I pass 10 auto parts stores to shop at 155 location. They are top notch and happy to help. These are easily the coolest auto parts folks in the county. I never have to wait and they have awesome customer service.

I returned a item that I bought the day before that didn't fit. The package had been stapled together prior to me buying. Cashier said they don't take returns if the package has been open because they are a small store. I asked him to show me that policy and he couldn't. Manager approve the return but made a smart comment. So I asked the cashier for the manager's name he told me "E" that what they call him. They don't know his real name. Are you kidding me!!!!!!

Jay is one of the most outstanding representatives your company could have. He greets everyone pleasantly, is apologetic as needed, tells customers where to buy parts not available, is knowledgeable and wishes folks a blessed day. What an asset.

Came in and needed headlights for my truck . Jay is an awesome salesperson! Was on top of her game throughout the whole encounter! Sold me on a warranty and bulb grease. Just a very awesome and friendly person ! I will be returning

I was very pleased with my experience! I came in with a lot of questions on a hectic Sunday evening. Team Member Jay was a one man wrecking crew ! Answering phones changed a battery and changed my wiper blades in a reasonable amount of time . Very knowledgeable and patient.

The staff at the Hwy 155 location are top-notch! Kim, who assisted and cashed me out at the front counter, was extremely helpful, not to mention sweet and professional. Had such a good attitude. Austin, who replaced my dead battery with a new one, was also very personable and willing to help. Very impressed with the staff here!

Always have what you need for all jobs! I love the convenience of ordering online, plus you get the best discounts. I generally order online and pick up in the store for the best value.

Don t Buy Batteries from any Advance Auto parts we bought one in Jacksonville because we thought we may have needed one our car would not start we was Stuck down their After our son had a Heart attack But we did not need it at all we had to rent a car and ship our car home we been trying to return this 200.00 battery We got a receipt paid cash been to three stores and been getting all these excuses why it can t be returned it s never been used they taking people money SMH don t make since Only At the Manger s fell like it people don t have money to waste

Had to get a new set of wiper blades for my Buick cuz one of them was tearing up and I do apologize that it took the people a long time to figure out how to put them on but I guess cuz they were new but I sure do appreciate it thank you God bless and Merry Christmas.

Went to buy a $225 battery. The associate pulled the wrong battery to begin with. I pointed out the mistake which is fine. Mistakes happen. Went home to install battery. Installed and attempted to crank car. No start. Put my battery charger on and battery at 60% not enough to turn car over. Beware! Glad I wasnt broke down, that would have been awful making several trips with no recourse on their end. They still make the profit from there mistake. Hmmm. Is that good business?

Wife needed a new battery for her vehicle. She made contact with two other auto parts stores who refused to change out the battery. Upon going to advance auto, they changed out the battery. Great service.

This location at hwy 155 north, gives great customer service. Gus and the team are always patient with me. They treat me as a valued customer. They answer my questions and are always helpful.

Every single thing sold here is overpriced. Order online or from another store, it's worth the drive for the cost savings. The staff can be helpful if it is convenient for them.

Great service from a knowledgeable staff. Easy to use rewards program. If they do not have what you are looking for they will try to find it near by or will recommend a different place to try.

The McDonough store offered me the best automotive store experience I've had in years it put me in mind of a modern day store and Technology with the old school Mom and Pop courtesy and customer appreciation I will be returning in the future for all my Automotive needs

Excellent service in customer care as it relates in testing my old battery after first attempting to fully charge it. Tools were available for removal of battery, etc.
