I ll come back every time without a question. The manager Terrance is really the man 100000 grand!

I appreciate the Mavis staff for taking my alignment appointment on such short notice and being able to remedy the issue within a few hours. Courteous staff, laid back atmosphere, and the service level is there .

Stop by the store today to get an alignment done on my 21 titan. K was the rep who helped me,she was very courteous. Upon telling k what I was here for she was attentive and informative of other things I need to also have checked in the near future. I definitely recommend coming to this mavis on foster rd in McDonough awesome crew thanks ladies and gentlemen ill definitely be returning.
