I just rode past where this one was located and it makes me laugh to see that they are closed lol. My wife and I went up there to get an inspection for her vehicle with our 8 month old daughter a while back first of all the attendant was walking like a robot or a drill sergeant very stiff, it was weird. I stated that we weren't comfortable with a stranger getting into our car. Mind you this was just after covid. The rude old man insisted that we "got ta get out" even when I tried to explain that we were capable of plugging the machine in he kept saying "got ta get out". I wish I was there when they shut this one down so I could have said "got ta get out"

The wait to get my emissions was very long, probably about thirty minutes but I don't blame the company.. They were the one emissions company open and it was a Saturday morning. I was suggest going another day and time if you have the option. The technician was very professional, personable and helpful. Showed me to issues on my vehicle that needed to be repaired which had nothing to do with the emissions.

Good and very fast service once it was my turn. I can't remember the guy's name that other ppl called rude in their reviews, but to me he was fine. Just a different type of personality..either that or I just caught him on a good day. Still a good experience nonetheless. They charged $25...but they were the ONLY PLACE within a 10 mile radius that were open when their hours said they were. So kudos for that too.

Quick, fast and professional. The guy was friendly and I arrived at 6:40 pm on a Friday and called to ensure they will stay open until the closing time listed.

Very quick, even 5 days before the end of the month (not counting Sunday). Attendant was nice and not unnecessarily chatty. Completely outdoors though, might not be a great place to go on a poor weather day. $25 is the highest price I've seen around, but the location is convenient to shopping, so it makes sense. Ample room for a line of cars to wait. Price was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I'm new to the area and needed an emissions done. I arrived and saw a car that was pulled in so I went behind. When I pulled up, the man was there very rudely told me that his machine was down "as it states on the sign at the entrance." Excuse me for not knowing which side was the entrance. If he had just said that politely, I would've gone on my way. There was no need to be rude at all.

I was super impressed by Jared s swift work and knowledgable input. Every year I dread having to go through registration renewal and emissions checks but be made it feel like a breeze. He set me up with new wiper blades that were tested by hard rain minutes after getting back on the interstate and they worked like a charm. And also recommended where I can renew registration at a Kroger kiosk that reduces wait time. I ll be back next year!

You know, I ve been getting emissions done for the better half of my life and I can honestly say I ve never seen it take 20+ minutes a car.The man working was incredibly rude. So on top of waiting over an hour for him to run 3 cars he told me I was lying about my key fobs battery life. Like who exactly do you think you are? I left. Service was horrible, slow, and expensive.

The associate Jared had terrible customer service. I felt very rushed and my concerns weren t being properly handled. I don t usually write reviews, however the service I receive was not up to my satisfaction. It was very disappointing and please do better. I would advise to spend your money somewhere else!

The owner was professional however when I came back a second time (I didn't pass the first time) the employee was rude. I needed to place more mileage on my vehicle and apparently I didn't drive enough. Instead of explaining that the employee called the owner and insinuated that I was lying about being told to put miles on my vehicle. That completely turned me off. Careful who you hire to represent your business when you're not there.

The Google my business listing says they close at 7 PM. I pulled up at 6:15 in the worker here finished the last car close the gates jumped in her crashed dodge charger and left. She knew I was here to give them inspection. The customer before me said this is what they do all the time. Tried them a second time on June 6th 2022. Even called and spoke to this Indian man and he said come on they are open until 7pm. Once again they are gone.

Waited for the four cars ahead of me. One left before being serviced. When attendant waived me up he rudely said cmon cmon so I can get done and take my break when I said his rudeness was unacceptable he said then go somewhere else I wish you would so I can finally get some lunch and started closing up the booth. Probably same guy as mentioned in earlier reviews. I wont be back with him onsite.

The worst service from the technician. He wasn t noticeably present where I almost assumed it was closed. He displayed an attitude from the moment I pulled up and got smart because I asked him to repeat a statement he made talking low from his computer. I would not recommend.

Called around 3:25 to ask a question about inspections. Spoke to a gentleman. Time online says they close at 5 on Saturday. 18 minutes later I'm sitting outside of the place at 3:42, gate closed and locked, for about 15 minutes with my little one just hoping the guy was gonna show up. I called. Honked horn. Sign very crooked and barely visible said 'closed'. I was thoroughly annoyed. Won't be returning on Monday. Going elsewhere. He could've put up a sign to say brb or told me otp he was closing early. Kinda Annoyed.Response to response: It said 'Dekra' and is the same place listed in the photos of other reviews here. And they also show the gate. Just when it's pulled up. It's a pull down gate. I have the screenshot of the phone call. It was after 3. Also, the business hours listed on Goolge say 5 pm.

This location does not deserve any stars. My husband took our truck in and the technician went thru different steps, passed everything and blew one of the fuses; therefore our truck didnt pass. We were so confused because our truck was just serviced by chevy dealership. We take really good care of our cars and trucks and no check engine light was on. We were so upset that we took the truck to Chevrolet. The mechanic there told us that the emission technician blew a fuse and that this particular emission place does that alot. After they change the fuse and took it the same day to another emission, it passed.

Morgan was rude and acted like she didn t want to be there. She made me get out of my car after I asked to stay in on not the warmest of days. Then she acted perturbed that I was watching. My wife went a few days before and she was allowed to stay in her car and was actually treated with respect. Stay away from Morgan.

Always has been reliable in the past but not right now. I have been sitting here for 15min and no one has showed up. She was here prior to me showing up when I drove by to get my paperwork for registration on my car.

Customer service is seriously lacking at this location. The tech was extremely rude.Avoid this place and go somewhere where your business as a paying customer is appreciated.

I just left this place and ended up leaving. I went to Rainbow Muffler for my emissions testing. The man that was working at DEKRA was VERY RUDE! He didn't greet me and his attitude was horrible. I asked his name and he told me that it was Tran or Chan I can't remember which one. He asked me why did I ask. I told him that I just wanted to know. He said you asked for a reason in a nasty tone. I explained to him that I had read some reviews on Google about their service and some people had mentioned that some workers were rude here. He told me that he doesn't worry about bloggers. I explained to him that they're not blogggers that theses are paying customers. I went on to tell him that he didn't greet me and wasn't friendly at all. He said, "oh so because somebody don't speak to you that's a problem." I told him yes. I got back in my car and left. This man was horrible! I wouldn't recommend this place. Glad I came to Rainbow. The customer service was better and I saved $5.00.

My absolute favorite thing about them is how quick and convenient the service is. You can stay in your car and you are finished in 5mins or less!

Unprofessional and terrible service. One of my friends mother was disrespected and mistreated, not to mention she has hearing aids and disability. White owned business treating a black woman with disabilities poorly .absolutely sickening. Jared is not someone who should working with people, unbelievably disrespectful and self-centered.

Nice guy but this is not "instant" as it says. Their machine is so out dated that it took him 30 minutes for the computer to let him in through thumbprint. After, the machine crashed and I had to leave. $5 cheaper than other places in the area but takes a long time if you even get through. Don't go if your in a rush.

This is the only place that I go to have my vehicles emissions tests done. They are fast, friendly and easily accessible. The bonus being the Tag Kiosk at the Kroger right across the street.

Pulled up to see a line of about 8 vehicles. The attendant was quick, courteous, and thorough. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charge $25 for emissions testing. Other places I've gone before are usually between $15-20.

Please don t take your car here. How you choose a career where you have to deal with people but don t want to deal with people at all . Make it make sense. The worst emissions place in Henry County. Terrible experience. Who would think that getting an emissions test would be so difficult? Or people talking crazy to you about doing their job. YOU chose this career. Wow, just Wow.

Tried to get my Emissions done today but I like safety because I am a CANCER PATIENT the owner he said he was extremely RUDE when I asked him do he have a mask he can put on and gloves for safety he caught an attitude and said no he is vaccinated but that s means nothing and I could go somewhere else. AVOID this business at all cost..

Every year I come to Dekra s to get my emissions test done, & I ve never had any problems. Services were fast & another bonus for me is that it s across the street from my home ! Today I went & there were about 5 cars in front of me , & the man servicing everyone else in front of me took about 5-6 minutes per car which is great! I m finally next in line & the man decides to engage in a long conversation with the man/his friend in front of me. Even after he was done with the man in front of me, their conversation continued. I waited for over 17 minutes until I decided to go to another emission place in Stockbridge. If I stayed, I could of been there longer. I feel like this is a business & that the worker should of been mindful of others waiting. If he wanted to continue his conversation with the customer/his friend, he could of told him to move to the side while he assisted other customers. After today, my family & I will no longer come to your establishment.

What they say about the guy there being rude is true,I m just leaving there for testing and the guy there was so rude,first I don t see the arrow on what direction to face but instead of him to be polite about it he became so rude,these place should be closed down,The rude attendant s name is JARED L HOOPER,as for the fake reply below asking me to contact your phone number below,you guys are liars,I called that phone number severally but it doesn t exist,your business will be closed soon.

My entire family goes here to get emission inspections. They re super friendly and helpful. I can not think of a single time I had to wait more than 5 minutes. Way faster than anywhere around town.

I got here at 10:08, and there were three cars ahead of me. So I asked what time he closes, and he told me 3:00 p.m., so I went across the street to McDonald's. I came back at 10:50, and he told me he was closed till noon. I went somewhere else. Joe's Emissions just down the street was open.
