Brought my truck in for Recall service. They said they couldn't touch it with a tuner. It was easy to Uninstall (bully dog gt) and they waited for me to get that done. Called me right after I left it and said their forscan still shows a tune. We'll see what happens.

This dealership is a bunch of thieves, took my truck in that broke down. It was in their possession for a month, after purchasing new truck went to get my personal belongings out of old truck and found they stole my YETI Cooler and my Oakley sunglasses. These thieves want to hide behind their we re not responsible for lost or damaged personal items sign, but it s not like I left my truck parked in the ghetto and someone busted my windows. These thieves have the keys, went in my truck and stole my property and all they can say is o well, we have signs that say don t leave personal property in vehicles. Go somewhere else people

Vehicle has been sitting there for over a week now. Problem was diagnosed on friday, parts supposedly ordered overnight Express, I was told they'd arrive on Monday. Some parts arrived but not all on Monday. I was never actually told when the other parts arrived. No communication what so ever. If I have to call you everyday to check the status then after this experience I'll be taking my ride elsewhere. Each day a different story. On Wednesday they said it'll be ready Thursday or Friday, so friday comes and of course I have to call them to ask what's going on, to be told now.....it'll be ready Monday before 10 am. Wow, when I buy a vehicle I expect better service than this. This is highly unacceptable!

I brought my Ford Edge in due to a clicking noise. They diagnosed it as a torque converter in less than 24 hours and took them an additional 4 weeks to fix my vehicle. If I m being honest that part didn t really bother me...I would rather it take them longer to fix something correctly than to do it halfway. The problem with that is...after having had my car for 4 weeks they didn t do it correctly. Last Sunday, I was driving and heard a metal shifting noise...thank goodness I decided to have a REAL service team look at my car - apparently Legacy Ford didn t put the motor mounts back in my car and my car was at risk of LITERALLY falling apart. Four bolts were missing and two were loose. You are literally risking vehicle and life if you take your vehicle here to get serviced!
