Found this place on google and had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. My car had been down and I had it towed to them and within 3 hrs of them having it they called & let me know what was wrong. Daniel fixed my car and was very nice and knowledgeable. Went beyond to contacted me after hours to ensure I had my car back quickly but also informing on other issues my car had. I ve had my car back almost 3 days and I m very thankful for the work Daniel did. I have a newborn so a safe car was needed. Highly recommend Daniel to handle your car needs .

I stopped by to inquire about a repair. Daniel was very helpful in advising on what was needed and how long it would take to get the job done. I came in the following morning- fast and courteous service. Daniel showed me what was being done and got it done. Much appreciated for the professionalism and prompt service. The price was fair as well.

OMG this is my 3rd visit here. I ve had my hybrid serviced here 2x for general maintenance like oil change and tune up. But this time I brought my dad s truck because it s been acting funky for abt a yr now (dad usually goes to another shop) But Since I ve been driving it, I was able to pick the shop to take it to & I chose AutoMedics~ AND THANK GOD I DID! The other shop dad was going to was trying to say he had to replace AC compressor which cost from $600-1k! Also, the check engine light was on so before I brought it to AutoMedics- I went to autoZone for them to check and to have a comparison when I go to mechanic. I asked what shop they would recommend~ they said there s a few and I mentioned AutoMedic and the approved & said Yea they re pretty good. I M SO THANKFUL TO BRING IT TO AUTOMEDICS THAT JUST DID A SIMPLE FIX ~ changed engine filter & throttle body cleaning/ idle relay circuit & AC IS BLOWING FROST - literally -check out pics AWESOME MECHANIC & great deals. Also Wednesday is ladies day #WINWIN THANK U A MILLION TIMES RUNNING GOOD AS NEW! I m still in disbelief how the shop my dad was going to (Mavis, Stockbridge) overlooked such simple maintenance

Really fast service at reasonable prices. Daniel was my technician and he was great--good communication and fixed my car right the first time. I will definitely use Auto Medics again.

I would make this my regular auto repair shop if I lived close. I rode down to McDonough from Loganville, approximately 35 to 45 miles and once down there my car started stuttering. The check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode where it would barely accelerate. I pulled over and got roadside assistance to come for me. I looked up this shop because I saw they had a high rating and gave them a call. I suspected that the car was in need of plugs, coils or both but had no way to confirm it. Initially I was going to have the car towed to Autozone and let them put the scanner on it and try and save myself some money and do it myself but once I spoke to Will I decided that I trusted taking it here. The first thing he said after I told him what was going on was its probably coils or plugs, just bring it over and we'll look at it. He ordered the parts because it was getting late in the day and he said if that's what it is, at least he'd have the parts there when I arrived. Turns out it was exactly that...4 new plugs and one coil were needed. The part that got me was the honesty and what I feel was fair pricing. I've had plugs and a coil changed on another car I own at a shop close to the house and the price was just about double. I never went back there. If you're looking for a auto repair shop and you live close to this one, I don't think you can go wrong by going here. Thanks Will and the other auto repair pro whose name I didn't get for getting me back on the road in a short period of time.

I have been passing by here for some time now, and had not considered them because I've been using the same shop for nearly 12 years...until recently. I won't say who they are, but they have more than one shop in McDonough, and I just feel they were starting to take my dollars for granted? I have always taken all of my vehicles there for oil changes and any other issues. In this economy, every penny counts, so my son suggested Auto Medics, and I said why not, it was conveniently close so I took it there for a suspension repair after I had shopped around, their prices are competitive, and fair but what impressed me was Vince just gave it to me straight not a lot of upselling and B.S. you get at these other shops. I wasn't charged some exorbitant "diagnostic" fee that may or may not answer the issue. I dropped off my car early that morning and got it back within a few hours!What further impressed me is he offered to drop me off(although I was in walking distance) it was the thought. Once the work was done, one of the technicians, Daniel, dropped the car off for me. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on.

Best place in the area, got our starter, front suspension and brakes and headlight fixed by this guy. Reasonable prices and quality work. Will come here for EVERYTHING wrong with my carEDIT: Came back and got my car fixed after the engine got starved of oil. Best mechanic in Henry County

This place is literally a LIFE SAVER ! The services were exceptional my experience couldn t have been better and the results were phenomenal. My A/C had been out for almost a month and after weeks of looking around for the best quotes and a shop that carries the Freon I needed I was able to save hundreds with Medic and my A/C is back to blowing and stronger than ever. Not to mention the wonderfully convenient same day services! Would recommend to EVERYONE the repairs are affordable and reliable!

I recently stopped by here because my a/c was just blowing cool air, not cold. Turns out I needed some kind of fancy refrigerant. I m assuming the guy who helped me was the owner. He gave me a good price! I was in and out. Great customer service! Thank you Auto Medics!

Phenomenal experience! My children and I were stranded in the dark in Alabama, 2hrs from home, when our engine completely died. Every emotion as a parent was swirling thru my mind in that moment. Will showed up and towed us home, and helped determine what had gone so drastically wrong with our car. He was God sent and we are all deeply grateful!

Great customer service!!!! My appt was at 8, and they pulled my car in when i got there and got started. Didn t play around and didn t have me waiting all day. I highly recommend them !!!

I paid $600 for a tune up and immediately after receiving that my ($5900 rebuilt cost) transmission blew out within a month later! I appreciated their service but I would imagine they would have warned me about my transmission. The vehicle worked perfectly fine before then!

I have never been so grateful for a person in my life. Even though things didn't work out how I wanted I am very pleased with the outpour of help and assistance that was given to me. Had to have rear axle redone in a pinch. Company was nice and helped get it done fast! Everything looks good until several months out. Turns out the mechanic must have been in a hurry that day because I am now getting my tires rotated and have three lugs cross threaded and one stud broken. They still seemed to have done good work but make sure they don t cross thread your lugs.
