When I walked in I spoke with Mr. Zachariah. He was very pleasant and greeted me. I have owned a Tesla for the past 3 years and recently bought a gas car. I had questions in reference to the type of oil my jeep would take and he explained the different types of oil and what was best for my vehicle. I was serviced in a timely manner and with a smile. There are several other car service providers in the area but due to his great personality and knowledge I would come to this location specifically. Thank you Zachariah for impeccable service.

Went in for a tire balance and rotation and the salesman say it's $18 per tire. Took about 2 1/2 hours and then charged me $125. I showed him a recipe of the last time I had the exact same thing done which was $75 at the end of last year. I asked him what was the difference of what they just done to my vehicle and he say the price went up. I decided to call another local Goodyear and they told me the prices are $65 plus tax. So be careful with these guys because they just charge you what they feel like.

DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER SHOP.The only reason this place even gets one star is because google won t let me go lower and the front desk staff was very nice.The mechanics and techs obviously have no clue what they are doing. Definitely check out your car and confirm the services got done before you leave.My husband booked an appointment for leaks in the tires on our car(not the shop s fault), tire balance and rotation, and an alignment.Waited for an hour and a half, my car got done, so I asked for a paper of the alignment and they didn t have one. It never got done. Gave the key back and they took my car back to the shop.Another hour later my car comes back out. I receive paperwork of the alignment and work done on my car. I confirmed that tire balance and rotation was on my receipt; however, when I inspected my vehicle it was very obvious that my tires were never rotated. I know this because I waited too long between rotations and there was a pretty significant difference in the amount of tread on the front vs back tires. I also noticed they lost a cap to the valve stem on the driver s side rear tire. I go inside and tell the man at the desk my tires weren t rotated, he apologized and said it would be only 15 mins tops.After another hour, my car is done for a third time, I get my key and inspect my car again. Only my passenger s side tires were rotated. I go back inside to tell the guy at the desk again. He says no, they were rotated, I watched them. He follows me outside and I point out I can tell they weren t because of the tread, the missing cap on the valve stem, and the mark they put on the front tire to detect the leak. He apologized and said he would talk to the tech guy, never offered a replacement cap for the valve stem. I told him I would go to another good year.I was there for a total of 3.5 hours and didn t even get the services done to my car that were scheduled. 3.5 hours and I didn t even get new tires. Also when I got in my car I noticed my tires weren t filled up with the same amount of psi, proving further the ignorance of the mechanics there. I do not understand how someone can be so bad at their job.

Hi grappled with this for a couple of months leaving a review but I m still upset. Came to get four brand new tires for my vehicle. When I left out they were closing up. I didn t realize that the air pressure in all four of my tires were off-balance, and my stem cap valves were missing, I called when I got home and was told to bring it back the next day so I did they also left some type of residue all over my tires. Not only that my tires were never balanced. I guess they figured since I m a female I wouldn t notice, but I was raised by a dad who worked at General Motors all his life , I m highly upset till this day about it about being taken advantage of which is rare for me but you got me this time good year but never again I spent $1200 on four brand new tires and I didn t even get a balance in my valve stem caps were missing ! I took my car to Goodyear to get a new alternator. The first one was installed and didn't work, but they placed a warranty on the service and I was able to get a new one that worked perfectly! Zack was amazingly professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the service.

Good service, good customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing that prevents me from purchasing tires at Goodyear stores is that they charge extra when rotation and balance are due. Sam Club, BJ s, and Discount Tire offer free rotation and balance. I tried to support the local store, but they do not offer what other stores nearby are offering.

They did a Great Job and my work van a ford transit. I went somewhere else for brakes and van came back making a loud noise when driving, the other place did something wrong I think on purpose's. Goodyear fix the axle and CV joints it drives Great and no noise.Great Job

AWESOME Goodyear Shop & SVC.It started with Desmon Andrew's letting me know my Wrangler Steadfast HT tires were in from VA VCS purchase & followed up with great pricing & SVC from Chris Newberry & Kenon Epps!Great guys, great product! I went and had an oil change with an inspection to top off all fluid..Picked up my truck there were no recommendations..Took a look under my hood today..I haven't driven my truck well to my surprise no fluids topped off..now i am scared they didnt even do the oil change?? Brake fluid low, windshield wiper fluid none, no water in the water reservoir. Thought I would get the same service we get from the Conyers location. Absolutely wrong..i need someone from management to call me i need a full refund..i do not want any services. Also i called management a few days after i had my truck bc my Gucci glasses were missing, I was told they would call me back when they speak with the person who serviced my car..they never called me back. If you would lie to customers like you did a job seems fair that would lie about anything. Today is 6/8/2023 and I want to give an update. Zach the manager for in contact with me and apologized for the service, I took my truck back in and he completely took care of everything. I appreciate management following up!

I had a great experience at this location on yesterday. I was informed in a timely manner of the issue that caused my check engine light to come on. Zach (store manager) displayed great customer service and options for me to ensure that my vehicle could be serviced on the same day. Ricky (service technician) displayed professionalism and ensured my vehicle would be ready for pick up later that day. He also provided in details of the issue and was very knowledgeable. I can really appreciate the service provided at this location and it makes the experience seamless when dealing with matters of this nature, especially, when you re not expecting to have extensive work/costly repairs. Way to go Zach and Ricky *fist pump

When I tell you they Aligned the hell out of my truck.... They took their time and got it right and I was there maybe 45 minutes... Had a special for 3 alignments a year for 179... If you want it done right go to Goodyear

They do great work and have good customer service, but THE WAIT is NEVER what they say (45m= 1.5h at least!), and the building usually isn t very clean to feel comfortable staying lengthy periods of time indoors, but it was slightly cleaner this time.

Warning DO NOT GO HERE, you book an appointment for a conventional Oil change. You give all your personal and car information on the GOODYEAR Website, you get the confirmation for your appointment, you drive there, you show up at the Front Desk on time and they say We don't have conventional Oil We are not doing your oil change . Completed Unprofessional.

Mr Zack was so professional and polite to me being a senior citizen I was over 4 hours late and they still accommodated me taking care of me immediately. I will refer this good year to any and everyone that I know please promote this man!!!!

I had an overall good experience here. I went in for a front wheel alignment at 8am for a scheduled appointment. I got a call at 10am stating the technician was taking the car for a test drive and that I would be called back when he got back if all was well. I called them back at noon to check in and they said the car was ready so it was likely sitting for a while before I called. Other than that it was good. Good price and friendly workers.

It seems like every time I go somewhere to a car to get an issue with my car fixed, Goodyear never fails me. The store manager Zach Coleman was very helpful with me, patient and explained everything that to me thoroughly on what the issue was. He was very informative & also gave me a military discount for being military. The vibe was good and everyone was respectful. And now my car runs back smooth. So U definitely recommend coming here for issues with you car.

Great serviceI been driving 44 miles around trip for the pass 3 year to get to this Goodyear just because they have great service..... I call and tell them what services i need done and they tell me the best time to come.... When i get there they get me in and out in a timely matter...When it time to check out they tell me what they done and tell me the over all condition of my vehicle and bring my vehicle to the door

Incredible service today! Deontae, was the first person that I spoke with. He exemplified impeccable customer service. Got here when the company opened, and had to bring my kids due to virtual learning. I was so happy that the company had free wifi. The kids did not miss a beat. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. We are on our way from Ohio to Florida and had a blow out on our travel trailer and they got us right in and took care of us!! Thank you all so much. They also had very clean restrooms and a nice sitting area inside for our family. Highly recommended !!

I have been using Goodyear for over two years. During this time I have had my personal vehicle serviced on multiple accounts as well as my state owned vehicle. I could not be more satisfied with the work that has been performed on my vehicle and my company vehicle. Excellent customer service!! Another great experience today at Goodyear. Zac and the Team are excellent!

Another fantastic job well done. I've brought my F350 fleet vehicle here a few times now but have just forgot about the review. The current team here is amazing. I was easily able to email or call the team and ask any questions I had before hand or have a inventory part check for said vehicle. Customer service at this location is also very helpful and well mannerd. Key thing for me about this location is that they're open on sundays... No brainer!! If you work on the road and need somewhere to drop your guy off so it can get the passive lovin it needs. This Goodyear Auto is for you !!

Best place around been doing business with them for over 17 years. Zack the manager always goes above and beyond to help myself and the family with anything. The staff are very friendly and respectful of your vehicle. Would highly recommend them. Hands down a 10+ in my book

I love this store. They always work me in, and give me fast service. They get me all the tires that I need quickly. I don t own a car that doesn t have their tires. And there is no difficulty using the warrantees. All my business for my cars go there first.

From start to finish, the team here was absolutely amazing. The communication and updates they provided were perfect. They did an amazing brake job on a difficult truck, at a great price. And the team is just as nice and friendly as can be.

I would recommend Goodyear in Mcdonough. The customer service is above the threshold. The service is outstanding to a point that you are told in detail about maintenance and repairs needed for your vehicle. David the manager will go above and beyond for his customers satisfaction; I had a regular service being done (oil change, tire rotation, etc), I was a little concerned about the amount of oil I was seeing dripping in my drive way; David had me bring it back in to recheck just to be on the safe side. He took care of my concern, and addressed what needed to be so I was comfortable with every process. The mechanics seem to be well knowledgeable; wait times are decent and acceptable. Location is also clean and welcoming. I will definitely go back to this location.
