After having a horrible experience at the Tucker location- we brought our Tesla X here so they could fix what Tucker had installed incorrectly. The team and management went above and beyond my expectations and truly helped redeem Tesla for me (as Tucker had truly blemished their reputation). They kept us informed on the status of our car/repair, were very accurate in their time estimate for repair, and very thorough with said warranty repair. I cannot say enough good things about the team in this location and truly appreciate them working with us and taking great care of our Tesla. Thanks Tesla Marietta Team!

I had an excellent experience at Tesla Collision Marietta. When I received my new car, it had several scratches, so I scheduled an appointment for buffing and repainting. Manny, the manager at Tesla, went above and beyond to ensure that the paint job was impeccable and that my car was in perfect condition. He even assisted with a scratch I accidentally made. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with top-notch customer service, deserving of a 5-star rating.

I cannot say enough great things about Manny, his team, and this whole facility! Manny went above and beyond for my family and me. He is an awesome person with a great heart! He truly cares about you and getting your car back to its original condition if not even better. He kept me updated almost daily for the two months that my MX was in the shop. I would not take either of my Teslas to any other shop in the future.

This Marietta location actually listened to me and the issues I had on my new MX, and they were willing to help. Very good customer service. Especially the estimator, Manny was very helpful and nice. Very different-- 180 degree different customer service than other location, like Roswell. Horrible experience with Roswell- I took my car to appointment date and noticed that they cancelled my appointment without me knowing. So I had to leave there and reschedule the appointment. I took my car again, but they said they can't fix it now and ask me to set up an appointment with Marietta location. They seemed not cared about their customers. Didn't say sorry for me making 2 trips to their location but not getting any services. I was super frustrated about their customer services, but Manny at Marietta location made me happy with their services.

Two people deserve high accolades at this collision center. Oliver who worked on the repair quite was very professional & responsive. Although the quote was higher than two other Tesla approved shops. He did his best to lower the cost without sacrificing quality. Manny did an excellent with the actual repair work & my wife was happy with the outcome. The front desk staff was also very professional. Thank you collision team at Tesla collision!

The service is impeccable! I had the pleasure of friendly, helpful staff throughout my whole experience. Having car collision repair is generally not something one looks forward to. With the hands on help from Shanice, Derione, & Oliver, it turned an unfortunate incident into a genuinely great feeling of being looked after. The results were like receiving a brand new car again. I hope I don't need more collision repair in the future but if I do, this is where I will go. Thanks to the whole team!

Purchased Tesla in September 2023, I had issue with leaking air from backside windows. I dropped my car at Tesla service for 4 times. They couldn t able to fix it.They moved my car to Tesla collection center Marietta. Technician Manny looked at my car and fixed of my issue. I had two back side windows bulged out and he fixed manufacture defect.I would definitely recommend manny for your next car service.

Upon new car delivery, I pointed out circular scratch patterns on the hood and deep scratch on the front bumper. Was explained that I would need to schedule an appt with the collision center. I would have rejected the new delivery, but was stranded w/o a vehicle - so I accepted it and called to schedule an appointment - WHICH WAS 2 MONTHS OUT. Days before my scheduled appointment I get a call from Tesla collision stating that they have no loaners available and they will need to move my appointment out another 10 days - fine, I understand. 14 days later no call back. I needed to request a call from management before they decided to address it and rent a car from Hertz for me. Staff was sympathetic and apologized for the experience but it is obvious they don't have the resources they need to address problems in a reasonable amount of time. After picking the car up days later, there was remnants of white, chalky substance from the "detail" job in crevices of the door rim, windows along with a new set of waxing "swirls" now on the upper door panels. The Marietta and Kennesaw locations really need to take notice of who is detailing/ finishing the vehicles. For a brand new car purchase this experience is inexcusable at this point. I will avoid Tesla collision unless absolutely necessary.

Just got a call from the insurance company that they are no longer covering the rental and I was asking why. They said the collision center said that my car was repaired and delivered a week ago. I was in shock because I dont have my car and dont have any new correspondence with Tesla on the app! The insurance company is saying I should contact the service center at once to rectify! They DONT answer the phone and my time is valuable to drive up with NO plan of action! The coversation is closed on the app so i cant respond or start a new conversation! Tesla FIX this!

Tesla has really taken prior reviews to heart and significantly improved on customer service at this location. I dropped my vehicle off for an insurance repair from an accident. Everyone at the front desk was warm and courteous. While waiting for the rental company to pick me up an employee of Tesla noticed I was waiting for a while. He offered to take me to get my car and it really helped on a busy rainy day.During the repair process Tesla constantly kept me updated within the Tesla app, sms messages to let me know I had messages in the app, and via email to work out supplemental costs with the insurance company. They did everything to complete the repairs thoroughly and expedite the process for me to pick up my car. When it was time for me to get my car I was greeted by two different front desk people who were also very welcoming and helped me process out very quickly. Kudos to Darian (sp) and Dylan (sp) who helped me back to my vehicle with the full 80% charge needed for daily driving. The car was in immaculate condition after repair and I was very pleased with the completely positive experience.

Recently purchased a new Model Y, and it came with some... character, in the form of dings and scuffs. Service center directed me to this collision center, and Manny did a great job addressing the issues. Thanks Manny!

Why do you have owners fill out service request form with photos;Have a walk through talking through each item and confirming each issue, don t complete them, then get surprised when this isn t completed,Ask me to walk it over with them on the phone, don t even reference the original work order, resolve the wrong thing, blame QA issues to Elon, and say this is how it is If you have body, paint issues - circle them with some collision pens because clearly there s some issues with writing things down or reading work orders

These scumbags have been pushing a manufacturing defect repair for 3 months. Poor and incompetent service representatives

The service is pretty great when you go to drop off or pick up. But when it comes to the work that is actually done, it s questionable. I always spruce something off when I pick up my car, the last time I noticed staines with fingerprints in them. Though it wasn t hard for me to clean up I just wish they would not have left it like that and not take responsibility.

Tesla has a customer service issue and this place is no different. Maybe they have grown too fast and cannot handle the load.I give this place a 5/5 in terms of the work done, but give customer service a 1/5. Phanin and Penny helped us at this location. It was near impossible to get answers to our questions. We would ask a question in the Tesla app and they would ignore my question. I asked them to call me and they would never call. I did not feel valued as a customer and felt unheard and my concerns ignored. Finally after asking for close to 10 days, they answered and resolved 1 of my 2 questions. The other question was completely ignored and never answered. I got my car out of there as soon as possible.Avoid Tesla as much as possible. They are a huge headache and lack communication. They have a ways to go in terms of customer service. Go to your local body shop when possible. Awesome job on the the work done to the vehicle though!

I would give a 5 star for the job but my costumer experience was a nightmare. Brought the car in and the service was completed in 3 weeks, not bad. Also the service came out good. My issue was with my estimator. I start inspecting the car upon receiving and noticed the battery fan was making a noise, black marks and a faint white scratch on my rear right door. When I pointed the these door issues his automatic response was: we didn t work on that side of the vehicle , straight answer. I reminded him they had the car in for 3 weeks and he replied: Ok, but YOU don t have fotos to prove the scratches were not there before . I said, As matter of fact I do, what about your pictures? Why don t I show you mine and you show me yours? After this an completely unprofessional attitude was revealed. A sarcasm and misplaced jokes from him started to push the situation in the wrong direction. Collision centers/Body Shops take pictures of the entire vehicle upon receiving it to avoid this type of situation. It s also a good practice to protect company and costumers. I ve worked at a collision center.I made sure to show him my picture while he never showed his. He looked at picture and replied: It s ok, it is just black mud, you can wipe with your finger . Really! I also asked how long after painting I could replace the ceramic coating that was removed during the paint. He s answer, We don t work with ceramic painting . I said, probably one of your guys would be able to give an accurate information . He replied, you would be better asking where they work with ceramic coating .I had just called a ceramic coating place and they asked me if the facility had the car going under an Infra Red oven to be able to determine the wait time before coating. The guy did not even addressed the issues he was just trying to get rid of me. HE DID NOT WANT TO HELP!After that an amazing guy from the repair department, polite, professional brought the car to do a test drive and make sure no noises were there. When I pointed to the issues with the door he was super attentive and brought to the manager s attention and they baffled the door and removed everything.THE first guy, the estimator, came to give me my keys. I ve noticed a big set of scratches on my trunk as someone and placed something on top of it. When a pointed that another response: I mean that could be caused by grocery bags . I realized the goal there was to try to avoid the responsibility, divert the problem and even frame the costumer. I said, look we don t have to argue let s just look at the pictures, if it is there I can go on my way, but if it s not there you gonna have to do something about it . He replied, I mean, I may have not taken such good pictures .The situation kept escalating with him trying to get away and I pointing all the reasons until he shout to the wind: I PERSONALLY JUST THINK YOU TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE . That was it for me.I requested the manager. GREAT guy. Heard me and dealt with the situation smoothly. Simply asked me some time to look at the pictures and make a decision if the damage was caused at the store. I went to get lunch and came back after 1 hour, problem solved. They were able to baffle it off.If you re using this center make sure to take all the pictures you need and document every inch. This issue cost me my day since I got the at 11am and left 3:30pm. And now I m gonna have to pay to coat my door and trunk after they baffled since it removes the ceramic coating and insurance only covers the portion involved in the accident.During my back and forth with the estimator he said: every time we bring the car out you find another problem . I said, It s not my job to guarantee the quality of your service. You re responsible and liable for it What do I suppose to do? Just overlook and accept the damages?Mind you all, anything can happen in a body shop. I ve seen employees swap parts from complete different cars. It happens! But an we did work on this side of the car answer is NOT an excuse for the shop s liability.

Very disappointed. Told a Tesla advisor about the poor service and he said Carlos would contact me. Carlos never contacted me. They gave me an old Model X as a loaner that had bad brakes. The brakes were squealing bad and grinding. They said they were washing my car before returning. That was a lie. It was dirty. My camera shows Ashley wiping my tires with tire shine and that s it. The bug splatter from when I dropped it off was still there when I picked it up.Understand people that Tesla is a great car but the entitled millennia mindset of the workers is sad and unacceptable. Hopefully I ll have a better experience elsewhere.Service: Painting

This Tesla location has a limited number of cars to see and test-drive. The staff here are welcoming and knowledgeable, but even they advertise trying to test-drive at their other locations, because this place is mainly a manufacturing line for the Tesla company. Explains why we came across the place at the outskirts of Atlanta, lol. It wasn't busy, with just one customer ahead of us, but due to our limited time staying here, we were unable to book for a test-run. It was a quick in and out, and though we didn't see much, I am still optimistic on seeing and trying these cars at another store in the future!

You would think that buying a luxury electric vehicle such as a Tesla would insure that you d get excellent customer care that is not the case with my experiences with the Atlanta Tesla team. To have your car serviced, you have to use your mobile app which is inefficient and the response efforts are subpar at best. I ve had my car for 2 years and the 12volt battery is dying, they apparently don t keep enough batteries in stock so the risk of you having a dead battery at any given time is high and service team can t seem to accommodate you or even give a loaner vehicle to keep from inconveniencing the customer. You can t even speak to a live person . Elon Musk would be ashamed at such mediocrity.

Took wife s new MY in to get a few minor delivery issues taken care of. Anthony and Ashley provided the highest level of service. Issues were corrected without hesitation on Tesla s part. We been owners for 6 years and even though their have been a few bumps in the road along the way, we are still in love with the brand and getting to experience this high level of service makes it an amazing overall experience.Service: Body & Trim

My bass and audio went out so I brought my car into this Tesla service center. They had the car for over two weeks, invoiced me for the work to replace the touchscreen and fix the audio problem, but a month later the audio starts having the same problems. The service technicians also left their iphone charging Cable sticking out of the dashboard so it s been flopping around ever since. When I called I was told I can just keep the cable, but it doesn t work and there s no way to remove it from the dashboard without tearing the dash apart again I ve been trying to request another service appointment for weeks, but they keep wanting me to schedule a mobile appointment, which I learned last time is not an option to fix my problem instead I ll just have to wait two weeks for someone to come out to my house and tell me I need to go to the service shop which will take another three or four weeks to schedule.Service: Electrical

I feel like Most people have to take their Tesla to a service center multiple times before getting their problem fixed. My model 3 was shaking on the supercharger if you have the ac on while charging. But they re saying everything s good and not to worry . The loaner they gave me was super dirty. And Knocked out of a wheel alignment.. but The people that worked there were cool. And Tesla vehicles are truly amazing. They just gotta work on their Service Centers.

Great place. I took a Model S for a test drive and was amazed. I've been interested and following Tesla for a while and liked what I had read but until you drive one you can't grasp how amazing these cars are. The staff here was great, I had scheduled an appointment to test drive the car and when I arrived the employee asked if I was looking to buy a Model S and I was honest with him and said, "No, I just would like to experience one hands on." After I told him this he lost no enthusiasm and was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. The show room was great, nothing like an average car dealership feeling.
