Great serviceThese guys really know cars . If you want it done right , this is the place to bring your car. Whether it s an old classic or a modern day car , they can do it all and it won t leave their shop until it s right .They have earned our business going forward, without a doubt . When I need something to one of our cars , this is where I m going. Save yourself a lot of headaches, take your car here first and get it done RIGHT.

The whole entire staff treated me and my fiance like family. The prices for my repair were very reasonable. They told me that I could always come back whenever I wanted. Everyone at All Automotive are honest about the decisions made on your vehicle. I will be going back soon to get my custom exhaust next year. Thanks All Automotive Northern.Happy Holidays.

Had nothing but great experiences at all automotive repair. The only place I take my 1988 GMC 1500. Took our car right away after codes went off while traveling on the interstate. A friend recommended this place, just two miles away. They diagnosed our car the next morning and was repaired at a reasonable price!

Mr. Bill worked on my SUV after my trunk latch electoral system failed. He was patient and worked with my crazy schedule to make sure the task at hand was done correctly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bill for your car trouble needs.

My name is Antonio Taylor and I am the owner of a Limousine Company right here in McDonough Georgia. I have been doing business with All Automotive for more than 4 years. Recently I had a situation arise that forced me to reach out to management. Ansley did an amazing job addressing my concerns and making what was a terrible situation a very pleasant experience. In business you have things that sometimes go wrong, but when you have people in management like Ansley it really makes the experience worthwhile.I would definitely recommend All Automotive and I send a huge thanks again to Ansley for her professional and her willingness to make it right with a client!!!!!!

Don't go here. They tried to charge me TWICE the price of what other repair shops quoted me... Idk if it was because I was a woman who appeared to not know anything about cars, but I felt taken advantage of. Needless to say I got out of there and will now be saving $475 by going somewhere else. Lesson learned... don't go to All Automotive Repair.

Got a diagnostic test done on my vehicle and was told it was going to cost $1800 to fix my vehicle. I took it somewhere else and the repair was nothing that All Automotive even told me was wrong with the truck. The repair cost me $600. I would like a refund on my diagnosis of $140 for a test that was wrong.

Although the part I needed was no longer available they only charged me for the work that they did. They did not charge for the diagnostic for the part that was no longer available. Fair pricing

Hands down the best auto repair experience I have ever had. I was experiencing a strange noise coming from my car and needed to have it looked at. All Automotive showed up in my google search and it wasn't too far from my house so I decided to give them a try. You dont really think customer service when you think auto repair but here you can expect it from the time that you open the door. I was promptly greeted, two guys were behind the desk and one was in the lobby. They all seem to stop what they were doing and listen to me describe what issue I was having with me car. This was a good sign for me because it showed that I was turning my car over to people that not only repaired cars, but also have a love for automotives. I ended up leaving my car there for them to inspect. They did have a few cars ahead of me so I expected a wait. A few hours later there was a call with updates on my car, expected price as well as completion time for the repairs. QUICK, EASY, FAIRLY PRICED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, I could go on and on about this place. I dont hope for any repair needs anytime soon, but if I do have any they will be done right here!!!

Horrible experience with this shop, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck after they supposedly fixed it after having it a week. Finally took it to the dealership, found out all automotive messed repairing my truck up. Another thing we found out was they "recalibrated" an item on my truck that its not possible to recalibrated, yet it was listed on their own itemized list as recalibrated & we were charged for it. Mine was the 2nd car I know of that was messed up by this shop causing the dealership to fix it later. Stay away from this shop if you want your vehicle run properly

Took my Kia optima to the dealership for an AC issue. Kia told me the compressor was bad and would cost $3000 for parts and labor. Brought my Kia to All automotive repair asking them to take a look. I fully expected to pay a couple thousand dollars to get the problem resolved. However, all automotive repair found a simple Freon leak and recharge my AC system and gave me the repair for under $200. I greatly appreciate an honest and reputable business such as All automotive repair! I greatly recommend this business!!
