I recently visited the auto shop for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency. They wasted no time in getting my car into the bay, and before I knew it, they were already hard at work. The speed at which they completed the job was truly impressive. It felt like they had a magic wand, because in what seemed like no time at all, my car was ready to hit the road again. Not only was the service fast, but it was also done with precision and attention to detail. What sets this place apart is the genuine care they have for their customers. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable. They even took the time to answer all my questions and offer some helpful tips for maintaining my car's health.Overall, I can't recommend this auto shop enough. The combination of great service, speed, and friendly faces makes it a top-notch choice for all your car maintenance needs. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience with a smile, look no further!

Went Friday to get a simple oil change. Everything good until we got home. My son text me and told me that my car had a puddle of oil under it. So we took it back up there and they said the plug gasket was bad and said they replaced it free of charge but that I had several other leaks. My car has NEVER leaked anything. We got it back home and this morning woke up to another puddle of oil. I m taking it back up there and hoping they make it right. But I m afraid to drive it the 4 miles up to the shop.Service: Oil change

It is difficult to find a car repair shop where I don t wonder if I m being taken advantage of. Not only was Service Street recommended, but I also feel comfortable. Today they did a brake inspection and told me I didn t need work! Honesty is so appreciated. And they have great coupons :-)

Would not recommend this place. Every time I took my vehicle there something else broke Went to get an oil change a few weeks ago and noticed oil leaking all over my driveway when I got home. Took it in and they told me nothing was wrong. After asking them to look at it again, they told me it was a brake fluid leak and the caliper needed replacement. $800 and a few days later my engine starts knocking with a check engine light on. They wanted $100+ to run "diagnostics"". My brakes also will not stop squealing after they replaced the pads and rotors last year. I took it in multiple times and they were never able to fix the squeal. I won't be returning here.

Jeff, Cole, Ally and the other guy (Idk his name) but he has a beard with glasses we're all very nice. Jeff consistently updated me about my car and the work they were doing. He replaced one of my tires at no charge. Everyone was very knowledgeable. They offered rides via Lyft. They were AMAZING. I am going to them for all my car issues forever!! I highly recommend Service Street!!

Nick King is a great manager and edited updated review today 5-11-2023. They continue to provide excellent service!! Thanks team. I've been going to this location for several years. Prior management was maybe questionable on up selling but the new staff Kevin and Nick are great up front. I've been very pleased and they never try to sell you something you don't need. I've been through about three or four of the oil change packages and always been satisfied. The automotive repair industry is a tough business but these guys have been good to me. We take all 5 of our vehicles there. Customer waiting room is comfortable clean has a TV coffee tea and snacks. Just awesome.

DISHONEST!I recently had my REAR brakes replaced here, so I was confused when I heard sounds like they were worn ONLY 20k miles later (normally brakes last 40k+). I brought my car back for them to inspect and they told me they would warranty the brakes IF I let them replace the FRONT as well, because "both front and back brakes are worn and scoring the rotors, and needed replacement." I was confused because I replaced the front brakes myself 9 months AFTER they had replaced the back. When I asked, the guy told me it was because "this car model brakes harder in front, so they wear down faster." They quoted nearly $600 for the front brakes and would comp/warranty the back (IF I let them do the front).I am glad I decided to sleep on it because the following weekend I removed the wheels and checked the brakes myself. The back brakes that Service Street recently replaced were completely worn and metal on metal on one side heavily scoring the rotor. Strange that they were so prematurely worn but it was as I was told. BUT the front brakes and rotors were perfectly fine with at least 60% of their life left; this is completely contrary to what Service Street told me.Long story short, their "professional" brake job didn't last half as long as expected. And when I came back, they lied to me about the condition of my vehicle and solicited for more money. I had been a customer for years, never again.I took photos of the front pads that they claimed were scoring the rotors. As you can see, plenty of padding left. (so of course the front rotors were smooth/fine.)

As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, my review is solely based on the Emissions Testing they offer. I cannot speak to their work. However, I drove to this place to have my emissions completed. When I arrived, both lanes for the Emissions Testing were blocked by unmanned vehicles. Normally, emissions testing is a drive through experience. However, when I enquired about the testing with one of the mechanics who happened to be standing in the bay. He told me that you have to go inside to the service desk to have your emissions done. This made me think that they want to get me in the shop, out of my car, so they can do an inspection on it and find problems they can fix. When I need to have emissions done, I'm not searching for a mechanic. I prefer in and out, like Dekra provides. I don't prefer to use places that offer mechanic services to complete my emissions testing because they have the potential of offering additional services that may not have been needed. It appears they are not serious about offering emissions. They appear to be using the emissions testing as bait to offer customers other services. Because of this experience, I am now a bit skeptical of how they might treat my wife or my daughter if I sent them to have Repairs completed.

Originally thought I had great service, but little did I know these guys lied to me about the fan/blower they installed being a certified BMW part. The BMW dealership service shop verified Service Street had infact been untruthful "in writing." Service Street's aftermarket part failed in my car after 3 months of Service Street's installation after rodents had chewed the wiring. When the problem continued and i brought my car back - per their warranty, Service Street said the part they had installed itself was fine and then actually referred me to a BMW service center to look for further damage done by the rodents behind the dash as to why the problem continued. Upon taking my car to a BMW dealership service center, BMW found no other damage to the wiring anywhere and verified it was in fact a faulty part installed by Service Street. When I went back and told Service Street, they told me to tell BMW to put my car back together (after having paying BMW to do the work Service Street was supposed to do to begin with) - "except for replacing the blower fan", and bring my car back to Service Strret again and they will replace with another fan/blower.Say Whaaaaaa.....Are you kidding me Service Street(???)You lied to me to begin with, deferred the problem for someone else to find the issue, and now that they found the problem was actually your fault -you want me to come back to you for another aftermarket replacement on that part. This was the most ridiculous response they could've given me.It felt like a slap in the face. I am not a mechanic, but I am also not that stupid!!I am currently working to get reimbursement from them for their shoddy work and lying to me. If they take care of their customer and do the honest thing, I will change/update my rating to reflect them doing the "right thing", but at this point - nobody from there has called me back as the lady at the desk promised me 2 days ago that Nick would be in touch with me.This place makes me lose trust in local auto shops altogether.Horribly disappointed, andShame on them!!! Be aware of these guys!!!I have the part BMW removed to prove Service Street's part was not an authentic, and certified BMW part (as Service Street originally told me when after I asked first about the part being BMW certified and authentic, and allowed them to do the initial service). I will take the part with me when I go back in to try and talk with them again about my issue.I will update my final rating here once I go back in to try and find and speak with their manager (Nick) again - to reflect the final outcome.Final outcome was even after all of that I just endured with them, they still failed to do the honest thing.Said their District manager would call last week. Also said they would reimburse my money.None of that happened, so I couldn't be more disappointed in a local auto repair shop than I am right now with these folks.

$1,000 for a battery and an oil change! I took my wife's X5 to them with a check engine light on with poor HVAC cooling, and to change the oil. They changed the oil, and then called me the next day and told me that my battery was bad which was causing my check engine problem and could be the cause of my HVAC issue because the car has an electric compressor. I paid them $1K and the light was back on the next day with noise and poor cooling. The bad part was that I told them what the code was (POCE1 - Electronic Expansion Valve stuck open), they kept the car for a couple weeks and said they couldn't see a check engine light or code in the system and there was no noise that we described. When, I picked up the car there was an inch of pine straw all over it and was told they didn't know how to help me and I should take it to a specialist!

Take your vehicle here! The staff was very welcoming and approachable. Unfortunately, there s always a risk that your mechanic will try to up-sell service (like tell you that you need a new alternator when it s just a bad spark plug), and it seems even more risky when you are female. That was not the case here. In fact, I THOUGHT it was the alternator but it was a simple faulty battery terminal. They changed it quickly and were not intimidating at all. I took another vehicle to them to fix and, again, it was a good experience. The prices are right around average (just slightly higher than a neighboring auto-shop) and they got us in and out quickly.

My 2018 Kia Optima was 2 weeks in the dealership and they couldn't figure out the problem that was causing the noise. Service Street had my car LESS THAN 48 HOURS and had it repaired under my extended service agreement. They've definitely earned my business.

Over all you did a good job although I thought the labor cost were a little high. ( I supplied the parts for the tune up ) . However when I got home and looked under the hood the plug wires were not put back in the little clips .

Took my car in for a free wheel alignment check. They performed the check and reported that the alignment was in spec. Really appreciate their honesty and Joe s courteous service! The check was quickly done without having to wait a long time. I requested for a first time welcome visit discount and Joe said he would honor it. Clean facility with excellent service!
