They did an awesome job!!! I m gonna be honest, I have a lot of bad history with mechanics and repair shops taking my money and not fixing anything. But these guys here! They fixed my module throttle and had my car back to me in two days.. My original appointment was like a week and a half away but I couldn t drive it and I got it towed to them early and they fixed my car much earlier than expected.. I would definitely recommend everyone and only alpha automotive is allowed to touch my car.. Not even the dealership where I got the car from can..

There was an attempted theft on my vehicle and the steering column cover was pulled off and the ignition was damaged. I was quoted $2,250 to repair it, which is crazy, but I said ok because my vehicle had already been towed there, I needed it back quickly, and didn't want the hassle of having it towed somewhere else. I'm a mother of 4 and I was desperate to have my vehicle back as soon as possible. Big mistake on my part. They've had my vehicle since February and I still don't have it back. I was hesitant to write a review since they still have my vehicle, but people really need to be aware that they will overcharge you and you may be without a vehicle for quite a while. I've also received no updates through all of this, unless I've called or showed up to ask. I was told today that it's not fixed because only one mechanic knows how to fix it and he hasn't gotten to it yet. My suggestion to anyone would be to take your car somewhere else.

This company is super organized, sends pictures of what s being done, and gives you a report of other things that you may need chronological due to it s urgency. I just needed my car running and wanted to handle the rest later, they did not only what I needed but what was necessary from a professional s point of view but nothing more or less and sent me home with the list of what s still needed! Loved their service! Honesty, transparency, efficiency

The repair price of $2,223 was fair, parts were installed. It did take some time and they did set my expectations because this place is real busy. After major problems were addressed and they were a new one came up a lingering issue. My check engine light came on a few days later.I used my scanner and I need a Standard Motor Products KS168 Ignition Knock Sensor installed. I would love drop it off but they get so back logged I may not have a ride for a work. But overall they do good work.

My first appointment went smoothly. Drop off was easy and first thing in the morning I received a written estimate of the work. During the repair an adjustment was required and a customer service rep contacted me by phone to discuss and approve the change. The car was ready on time and the interior was cleaned. Highly recommended.

I received a text from them about some differed repairs from a previous visit. I called and made an appointment for the repairs. I took over a week for me to get my truck back on an appointment. No apologies given or a discount. The shop hours for the repair take 8 to 12 hours for the repair. I would call about the status of the repair and would get "We will call you when it's ready." I missed time from work because of this. This repair cost me twice as much as the bill.

I've taken my car to Alpha Automotive for years and they've never ever failed to provide me with excellent service. I bought my very first car, a Kia when I was 19 years old, and since then the only place I've taken it to is Alpha Automotive. Now it's at 200,000 miles and still running strong due to the awesome technicians that provide top notch service to my vehicle. I brought my uncle s car here. He broke down while driving from Illinois to Florida. They took great care of him and fixed his car and treated him fairly and economically. I totally recommend this service center!

Very Disappointed. On 27 Dec 2023 they charged me $249.95 for a part they replaced. Identical part at Autozone listed for $136.99 mark-up of 82% above retail (of course they did not pay retail). Spoke with the manager and he said they don t charge retail price they use a computer generated algorithm to mark up all the parts they install. I suspect they use the same mark-up algorithm for labor costs. Will not be going back.

Staff is very professional and personable. Repairs were quick, and they even sent videos from the mechanic to explain additional problems with my truck. To top it all off, they reached out to me a couple days later to let me know that they had accidentally overcharged me. They were eager to fix the issue and I appreciate the honesty and integrity. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give a half star or less. Kevin is no longer the owner and talk about a HUGE change for the worse. These people are thieves. I brought my car in and was told would be $199. Left the car at 8:45ish AM and had not heard anything at 2:22PM. Called and was told car being brought back to look at it then. At 2:54pm I received a text saying my vehicle was done. Called and asked Tron what was the findings and he said my car has lots of codes and they do not handle that. I asked what would be the charge for this 15 mins of work and he told me "exactly what I told you this morning". I asked for a mgr. When I arrived the bill was changed to $99 and upon speaking with the mgr who confirmed they did NOTHING to my car, he told me they plugged the machine into it and claimed they lifted it and looked at it. After some exchange of words I just said whatever and paid the $99. I was then informed by Tron they had a 3% charge for using a credit card. I asked where this info was posted and I was directed, multiple times, to a piece of paper taped to the counter that was completely illegible and a sign on the door that did not exist. I was then told repeatedly by Tron, the Mgr and another green haired girl that the sign was "supposed to be there". Needless to say, I just took my keys and left. Thier customer service and service in general was less than poor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET NOTHING AND PAY EXTRA!!!!

My Husband brought my 2013 Chrysler Town country in End October was charged over 8,000 had for over week pick up not week tow truck had get me off road taking back was claim was fix week later same thing this time charged 140$ reminded you check engine light keeps coming on brought back again charged 1,300 Talk to Mgr told me going to take care of it and did just that Got back home won't start Have contact B B B service Horrible

I needed brake work done. They inspected and provided a quote via text. I was able to use the link to review and decide which jobs I wanted them to perform. After submitting, they were done in a very timely manner and let me know it was complete by text. I picked up my vehicle and all tasks were completed and the car was back to normal.The pricing was very fair. I recommend Alpha Automotive for your repair needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my Cadillac to alpha automotive for my transmission to get serviced! Car was there all day to them calling me saying they did a diagnostic come to find out they never touched it but I still had to pay for diagnostic!! That they lied saying they did I took it to another shop for a second opinion for them to tell me I m leaking transmission fluid and that s why it s barely pulling! Please don t take your car to these liars!!!

Tried to get an estimate for a blown gasket, they recommended that I should replace the entire engine, which is unnecessary. I do not recommend this place at all. I ve had several quotes and to replace the entire engine is ridiculous!

Great place to get your car repaired! I had to get my turbo and exhaust manifold replaced on my 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe. Unfortunately I had some issues with my car after the repairs were done, but they sent a tow truck and fixed their mistakes in a timely manner.The repairs were done within a week and I was back on the road in no time.When I went to drop off my car and I didn't have a ride home, they offered to take me home! Really great customer service, and super friendly staff. They will give you constant updates during your repair, and even give you some good advice after the repair.One more thing, if you have an Endurance warranty they accept those no issues. Overall, it's been a great experience getting my car serviced at Alpha Automotive, and I'll definitely go there if my car experiences any issues that need fixing. Highly recommended! This is a place you can trust for auto repairs.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a brake and suspension inspection done to diagnose a noise. Turned out I have a tire and alignment problem. The service manager and service advisors were very friendly. I drove out with confidence knowing the noise issue was not a major problem, and no upsales. They recommended that I get an alignment when I went to replace my front tires.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My brother is a tow truck driver and recommended alpha. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my car and fixed it expeditiously. The front desk associate was amazing! She was friendly and informative. She even gave me additional info I would not have known to ask for about a recall on my car. I just had my second visit at Alpha Automotive this Friday. My car was diagnosed quickly and accurately. It was running awful when I brought it, now all lights are off and it s running smooth for my weekend trip. This guys are honest,Fast and great prices. I highly recommend!
