I highly recommend Jodeco Auto Body Shop in McDonough, GA. I took my car to them on January 20, 2024 because a deer hit my car while I was driving to work, and it s February 1, and my car was ready to be picked up. The customer service is great, and Juliana at Jodeco Auto Body shop is amazing, very professional, and reassured me with great customer service when I was concerned about pricing and how the repairs were coming along. Juliana is also a champ when it comes to working with insurance companies like State Farm and having them work on your car is one of the best decisions you will ever make! My car had a nice smell when I picked it up, and I am very pleased with the work they did on my car! The first picture is how my car looked before I took it to Jodeco Auto Body, and the last 2 pictures are what my car looks like after the repairs.

OVER 3 WEEKS for a small job. Probably our worst experience ever with anything automotive. Slight rear end repair. Was told it would take about 6 days on 12/27. Add a day for Jan 1st. Car was painted within a few days, but had to wait 5(?) days for a technician to come clear out the codes. Went to pick it up and it was unacceptable. Tailgate wasn't centered, less than 1/16" gap where the taillight halves hitting. Off by about an 1/8" from left to right. Paint was deplorable. Dust in between the clear and black paint. This was before the tech showed up. It sat like this for 5 days. Then said they need to buy struts. (Struts don't align things) Guess what's struts didn't work. Finally got it back, with zero compensation for slack work and holding the car for ever. I probably had two dozen apologies from this place. The only thing sorry is me taking it there. Terrible service, terrible work, terrible experience.

From the initial call to the pick up, if I could give them a 10 star review I would. Appointment made less than a week, checked on availability of parts on a Friday and was in the shop for repair on Monday. Excellent , excellent work and great communication and care.

Their service team is truly exceptional! Back in August, my car insurance company tried to spring a surprise fee on me when I decided to cancel my claim. The Jodeco team not only showed remarkable kindness but also completely understood my frustration when it was time for them to have my vehicle removed. They treated me far better than my auto insurance company ever did. I will definitely consider using their services again in the future!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Don t - just don t. I used to get good work here but whatever has happened- the work is awful (but still expensive). Using shims in a $30k vehicle???? Really? And they won t make it right.

Such a friendly and well run body shop. They are very knowledgeable about the process of going through accident claims and make the process so easy. I have never felt more comfortable dealing with an automotive repair facility as I did here.

This place was amazing!! Start with Renee', move on to Deb and the amazing young lady that kept me informed. Move on to the guys/gals that repaired my car. It looked like brand new!! Took it someplace else couple years ago, same repair and the difference was more than amazing! Will not leave out clean up guys,it looked brand new!! If you EVER need car body repair, THIS IS THE PLACE,100%!

I am reluctant to give a 5 star review of this place because it took 2 months to get my truck back. However, I must understand that there is a 'parts shortage' and 'shipping issues'. With that said, they did such an awesome job of keeping me posted with updates on the progress and made my truck look better now than it had been before I needed their service. They replaced my damaged front end for brand new parts. I really felt like the team cared about my business. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would steer clear of this business. They apply used parts to your vehicle and leave your car with dangerous conditions. They will tell the insurance company they will repair the part only to mask it. It may look great to the natural eye, but your vehicle will give you much trouble quickly down the road. If I could rate their service 0 stars I would. They will not do quality work. They prefer to cut corners and scam the insurance companies. Do not do business with Jodeco Auto Body. Take your vehicle elsewhere to ensure your safety, quality work and parts.

Always pass Jodeco Auto Body when on my lunch break. Had a part that came of my car that needed to be painted and installed. Called them for a quote and an appointment and had my car fixed the following week. Great service. Great work. Just had some paint work done on my 2003 Chevy Truck. The sun took a tole on the paint due to UV rays. They did an excellent job matching the paint. Their people went beyond my expectations with some minor request I had. First time I took my vehicle in for repairs and got it back cleaner than when I took in. Very reasonable price to do the job! You can count on these people to fix it right the first time. Thanks!

From the first phone call to the day of pick up, Jodeco Auto Body is fabulous. Friendly people who appear to enjoy their work, fair pricing, and superb workmanship. I've personally used them twice and have sent a few friends their way as well. While none of us want to need their services, all of us will only use Jodeco Auto Body if the need arises.

They do good body work, but their time frame is not good. I didn't get my car back when it was expected. Took 2 weeks longer to get it back and I still had to take it back once my rim came in because they couldn't get the right one. Took them 3 tries on ordering my rim to get the right one. And even after all of that, my car still ain't right and now I'm having to take it to someone else to find out what is wring with my car.it wasn't driving this way before the accident

The staff was amazing from start to finish. I can't remember the lady's name but she was so sweet.. They were so helpful and courteous. Even offered to call the car rental place to pick me up once I got there. I'm recommending them to everyone I know

I had gotten sideswiped by semi and they made it look like it did before the swipe. Renee and her staff are awesome. Great price and courteous/informative staff. Thanks for fixing it do promptly. Will definitely recommend!

Ren�e has always taken great care of us at Jodeco Auto Body. They do great work and in a timely manner. I've taken several of my vehicles to them and would recommend over and over again.

They are the best body shop by far, but pricey, but you get what you pay for. I took my car to another shop trying to save some money and got what I paid for, had to bring the car to joedeco and I gotta to say the car looks like new...I took it back to the other shop to show them what real auto body paint look like... if you want your car to come out like new then this is your shop... otherwise take it to the corner shop ..

The problem was an ongoing one; where 2nd hand part gave problems from the first, but were sucessfully addressed by Jodeco AutoBody. But the problem came back, worsened, and finally gave out a year later. I took it back, and they determined what had failed and reordered a part from manufacturer. Installed, it worked perfectly; and when I prepared to pay for it, the manager said "No Charge".I rate this place 5 Stars! -JST, MCdonough.

Renee was amazing, I wanted to just break down and cry but she was so nice and polite. I will never go to Gerber again. It made a big difference to have someone speak to you with a kind heart instead of just business. It was the tone of the voice for me. Kindness goes a long way.

I called appointment was made a month ago. I called day of appointment I was running late, was told no problem to still come in.,.. When I arrived they said no appointment was listed for me. I left. Will use another service. Will not beg for someone to take my money.

I took my 2004 camry by this shop to get an estimate on some damage to the passenger door. The guy came out and looked at it and said " I don't have time to write an estimate for it, besides its not that noticable, I wouldnt worry about it". So needless to say , my car is at currys being repaired.

They fixed my grandmothers car and did a wonderful job, paint matched perfectly and it was back like nothing happened.

My husband and I have used this body more than twice and could'nt be more pleased. They cleaned my car up so good cannot complain. Thank Ya'll so much.

They don t have accurate timing, When they say 3-4days they mean something different. Not very respectful either it s as if they don t want you too call them it like they should call you even though they re not calling. They re system is kinda backward
