Legit, I love themI went to the shop bathroom, got a phone call while they were changing the tires, and by the time I was off the call 15 mins later, they'd finished, balanced, and rotated everything, plus gave me advice on how long the front driver side would last. They listened to how I wanted to rotate the front and back tires. Samuel and R�mulo are amazing! I'm using them again tomorrow for a different car(:

We had an appointment to purchase 4 used tires and install them. The appointment time was approved by the owner. I arrive at the facility 30 minutes early, I wasn't expecting them to be open or take me 30 minutes early. But I called the owner To notify him that I was on the Promises and waiting.His response was, We open at 9 AM. Which was fine Because I was prepared to wait until Then. However, The time Got to 9:05 AM. I messaged the owner to find out if it was him coming or one of his employees. He read the message and didn't respond. I waited another ten minutes. Then I sent him another message. He still couldn't give me an answer as to what was going on And did not respond. Finally, I sent him a message letting him know that I needed to know what was happening because I had another appointment scheduled An hour from the current time. He then told me his guy would be there soon. At which point, I asked if the employee would be there in the next five minutes because it takes reasonably thirty minutes to remove and install four tires. He did not respond to this question.After waiting more than five additional minutes for a confirmation, it's now 9:25. I sent him a message saying that "I can't stay, I have an appointment and its 30 minutes past opening time".His response?????.............."Not a problem! I have plenty of people interested in these tires." That was his actual word for word response. He didn't apologize at any point for me having to drive there and wait, he didn't offer any consolation to accommodate for the negative experience. Nor did he take accountability for his employee being 30 min late to work.This company has NO APPRECIATION for its customers, NO RESPECT for peoples time, and a HORRIBLE attitude with regard to customer interaction.DO NOT spend do business with these people. They handle their customers like they are doing them a favor.

They scratched my new rims a lot after I asked them if they could get the job done with out damaging my wheel and said no problem
