Great service. My daughter came in for an oil change and (Benson) really took care of her. They were quick and very thorough. She had an issue with her debit card and worked with us to help complete the transaction. (Even gave her a discount of $10 off her oil change) Thanks so much and you gained a lifelong customer.

Great service and fast service they showed me a problem with one of my filters it was so bad I had know clue it looked like that. I thank Ian for changing my filter for me and both team members for changing my oil in a timely manner. They both was nice thank you again. In RESPONSE to the review below:I reached out to Customer Service as suggested at both the number and email. They have not returned one email nor have they returned any voicemails I have left them.STAY AWAY from this business! They are not sincere about making things right. It has now been more than 30 days.1. I really have loved this place.2. Yesterday I had a synthetic oil changed done to my vehicle as I always ask for. Come to find out I found out that they have been doing an economy oil change but receipt says synthetic. I was charged for a synthetic. Not cool3. The mechanics were messing around so much yesterday that a 10 to 15 min oil change became 30 min or so4. My daughter and I also smelled pot5. The mechanics spilled oil on my hood and on my windshield. They said they would clean it offThey did not do that.6. They said they topped off my coolant. Nope that was not done.7. Hey said they checked my tires. No the tires still said low yesterday as I drove off and today and they were8. They said they filled washer fluid. No it s empty.Last time I stop off here with any of my vehicles.Too bad.

Had to wait for fifteen minutes even though only one other car was being serviced. I was also frustrated that the prices displayed on their "menu" do not include the mandatory Facility Fee, which was added to my bill without knowledge. There is a note about the facility fee but it is so far down the menu (held up by the technician) that I couldn't see it, and the technician did not point it out.Other than that the attendants were polite and did a good job on the oil change itself.

Super quick and efficient! I received an oil change and new cabin filters. The team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even called in for an extra hand when my hood was having trouble closing. Thank you guys! Will def be back.

This was my first time visiting a different shop due to the price of my old place just simply becoming outrageous. I was a bit hesitant at first because I never go anywhere else when it comes to getting my oil change. However, upon arriving at this location, and during my oil change Marcos and Jacob greeted me with the best customer service there is. They were explaining to me everything that they were doing, and were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They made this experience a great one, and I will definitely be using Take 5, especially this location as my go to shop for an oil change. Thank you all for the superb customer service, and the excellent experience as a first time client.

I showed up and no one greeted me. And then a finally guy walks out eating his lunch and asked me to come back later and didn t want my business. Quite disappointing because I have been here before with great service, it I definitely won t be back.

Dakahri was extremely helpful and professional. Did a good job of informing me of all things I need to stay on top of as far as keeping my engine in tact. Best Take5 location I've been to. Blue was amazing as well!!

My first visit Short wait time in the middle of the afternoon. Great to be able to stay in the car during the oil change. The two technicians were very quick and polite. I ll be going back!

Needed a local place for oil changes in order to avoid the dealerships costs and delays, and found Take 5 Oil Change.Each team members has his own responsibilities and does them efficiently. Very timely, a fair price, friendly as well as convenient. I ll recommend them to all who listen!

I was met at the back of the store by a young man, who appeared not to want to be at work. Although the driveways were blocked and I asked him, are you closed and he said yes I said OK thanks he said I m just kidding hold on a second. Mind you it s 605 on a Wednesday afternoon.When I pulled in they did the typical we only have the premium Advanced in stock you ll have to buy that. So we spent $100 on an oil change for 5 quarts of oil on a 2022 Toyota.They did not reset the maintenance required on the dash they did not even offer to reset it. When I pulled out of the bay, they left the windshield wiper handle, blocking the bay door, hanging out the wash bucket and I had to actually stop and ask him to move the handle so it wouldn t hit my windshield.When a second young man came and got my credit card, he had his cell phone tucked into his uniform shirt, and he was live on Facetime with a friend. He conveniently held my credit card up to where his friend live on FaceTime could see my card. I had to immediately call my bank and put a freeze on my card.Total disappointment, and unprofessional. Never again.

Terrific service and great crew although knowing Marcos is leaving has me feeling sad but the new manager and current crew will be providing great service for me. Marcos was an undeniable asset to Take 5 yet hopefully he will endeavor to grow in new ventures. Best of luck to him !

So, came to get oil changed to this place, my concern started when the guy working on the car near began the process with a quote I don t even know how I took this off after a loud drop sound below the car. But I was patiently waited on my turn. When it got to my turn it took around 40 minutes to get it done, they said it was hard car to work on, but I had it done by other place in 10 minutes before. It was later in the day so I wasn t mad about the time, just wanted to get it done and leave. So I drove home and in 30 minutes I had to go somewhere else, so I walk outside and see the car leaking oil and of course it s Sunday 5 pm so they don t work anymore. Horrible experience nonetheless, avoid it at all cost!!!

I recently put the wrong oil in my 3 yrs old car . Thank you to Dakahri and Marco because they saved my pockets and my car . And they did it in the amount of time I was quoted because of course I needed to get to work. I missed giving them a tip (thought I added it to my charges) but I ll be heading back there with a cash tip to say thank you for such great service, understanding and excellent customer service. I ll be coming here in the future instead of the dealership where I had been going. Thank you again guys!

I came in for an oil change on Wednesday October 25. After getting home my coolant was almost non existent and windshield wiper fluid. I ve come to expect that when given the paper work with my receipt and it says that my coolant and windshield wiper fluid are at acceptable levels than they should be. Instead I had to go to the store and purchase these items to put in my car myself. Also there were oily hand prints left all over my car. I have been to this location many times but was left very disappointed after my most recent visitService: Oil change

After using this location several times prior, my most recent trip will be my last. As soon as the oil change was complete, my car had a rough idle. I took it to my regular mechanic and they determined there were 5 more quarts than the engine needs and removed it. It appeared the old oil was never drained.I called the Take 5 on Johnson Ferry to discuss with the manager and have not received a call back 72 hours later.Will not be returning - which is unfortunate as it s close and convenient.Service: Oil change

Really disappointed.Went for basic oil change on 2020 Honda. They had trouble getting the splash guard off and on, but told me they got it.Later, while on I75, it partially came off skidding and sparking. In an emergency, I had to pull off the highway to realize they had used zip ties to reattach it, which caused even more damage when the zip ties broke. There could have been a terrible accident with my family in the vehicle because of what they did.They also cost me over $200 to repair at the dealership. I told the manager of the issue, and he promised to call the district manager. Still waiting on them to call me back, but nothing yet. They would only tell me the people who did it no longer worked there.

What a disaster! I will never bring my car here again, and I highly recommend you find another place to bring your vehicle as well. Firstly, the oil change itself took at least 45 minutes, so much for the "5 minute oil change". Additionally, the technicians nearly put the wrong type of oil in my car and I remember hearing "I don't know how I took this off" while they were putting my car back together. I guess I should've listened more closely, because the next day I heard scraping while I was on the highway, and after looking underneath the car, I saw that my skid plate was dragging. Luckily, I was able to take it to another Take 5 to have it fixed for free, they even asked me which Take 5 it was to see who could've possibly done such a shoddy job. To make matters worse, this was also the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for. In summary, especially if you have a foreign made car, do not bring your car here, it will take a ridiculously long time, it will cost way more than anywhere else, and odds are, based on the other reviews, they'll screw something up.

They are not very professional. I had two bad experiences there. First, I got home and noticed the mileage was annotated incorrectly in the sticker - which means, it was incorrect in the system, and would be incorrectly reported to Carfax. That would cause my odometer readings to be under suspicion, which obviously is unacceptable. I went back there immediately and it was like I was being stupid to ask them to change it. They eventually did.Second time, a couple of weeks ago, they told me my splash guard under the engine was in bad shape, that some screws were missing or incorrectly sized, etc. I told them ok, I will address this, but did you put the guard back? They said yes, absolutely. I took my car to the mechanic last week and the first thing they asked me was if I knew the splash guard was missing. They lied to me telling me they had put it back on - they probably just threw it away thinking I would never realize it.I will not be back - which is a shame because service is quick.

Everyone was kind and helpful to include patience when explanation was needed.I would come back in a heartbeat except for the price. If I can't find a lower price than Take 5 will be my choice. The manager and 2 others helped me.

On 9/23/23, Ian, working under the hood, and "Sir," working in the pit, cross-threaded my oil drain plug, a textbook example of how to botch an oil change. This issue came to light on 12/8/23, when I returned to Take 5 for my next oil change. I advise against taking your car to these clowns unless you're comfortable with a $55 oil change escalating to a $475 repair.

I refused service after they started dismantling my engine trying to pry out my air filter. All I wanted was an oil change. I made them close up and I left when they told me the had to check my filter per instructions of their boss for the camera Do not use them. I told them all I wanted was an oil change and they were not willing to restrict their activities to just changing my oil.Service: Oil change
