I had an outstanding experience and would recommend to anyone. GM Danny, Trey & Kenneth took great care of me. Fast, friendly fantastic customer service and great prices. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I will return for any automotive needs.

This was the first time in many years of using Carver Tires as my go to tire and oil change place that I encountered a check in personnel that knew nothing about tires. Thankfully the outside foreman did and they patched my tire quickly. I hope they educate the check in person before they loose any customers!

Great staff, excellent mechanics, and timely service. Their prices are more than fair. Just completed changing 2 oxygen sensors and was $40 under the estimate. I use them for all tire and repair issues and will never change. Extremely trustworthy and honest.

I had been searching for a mechanic shop that I trust for about 6 months. After going to a few franchise joints, I stopped in Carver Tire Pros with alignment issue on my 2000 Tacoma. I pass it on my way to work everyday. I wish I would have went sooner lol. I met Trey at the front counter and he immediately walked with me to my truck so I could show him the issue. We set up an appointment and I dropped off as scheduled. I had to wait a bit so Drew, the technician working on my truck, was able to show me exactly what was causing my problem. Trey gave me an estimate that I was not prepared to pay up front. HOWEVER, they had 2 options outside of cash that allowed me to give the go ahead for the repairs with no credit needed! I was able to pick my truck up the next day with just $39 to process my financing. I am so happy they have these options for people in a bind with limited liquid cash. I will be coming here from on for all my car service needs. Also, I needed a ride to work , so Danny, the shop manager gave me a ride, THEN picked me up from work when my vehicle was ready! Now that is service!

Great service !!! I came in 5 minutes before closing after a nail went through my tire. I m glad this location was near. The staff were all friendly and quick. The guy at the counter gave me a huge discount, I will definitely be back for future services!!!

When Carver sold the traditionally was bumpy.After working through the transition, customer service has been great.More recently, I have experienced nothing but friendly, honest, and timely service

Had a flat and decided to stop at Carver s for a new one since I had my kiddos with me. Trey helped me out giving me some options for a new one and after checking my tire turns out I just needed a patch. Trey was very honest and informative about the questions I had.

Everyone is always so nice and treat you like family. I have moved out of the area, but when I come visit I make it a point to schedule any vehicle maintenance with Carver! Always a pleasure doing business with them!

My experience at Carver was great!I was greeted by the very friendly and professional service managers when I walked in. Then they helped me pick out a set of tires within my budget.They worked up a quote for me and that s the price I paid!There were no last minute extra add-ons.I will be recommending Carver to all my friends.

I'm not one to post reviews but I felt compelled to do one for Carver Automotive. The team treats you like family, fulfills all your needs and I recommend anyone to stop by and check them out.. They're not one to pressure you for anything extra.

if i could rate with 0 stars i would. they incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle, did a repair im not sure was needed then told me my issue was something after i left and had to call back because it was doing the same thing. DO NOT use them if you need any type of mechanical work to be done. they scam you out of money then refuse to refund it when they are caught.

I ve bought two sets of tires in the last year. I also had some wheel studs replaced. The prices are good and the service was great. If you are one of those who have overlooked Carver for a while I suggest you give them a call. You may be surprised.

We have bought all of our tires from Carver we really think we got great prices on all three sets. I really like the idea of dropping my car off on the way to work to have my oil changed and tires rotated, and then they bring it to me or I get a drop off. Great prices and great service. What else could you ask for.

My tire was going flat and I pulled right in to Carver. I did have a nail in my tire and they fixed in less than an hour. I truly appreciated them taking care of my car. They have always been so helpful and it s so nice to have someone you can trust!

Great service and communication while having my car serviced each time. Never any issues or pressure. They are busy for a good reason, they get it done right, the first time.In a perfect world they d be open weekends but we can t have everything in life now can we?

I bought the Hercules Roadtour Connect tires. So far they're great. Smooth ride and low noise. Talk to Trey or Danny. Great folks to do business with.
