I had a pleasant experience at this Safelite despite a rocky start. Had to reschedule twice. First time because they couldn't come to me (had something to do with the make and model of my vehicle), second time because the windshield they had for my vehicle was scratched and they needed to order a new one. On my third appointment everything went perfectly. I did some work in their waiting area while they replaced my windshield. It looks great! The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and professional. I was there approximately 2.5 hours. They have workstations available for those waiting. There's also chairs and a TV. They offer free beverages and snacks. Clean restroom.

Reginald did a stellar service on my Camry. It was a good and pleasant experience working with Safelite Autoglass. The replacement of my broken windshield was a smooth process, and my insurance was very helpful. I will refer them to my family and friends. I plan to return with my other vehicle. Great experience. Easy to book an appointment and get a quote through their online system. They had our windshield replaced in about an hour and did a great job!

This is actually the worst experience I ve ever had at any car-related appointment and the process has been laughable every step of the way. Safelite is a joke. Their incompetence is honestly unmatched and they cannot seem to do anything correct or in a timely manner. Safelite in general has been horrible, but this Marietta location has been especially awful. There have been issues with their communication, lying about the service and process, not following through with their promises, dragging out this process (2 months and counting currently), and horrible customer service just to name a few. After this process I can confidently say I will never work with Safelite again. They definitely ruined it for me!

Helped a friend drop off their car for a windshield replacement. Easy to get to. Staff was very helpful. Originally told it might take all day, job was done, professionally and correctly, in 2 hours.

Safelite call center worker straight up lied to me. I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement. I dropped off my car in the morning. I called at 3pm asking if it was ready, the employee said "I see them working on it right now, it will be ready within an hour". When I arrived an hour later, they hadn't even started on the replacement, so I canceled my appointment and took my business elsewhere. Why would they lie about something like that?

I had an appointment set for almost 2 weeks, the day of service they tell me they don t have the glass. Well you read the message. Good morning, my name is Tiffany with Safelite. I am reaching out to let you know we did not receive your glass. We will be reaching out to reschedule. Now what does that mean? This place is a joke.

Required 2 visits to my home and a visit to store. First replacement windshield was broken in transit. OEM windshield costing over $2,000 was finally installed and technician had to go back to shop to get correct calibration equipment. After installation new car dealer (this is a 2023) stated that rain sensor was not calibrated and charged $200 for proper calibration. Safelite would not reimburse this charge that was due to their incompetence and negligence.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Been there 3 times and my window is worse than when I started. They got bad info from the leasing company the first time (not their fault). Second time ordered the wrong windshield. Third time, I sat there for a half hour only to learn they hadn t ordered the windshield yet and I was waiting for it to be delivered. Not very respectful of their customer s time. Nice people but I won t be recommending them. Windshield still not replaced BTW!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Horrible customer service. Can t get in contact with store directly as no one picks up the phone. People are already dealing with the inconvenience of a damaged car, so why would you make things more complicated? I d give 0 stars if I could.

Made my appointment to get my windshield replaced and on drop off day I get home just to get a call that they ordered the wrong windshield.. not sure how when they had all of my vehicles information. Save your money and take your car to its respective dealership

Better options locally or go to another Safelite locationIssues:1) Don't pick up the phone2) Can't confirm appointment with them b/c they don't pick up (for you or their own customer service)3) Customer sevice may change your appointment date without notification or phone call from them or shop.4) Indifference of shop staff to mistakes made by them or customer support5) unwillingness to correct their mistakes (they'll do it when it's convenient for them). E.g, shop blamed part not being available for having to reschedule two additional weeks out. Contacted the dealer (who would provide the part) and verified it was in stock.Ultimately, they'll tell you whatever to get you to go away and come back when it's more convenient for them.After being cancelled on last minute twice, I changed safelite service location and had no problem getting my repair done timely. I'd avoid the Marrietta location if possible.

First of all if you want call them good luck with that because nobody answered.Second I give them money but I still waiting 1 week to fix my windshield they don t have window for Acura is not crazy ? I had an appointment at 8. Three hours later they informed me that they cracked the glass installing it and that they need to order a new one. 6 hours later I'm still here.

This is my second time with Safelite. The first time they came to me. This time I went to them. I arrived a few minutes early for a windshield replacement and was out in just about an hour. Excellent experience. 5/5 cracked windshields. Would replace again.
