I have used both the Roswell location for windshield replacement and most recently, the Marietta location for side glass replacement and continue to be impressed with the level of service provided. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for auto glass services.Their customer service is second to none.The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. This is my go-to place for auto glass repairs and replacements. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.

Xpress Auto Glass replaced the rear window on our Land Rover back in October of 2019. The installer, Berry, was very kind, thorough and quick! Berry was adamant about removing all of the broken glass from inside the door frame and cleaning up the surrounding areas. The new OEM glass functions perfectly and looks just like the original glass. Detailed work and great costumer service are greatly appreciated! Please keep up the good work!

Nelson did a great job installing my windshield. I would have given 5 stars if I had not been told they back up to Dunkin Donuts. They definitely do not. See image. It was 84 outside and the real fell was 96. See image. They did not have anywhere inside to sit. I needed a back passenger side window on my Wife's VW Golf. I looked around online at the larger companies and everything was at least a week out. I called Xpress Auto Glass and they were able to come out the same day to my location and replace the glass. The tech Robbie was very professional and nice. He was easy to talk to, quick, and clean. Robbie vacuumed out as much of the original glass as he could and noticed that I had dogs. He made sure to let me know that a professional detail would be a good idea so my dogs did not end up with any glass in their paws. I will use this company exclusively and recommend them to anyone that needs quick, professional service at a great price.

Not like they need another great review. I felt like I needed to race about the company and Barry. They were fast and they will not over price. Called them on Tuesday, Barry came out the next day. I asked them to text me and they did. David gave me the total w/ tax and everything included on the same day when I made the appointment. I will definitely refer friends and family, even random people!!!

Cassidy was great! She really helped me out getting my windshield replaced. The technicians name is Will, and he finished in less than an hour. I could tell he took pride in his job. I highly recommend this company.

Xpress Auto Glass was quick to respond to getting my windshield replaced. Mike came to my house and within 2 hours had the job completed. I am very pleased with the work he did! Mike is the man to call!

My car was leaking and Nelson quickly identified that it was an issue with the Sunroof drainage and quickly repaired the car to ensure the leaking stopped. Not only did he explain everything to me, he also showed me where the issue was and then how he fixed it. Nelson's customer service was amazing and he was so nice. I will be taking my car back to Xpress Auto Glass in the future!Great service and great prices!

My technician Mike was courteous and professional. The receptionist was on the phone when I arrived and he stepped in to assist her and got me started. The work is absolutely amazing and my car looks as good as it did when I first purchased it. The dealer did not offer a replacement, but I was able to have it ordered thru Xpress Auto Glass and it took less a week. Highly recommended!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

XPress Glass very quickly ordered the correct windshield for my Genesis and had it installed within 7 days. On the day of installation, Michael, outdid himself and had the work done 30 minutes earlier than predicted. Good follow-up information from him. When it comes to auto glass repair or replacement there is NOBODY any better to do the job than Xpress Auto Glass.. My mobile technician was Michael and he was Incredible. He called me when he was on his way, was here on time, did and Amazing job replacing the front windshield on my 1991 Ford Bronco and was even able to find and repair a water leak that I have had for some time and left everything he touched spotless.This is the 3rd time I have used them and they never disappoint.Thank You Michael and Xpress Auto Glass for an Amazing Job!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great experience! They were able to come out and fix the car window the very next day and the price was reasonable. They also come to you and get it done fairly quickly. The staff members I had contact with were also professional and very nice. I would definitely use them again for window replacement needs

100% professional and stress free experience. Taylor runs an awesome team lead by Nelson, who did a very detailed, clean job in very good time. Nelson s service was beyond professional; He arrived on time, went over details of the job, and let me know when I could drive, and wash the car etc. Definitely a sharp (and friendly) installer who I would trust to work on my car again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Taylor, Cassidy, and their team were incredible and went above and beyond in getting our new windshield installed. While driving from FL to MA we had a rock chip and crack our windshield during an extreme cold front. The team at Xpress got our replacement windshield in and installed in less than a day after Safelite ordered the incorrect part. The install was done efficiently and well, and the team was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely amazing. It was very easy to make an appointment and have them come to my home. Berry our technician was not only skilled but also very funny and personable. He called ahead so we knew when he was on the way. He replaced the windshield in under 30 minutes and let me know that I couldn't drive it for an hour and couldn't get it washed for 2 days (I was definitely going to get it washed immediately so that was good to know). I would definitely recommend them!

Michael from Xpress Auto Glass was awesome. He contacted me the morning of my appointment to confirm that he would be coming to my home to replace my windshield shortly after noon. He arrived around 12:25 and was finished within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and if I ever have need of another windshield or any other glass service, I will definitely be using Xpress Auto. :)

My windshield on my Corvette had countless small imperfections from rocks & other debris hitting it & one small crack in the corner of the windshield. I spent a lot of time researching which auto glass place to use to replace my windshield. I was worried about the quality of the work & the care of my car & it being done right but finally decided on Xpress Auto Glass due to the outstanding 5 star online reviews. So I called & made an appointment & was told due to the complexity of doing the Corvette windshield it would need to be done at their location so I went & dropped the car off at the Marietta location. I met Jay there & he explained everything in detail and assured me that they would take good care of my car. The car was finished exactly when Jay said it would be done & the workmanship is beyond reproach! I don't believe it left the factory in this good of a condition! Berry & Robbie did an OUTSTANDING job!! If you need your windshield replaced, there is only one place to take it & that is Xpress Auto Glass! Their Customer Service & attention to detail cannot be surpassed! I cannot speak highly enough of this company! In all honesty, this company needs to be rated 10 stars out of 5! Thank you again, Jay, Berry & Robbie!!

Xpress Auto Glass came to the rescue when my brother had an eight-inch break in his windshield! The price was VERY affordable and Berry had great customer service skills. He was very positive and polite, and he finished the job quickly. When the job was finished, he made sure I understood what after-care the windshield needed as it settled in. I am very happy with my choice and will send business their way when I can. Thanks Berry and thanks Xpress!

Xpress Auto Glass is as good as advertised. I called three local glass vendors looking to get a mobile replacement for a Honda Pilot. Xpress not only had the best price, they could get it done the soonest. I read the reviews because it seemed too good to be true. Almost every review was 5-stars. Well Berry came out the next day and had it repaired in 45 minutes. He went above and beyond answering all my questions and was a upbeat and positive during the entire appointment. I definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Berry was very knowledgeable and professional. He did my Jeep Wrangler windshield in a timely manner and educated me about future care and other alternative choices. Scott Richardson was the technician that worked on my BMW. He replaced my cracked windshield. He was very friendly and professional. The receptionist was also nice she was very patient with me and provided great information on the options I had. I would definitely recommend Xpress Auto Glass. I had an appointment that needed to be canceled and rescheduled. The ladies in the office were very polite in handling that for me. Michael and Jon came to my school and repaired my windshield. They were very polite and explained what they were about to do. Berry was great!!!! He showed up this morning making me his first appointment and replaced the windshield in my wifes car in record time. No mess and excellent quality. I was very satisfied with the service i received from Berry. He's a great guy! The prices were very affordable.

Great experience with Xpress Auto Glass from start to finish. They had me on the schedule quickly and were willing to talk through all the options and services. Tech called ahead, wore a mask, explained all his work before starting, and did a great job. Fixed two cracks, including one that was close to the edge that we didn't think was fixable. Great customer service. I had a scheduling change and I needed to cancel my appointment at the last minute. I was quickly rescheduled and since we were expecting rain, they worked with me around the rain to get my windshield replaced. Robbie and Mike, arrived promptly and quickly replaced my my windshield. They were were friendly and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend Xpress Auto Glass.

Excellent service and quality from start to finish. My 2018 Audi Q5 got a cracked windshield within the first few weeks of ownership (<700 miles). Xpress got my windshield ordered and it took a LONG time, but it was because the Audi dealer had to source the part from Germany. David and Tammey kept me in the loop the entire way through. When it finally arrived, they arranged their schedule to have their master technician Berry come out the next morning.Berry was fantastic. He was friendly and personable and took great care in ensuring my car was back to showroom ready. He even showed me a few things about my car I hadn't even had time to learn yet.Highly recommend these guys. I had a bad experience with the 'safe' glass installer, but going forward - I will only use Xpress.

I had to have my driver s side window replaced after someone broke into my Mercedes. Nelson at Xpress Auto Glass did a phenomenal job with its replacement. The new window works beautifully, and he also did a very thorough job of cleaning up the residual broken glass. Pricing was also very reasonable. I hope I never need glass replacement again, but if I do, I ll definitely return to Xpress Auto Glass.Service: Auto side window replacement
