Just got my car back from Elite and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They are one of the collision centers that work with my insurance, so I looked at the reviews here, took with a grain of salt some of the more negative ones, and picked them to fix the damage inflicted by a careless driver in a parking lot. Like every other good body shop, they were super busy and took a while to initially get in, but finished up the job a week sooner than originally estimated. Both the office staff and JJ were super respectful and courteous. JJ kept me updated on progress and gave me a heads up three days prior to when the car would be ready. They worked well with my insurance and there were no surprises. With body work you never know how well everything will align and match up, but looking at it you couldn't tell it had been hit. Before and after pics included. Extremely satisfied!!

Elite Collision went above and beyond to meet all expectations. I will recommend this collision and body shop to everyone I know. Everyone I dealt with from Jennifer, the lady s in the office, Tyler, and all the guys out back! Not to mention JJ met me on his off day so I could pick my car up. My car looks Amazing!!! You can t even tell anything was wrong with it. The paint matching is right on point! The turn around on drop off to pick up time was remarkable. If you need anything done to your vehicle this is def the shop to go to! Keep up the amazing work Elite Collision!

This body shop is top notch and they have repaired my work truck 2 times. The customer service is excellent and the owner Russelll Hall always had my concerns in mind! They got my truck ready on time and with the highest quality of work! I highly recommend this body shop to all my friends and family or whoever needs great service high quality work! I needed some work done on my bumper after I was hit. Elite Collision did a magnificent job, and I was really impressed with the way they kept me in the loop throughout the process. As an added bonus, they completed the repairs for half the cost I was quoted for at another shop in Atlanta. I would highly recommend Elite!

Very they had the car for 3 weeks still didn't get it finished had to come back the rear wheel was hit in the car and they left a broken rotor on the car with a young woman I would never take my car the in the original quote was8,000 in the end 15,500

First of all I had to wait a month to drop my truck off I drop my truck off they told me may be a week a week and a half four weeks later it was done over $5000 worth of damage shouldn t have been maybe 1500 charge for a window that did not change charge for a door they did not change Had to come back and looking at the quality of work not good at all do not use this place will contact progressive and let them know to

I had a fender bender and Elite made the entire repair process as easy as possible They had the rental car company bring my rental car to their shop, they finished repairing my car by the time they said they would, and they provided me with updates along the way. WOW! This really sums it up for this fine establishment.Over the course of 2-3 months, i was involved in 2 car accidents. End of April, mid-July. Both times, I was updated regularly on status of vehicle and the finished product, was nothing short of perfection. Excellent customer service and stellar collison repair!I really am hoping not to be in any more accidents but if I am, this is where I'll go!

A co-worker has recommended this collision repair facility. However, I did not have a good experience. I was over charged for parts that was not needed for repairs along with being charged over $1,000. for labor. I asked to see my emblem that they said was damaged along with head light. I was told it had already went out on the dumpster. I was also charged 1,000 for the deductible and employee made a smart comment by saying, When you go to the doctors you have to pay a co-pay. Not happy about the customer service. They are not willing to work with you. Just out to get all the money they can from your auto insurance company. Better Business Bureau here I come.

My truck was involved in an accident a month ago and Elite collision made my vehicle look 10 times better than when I bought it brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I m very pleased! Our brand new Audi Q7 (had not even had it one month) was damaged by a valet service. My husband is incredibly PICKY about our vehicles. He was concerned that this place was not an Audi place. However, Russell took the time to explain in detail what they would be doing to fix our car and my husband felt at ease leaving it with them! The Audi was returned to us in its brand-new condition! Took my car to Elite because my car was hit by another vehicle. Originally had it assigned to another company but after the horrible customer service I received there I canceled the assignment and decided to try Elite. The staff was very courteous and respectful and guaranteed their work. I am very pleased with my camry after the repairs. I highly recommend this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service was excellent, however, their craftsmanship is beyond words. I think my vehicle actually looked better after the repairs than before the accident. I would reccomend Elite Collision to anyone needing their vehicle repaired - for ANY reason!

I visited Elite Collision for the purpose of determining whether I wanted them to complete repairs on my BMW. It was very clean and all of the employees were extremely nice. They were quickly able to provide a quote on my vehicle repairs. Once I have the repairs complete I will update this review.

They good but as a collision center sometime you have to speak up for the customer &fight the insurance company why replace a damaged part with a new part¬ repair or paint what's underneath the damage

Earlier this year I took my Jeep Wrangler to them to repair a rust area on the fender. They gave me a quote, I accepted the quote, and asked them to do the work. After a couple of days, they called and said that they needed more money. "Some of the rust had gone through the metal and it needs to be cut out and new metal needs welded in", the owner said. I told him that on a Jeep, everything is in plain sight, and that they should have seen that when they did the quote. He did not agree. I said I would pay the extra money, and they completed the repair.A few months later, I saw what looked like a lot of rust bubbling up where they had done the repair. I took it back to Elite and they agreed that it was rust, but that they couldn't warrantee rust unless they replaced the metal?!? Have they not heard of prepping the metal before they paint? What about the fact that they DID CHARGE ME for replacing the metal...and they didn't actually do it?The building looks very nice, but the owner lacks honor. Anyone that anxious not to back up their work won't be in business long.

Terrible place to go. My vehicle was involved in a rear end accident and was told it would take 12-14 days to fix and they took 30 days to complete repair. The repair job they did was not completed and when they said it was ready I went to test drive it and there was bad spots on the trunk and the car shook really bad. Informed them it was not back to pre accident condition and they said it was to them. Car is so bad the dealership I took it to said it's to dangerous for them and their technitions to drive without a new set of tires Darryl and Russel said had minimal cupping. Also other issues that are still being corrected as I write this. Had to come out of pocket for rental car 500 bucks because they said car was completed and it was not so insurance company would not cover the rental. Russel said car was completed but yet was in a mechanic shop and theirs over that time and told me there is nothing he could do about it. He then said he could pay for two days of the rental out of countless days I have to pay for due to their unprofessional business and the fact my car was not completed. Thanks for nothing elite. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER!!!!! First we were not 100 percent satisfied with our car. We followed insurance company directions so your shop would release our car and we could take it to in their words the professionals to do the job right if your shop could not and before then your shop informed us you would not send it the dealership but yet rather receive your money and have my family drive a unsafe vehicle to the dealership ourselves. Insurance company stated it was your shops responsibility to do so but since you wouldn't we had to. Second the mechanic shop you sent it to is the one you use just so happened to know someone that works there. Third was told 12-14 days to complete and your shop took 30 and still not complete. Fourth you and your shop failed my family with your incomplete work and I had to pay out of pocket for those days your shop would not because of your failure to properly fix my car. Now insurance company says it's my responsibility to retrieve the money from your shop not theirs. No worries it's being completed now and I will have peace of mind my family will be safe. Thanks

I've brought my car here 3 times. First 2 were fine. For the 3rd, I've received very poor communication regarding the timing of when my car will be ready. It's been in the shop for 2 weeks now as of today, waiting on a seat belt to come in. I've received no communication from them, other than when I have reached out myself.I understand that parts get put on backorder or get lost, etc., but I would like to see better communication and more of an effort to get the part through whatever means are necessary.

I guarantee you they will treat you good at Elite. I had great experience with two vehicles with both coming back looking great. They even offered to repair other dings and dents paid out of my pocket while the car was in the shop already. I wouldn't waste your time with the others around the area, this is the place to go.

After hitting a mysterious object on 285, State Farm recommended Elite. Russell took pictures and gave me an in writing estimate. The car was ready when promised and it looks fabulous! After I picked it up, I noticed that there was no washer fluid. I stopped in and Tyler took care of the issue immediately! Fantastic customer service!

Time will tell. Short staffed. Hope it works.Update on my bumper repair. 11/2019. The bumper has held up well with no electrical issues. The paint is good and I'm satisfied.

Even the positive reviews show that they do not complete work in a timely manner. The people answering the phones were nice but numerous completion dates were missed with no follow up to let us know. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get our vehicle back for non-major body work. After 3rd completion date was missed with no communication from Elite, I was told the reason was they were closed for one day due to weather- but then the completion date was extended by 3 days. When I asked for an explanation, I was transferred to a person who spoke disrespectfully towards me. They claimed the delays were my fault due to prior poor work done on the car and that our insurer is a bad insurance company. I understand delays happen but there need to be status updates if completion dates are going to be missed. When I picked up the car, the representative apologized numerous times, saying she was new there. Disappointing experience.
