I do not recommend this shop because apparently they don t know what they are doing. They worked my truck but caused an oil leak that wasn t there before I brought it in. I took it back 3 times and they didn t fix the problem. I paid $3000 for this service, and an extra $2000 to fix their mistake, but the owner, PATRICK, was too much of a coward to own up to his mistakes. 1 star is generous from me

Had my Canadian Lexus towed to Dual after it blew the radiator on Hwy 75 on way to Florida. Not only were they friendly and professional, they knew exactly what to do. Dual would be my shop of choice if I lived in Georgia. Had me on my way again in less than a day. Doubt I could get that service from Lexus itself. Highly recommend this business.

Go ask James at the counter. He will work with you to get your vehicle road ready. Had two of the bonus children take their vehicles to them. The overall price was great, and the work was completed when they said it would be.

I had to have my 2017 car towed there just before the close of business. It kept cutting off. They figured out the problem (a sensor) and addressed it. I was able to get my car back before 1:00 pm the next day. The price given didn t change when I arrived. I also have a warranty on the service/part. The person that explained everything was respectful and patient on the phone as well as in person. Thanks Bubba!

My experience at Dual Automotive was excellent! I came in for exhaust work on my Dodge Charger and it as in and out within a hour and a half. Big shout out to Turbo and Bub for excellent communication and customer service. Will definitely recommend. Thanks again guys.

They seem friendly, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard back if they received a part that was ordered for me. I'm sure they do good work, but unfortunately cannot attest to this.

I called and was first quoted $450 for a Catalytic converter install on a Toyota T-100. Once I got to the shop they were able to take a quick look and got back to me with an estimate of $260 and a 90 min turn around time. By the time I got back doing a couple of errands the truck was ready and total cost with taxes was $285. So even though I was quoted $450 at first they were honest enough to give me actual cost for part and install. Crew was very professional and very polite from the start to finish. I would highly recommend them for future work and already recommended them for my coworker to take his car into the shop. This place is amazing!!! They do really great work, are reasonably priced, and have great customer service!!! I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of which can happen a lot when mechanics come to play. I was having transmission issues on my 2018 jeep compass. I called several dealerships around the area and nobody could get me in for over two weeks out.!! I had an upcoming road trip planned and really needed my car fixed before that (like my engine light came on Monday and I was supposed to leave that Friday!) I called Dual Automotive who was recommended to me by a family member and they literally got me in that same day and the following day my jeep is fixed and I was able it pick it up!!! I couldn't be more greatful to them working so quickly and yet with great quality!! 10/10 would recommend and will return for my vehicle repairs in the future!!

I replaced my ecm in a 2004 Silverado. Still needed a crankshaft position relearn done which requires a 10 minute procedure with a high end scan tool $$. Stopped at Jodeco supercenter and they wanted me to leave it and quoted 300 dollars. So I obviously left anddrove just down the road to dual automotive. I only had to wait about an hour as a walk in and charged 70 dollars. Very respectable service so I highly recommend.

These guys have done a great job on everything that I ve brought them (AC compressor replacement, vacuum relay replacement, and a biggie.. spark plug blown-out of cylinder head that required drilling & tapping a new insert WITHOUT removing the head). Everything has worked out great and the prices are right.

I have used Dual Automotive 3 times recently and I am very pleased with the service and repairs they completed. I had a A/C issue in the past that could not be correctly diagnosed by another service station. Dual was able to diagnose and repair in the same visit. The same was completed on my 2nd vehicle. Both were done in a timely manner and in the current times this is money in the bank. Most recently I brought my truck in for a new starter and they were able to replace in about 1 hour.Their service is very good and the costs are comparable to others. Called in earlier during the week for a Ac service. The last time I was here, they kept my car all day. Friendly woman on the phone told me its best to come in Saturday morning. I arrived here at 730 and didnt leave until after 10. After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally asked a young woman how long it would take to be started. She alerted someone, apologized and they began working on it. Really great customer service. Small parking so get there early. 3 stars was due to the wait.

I have been going to Dual Auto for 8+ years. They're fair priced and honest. I highly recommend.
