Great experience here, if you have any body work big, small whatever i strongly suggest taking your car to Southern Collision Works. I ve had experiences at many body shops from dealerships to small businesses and this one truly deserves the 5 stars it has. Caleb took wonderful care of my car and me as a customer and brought my vehicle back to perfect condition. Local, Quick, Efficient.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my repair at Southern Collision Works. The car looks great and Caleb and Andrew were so easy to work with. They handled all the communications with the insurance company and made sure my repairs were completed to the highest standard. They made a frustrating process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them!

Caleb fixed my 2003 ford excursion 4x4 diesel that was wrecked in the front and rear. he installed a custom grill guard with custom mounts for the bumper in the guard so that everything fit to include a custom front hitch all the line were excellent and the paint job was excellent at the rear he put in a new pumper and fixed the original parking sensors that had stopped working years ago the lines and paint were excellent. he s done work on my 2013 diesel Passat that was wreaked in the front. He replaced the entire front in, including the dual electric fans. the paint and the lines were excellent. I recommend southern collision work for anyone with any vehicle.

For those that may read this review know that "Southern Collision Works" is where you need to take your vehicle for body work. Caleb and his team did top notch work on my '92 Lexus SC300. All were easy to talk to. Went over and above caring for the work. And the end result showed it!

I am very, very pleased with the work I had done on my 2022 Kia. I was rear ended and suffered significant damage to my basically brand new car. I was very worried after the accident that the car would never feel the same, but I shouldn't have been. They did an amazing job and you can't even tell there had ever even been a scratch there! The car drives perfectly and I'm so happy to have it back. This was fortunately the first accident I have ever been involved with, so I was very appreciative that Caleb was able to explain the process to me and tell me exactly what to expect. Service was top notch and I highly recommend this company if you ever find yourself in need!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

Caleb and his team have fixed two of my cars after fender benders. There is no other company that I would trust my car body work to! He is so knowledgeable about how to navigate the insurance claim process and was able to answer all of my questions as well as giving me helpful tips of how to get the most out of my claim. He always tries to get us the best parts for our car through his negotiations with the insurance company. The car work is beautiful and the interior is always cleaned and detailed before he returns the car. It truly feels like we are working with someone who has our best interest at heart. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Exceeded any expectation I have ever had of mechanics and body shops. Caleb was a phenomenal help, explained things well, and was courteous and genuine. I came in with a repair issue that they probably could ve exaggerated and raked me over the coals. He did not. I would recommend Southern Collision Works to anyone. It is absolutely one of the best service experiences I have ever had in my 37 years of driving.

The finest auto body shop in Atlanta, bar none. Caleb and team are incredibly detail-oriented and look after your car as if it were their own. Their work is impeccable, no detail gets missed, everything is done right, and my car was truly good as new when I picked it up. Andrew in the front office deals with all the insurance dramas so you don't need to.Very highly recommended!!

I had an outstanding experience with the team at Southern Collision Works. They all (especially Andrew) went above and beyond in taking care of us and even handled the insurance process on our behalf. Throughout the entire journey, it was evident that they had our best interests in mind and were vigilant in preventing any insurance complications.Despite the unfortunate outcome of the car being declared a total loss, the professionalism and support we received from Southern Collision Works were truly exceptional. They kept us well-informed at every step and addressing all our questions promptly. Highly impressed with their commitment and service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

It was truly a great experience working with Caleb at Southern Collision Works. Not only did they work with me to ensure my insurance company didn t shortchange me, but he even let me borrow a few tools to remove my aftermarket tow hitch when the insurance company totaled the vehicle. Never want to have one of these situations come up, but when it does, you ll want Southern Collision Works in your corner.

Can't rave enough about the amazing people that work here. They took great care of me, and although my car was totaled, I could tell from the moment I spoke to them on the phone that they were very knowledgeable about what they do and seem to provide top quality repairs to vehicles. I read the reviews about them and thats what led me to choosing them above other repair shops, and I wasn't disappointed.

Southern Collision Works corrected the rear bumper on my '18 Toyota Tacoma. It looks factory fresh! This is a first class shop, and they treat their customers like family. I highly recommend them.

Andrew took great care of my car and it looks brand new! He took me in last minute and had my car ready in less than a day. He kept me updated throughout the day about the process of my car and walked me through afterwards about the work that was done to my car. I definitely recommend him and will be recommending him to my friends and family if need be.

They worked seamlessly with insurance and advocated for our vehicle to get all necessary repairs with the best quality parts. They polished it and provided additional paint for our future use.The most important was the friendly staff, the personalized service experience and attention to details. This place has a great team Caleb and the other guy, I can t remember his name but he said he also worked for roofing, were both helpful and kind. You can tell they are passionate about their job and go above and beyond! My car ended up totaling, which is what they figured before checking it out but they also helped me through the process of insurance!

Where do I start? Steelar service, work, communication, and going above and beyond protecting my interests with the insurance company. I worked directly with the owner Caleb Burnison on my vehicle. He gave me realistic timeliness for repair of my vehicle and what to expect from the insurance company. Caleb did no less than seven supplements to my insurance making sure that everything on my vehicle was covered and repaired the way that it should be. The work coming out of his shop is total quality, see attached pic. My truck was hood, bumper, grill, headlights, foglights passenger side fender, and ac condenser. Totally satisfied with all aspects of this repair and my dealings with the shop. Great to see an honest hard working shop added to the Marietta area!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Went to Southern Collision Works on the recommendation of a Nissan dealer. The best auto body shop experience I've ever had. Even though I had quite a bit of damage, the process was low-stress and low-hassle. Caleb is a seasoned pro with an eye for detail. Work quality was excellent (no flaws!) and the car was returned far cleaner than when I dropped it off. Truly looks and runs like brand new. Highly recommended!

Not only has he helped me with the paintwork on my personal car, but he's also helped with some of my clients' cars as well. This is a 5 star business and by far the best experience I ve had at an auto body shop. I live in the city of Atlanta and this business is well worth the drive. The owner Caleb is professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair. The paint on my car failed in a major way and I had a small fender bender that left me with a damaged front bumper and sensor. Caleb and his team did an amazing job fixing my car and Caleb went out of his way to secure the best deals on parts for me. Andrew and the team at Southern Collision Works were able to get my 2022 Hyundai Tucson returned to looking brand new after it was in a collision. I'd highly recommend their work, and if I need their services again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
