I had another great repair experience with Rocco's European Garage on Sandy Plains Road. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The crew does a great job keeping our cars in top condition and I trust their expertise. They also have a great tool to review and approve the repairs needed with pictures and detailed descriptions. I highly recommend this shop!

Chris and Chrysta and were great to work with as there was good communication and follow-up . After 23 years our 2001 BMW 325CIC needed a few much needed mechanical repairs. The most challenging repair was diagnosing and repairing the passenger side door that was jammed in the lock position . The door couldn t be unlocked from inside or outside . The technician took great care in the repair which entailed removing the passenger seat and removing the leather inside door panel . The repair was successful without any damage to either the passenger seat or the door panel . I without hesitation highly recommend Rocco s for European automotive repair or maintenance services .

After my water pump went on my Mercedes sprinter van 700 miles from home I called 20-30 mechanics in the area to see if they could assist me in replacing mine and getting me and my dog Bubba Joe back on the road. After being told no, or the extravagant costs and wait times I had to deal with I gave one final place a call. Rocco s European garage. Not only was the staff that answered the phone welcoming and willing to assist, but they got me in there garage same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had me back on the road fast and at a fraction of the cost of others. Bubba Joe became the honorary shop dog and had a great time. I picked the right garage. Can t wait to feature my experience on my YouTube channel expediting America

This is my favorite shop ever. They are thorough and make sure I am driving a safe, healthy vehicle. I have had some different experiences with my Mercedes S550 from sub-par repairs to dealerships dripping with gold, fancy and overpriced services. With Roccos, I never have to wry about the service or repairs they perform as they have always gone above and beyond to address whatever issue I am experiencing. Sometimes the repairs take multiple days but i know they are not going to give me back my car until they are confident that it s done right. Also, they have been more than open to allowing me to bring cars I am considering purchasing to them to make sure they are mechanically sound. I am a totally a loyal, happy customer and would recommend this place to everyone who has a German luxury car.

Prior to February of this year (2024), I would have agreed with most of the positive reviews for Rocco s. However, given my last experience on 2/20/24, I am beyond disappointed in how they handled and responded to a repair.The background - my Audi Q5 went in for A/C service at Rocco s (3) different times, all in the last 12 months:3/30/23: Went in for A/C service (leaking, system was re-charged, etc.). Total for service was $268.96.8/8/23: Went back in for A/C service to replace a leaking suction hose and did evacuate and re-charge system; replaced A/C hose, A/C line and replaced A/C suction hose with O-rings and was then re-checked for continuing leaks (and found none). Cost of this service was $867.91. Should also note, I spent an additional $3,750 (on top of the $867.91) for major issues that evidently were not found back in March (leaking upper timing cover and valve, gasket cover replacement, etc.).2/20/24: Went back in for A/C service and was told of another A/C leak, thinking certainly the warranty would be applied from the previous (2) visits for A/C service. Was given a quote of $800 for fix.In summary: I ve spent $5,781.40 in the last 10 months with Rocco s, of which $1,136.87 was spent just on the A/C (on 2 separate visits, within 4 months), and was then quoted another $800 for additional A/C repairs 6 months from last service. I m 100% fine with the other repairs noted above they were needed. Shame on me for continuing to go back to Rocco s for the A/C issue, but I would have hoped they would honor the warranty or the work they did previously, and not continue to charge for the same A/C issue, all within a 6 month timeframe. The new Manager said he understood my frustration and said he would like to call me (after he talks with Rocco), but as of now it s been 8 days and no call. Again, I m fine with all the other repairs and even the first 2 A/C repairs but the THIRD charge, all within 12 months, was just too much. Very, very disappointed in this experience.

I recently purchased newer BMW and my first stop was Rocco s I appreciate being able to make informative decisions and trusting the integrity of the service writer/technicians. It s a spectacular bonus ithat they are less expensive than a dealership, more convenient and provide excellent customer service. I ve had a couple of emergencies and they ve extended every courtesy to have my car seen ASAP. I highly recommend

Great experience! They had a decent turn around and were very thorough. They let us know about the routine maintenance needed that the dealership missed. Chrysta at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We'll be going back for any other maintenance we need. I definitely recommend this over a dealership!

I had the clutch and flywheel replaced as well as a tune up and valve cover replaced. The result after this long expensive repair is a perfectly running BMW that drives like a well-tuned German car. I d recommend Rocco s to anyone who wants to take good care of their European car.I have had lots of repair work done at Rocco's including intense restoration of my classic e46 M3. They have always done great work for me.

Daughter s car was burning oil and I wanted it checked before her road trip. Rocco s fixed the oil issue and took care of some other potential problems too. Car didn t burn a drop of oil from Atlanta to Dallas and back. Thank you for the quality work!

Based on a colleague's suggestion, I chose Roccos for my Mercedes-Benz repairs. Initially, I was quoted $1,600, but the bill unexpectedly rose to $2,800. While I was prepared for the high costs associated with luxury car repairs, the service timeline exceeded the estimate by an entire week and the finished work cost more than $1200 than the original quote. To my dismay, the radio screen was also damaged when I collected my vehicle, a problem that did not exist when the car was dropped off. Roccos denied responsibility, suggesting the screen was already malfunctioning, which was contrary to my experience.The subsequent discussions were less than satisfactory, with the responsible technician being absent and unresponsive. Eventually, Roccos agreed to replace the screen if I shouldered the cost. The culmination of these events, from the inflated charges to the handling of the damaged screen, left me with the impression that Rocco's prioritized profit over customer satisfaction and loyalty.I recount this as my singular encounter and suggest that potential customers weigh this narrative as part of their decision-making process when considering Roccos for vehicle servicing.

Nice folks, nice place. Shell shocked when I came in to get an estimate and they sent me an estimate that it would cost an extra $600 to get an estimate to get the thing fixed that I wanted fixed... but they did manage to estimate an extra 2k on work that I didn't want estimated nor did I consider it necessary.

Great first experience at Rocco s. Searched for some time for an alternative to servicing our BMW at the local dealer. Great reviews online for Rocco s made me comfortable giving them a shot. I was not disappointed. From the first phone call to get an estimate with up front pricing to friendly text reminders prior to the appointment, to being greeted with a friendly face upon drop off, everything was great. Pricing and service were both great and they even washed our car prior to us picking it up! They answered all my questions and I know what services are due the next time I take it in.Don t hesitate Rocco s European Garage is the real deal!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my wife's Volvo to replace a cam seal, it was supposed to be done in 2 days. It took a week. The price started to grow almost to double the amount given originally after their diagnostic. I requested for them to use the recommended oil 5-20 non synthetic and they dismissed completely the observation, they cut off the windshield wiper wires. According to them it was in their report but you can see in all communications that it is not true Volvo dealer Charged me $180.00 to fix it Roco wanted $270.00 to replace a "defective module "False". After returning with my Volvo receipt, the owner "Roco" only offered to give me credit on a next service, however he refused to give it to me on a written form. Very disappointed!

Christa and Seth were great! They greeted me in the morning with great attitudes and smiles even as they were going through technical difficulties with the storm affecting their internet and workflow. This was a very pleasant, clean and nice atmosphere. I was able to get some work done as I waited for service to be done on my vehicle! I have found my permanent mechanic at Rocco s garage. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Great service. They are honest and tell you what needs to be done and what doesn t. After global imports had my BMW for over a month and could not tell me what was wrong. The people here fixed it in one try. Amazing customer service.Several years later I am still using them. Roccos just keeps getting better. Love the people and the service

This place has a very knowledgeable staff and will treat your car like it was one of their own. I usually do my own work, but the ease of working with the team at Rocco's has me confident enough to hand my car off for things that are just too difficult to DIY on a modern car.

I brought my car to Rocco's on recommendation of a friend. I have a BMW 2000 323I. They were more than happy to take care of the repairs to my vehicle to the tune of $8000. I was told to bring it back after 1000 miles for a check up on the suspension. I called last month to schedule this and to inquire about another repair to my vehicle. I was told that they no longer service any vehicle over 20 years old. SO they would not be able to help me. I am baffled as to why merely 6 months ago they could service my 23 year old vehicle and take my $8000, and now they turn me away. I guess That means I'm out of luck with any kind of warranty for these repairs- Oh and BTW- after the expensive oil pan gasket replacement- IT STILL LEAKS< but I can't take it back there. Roccos is awesome, they explained the issues that I had. Explained the service that needed to be done. When picked up the car, there was another issue. The service manager explained that it should have been along with the other work. He told me that he would order the new part an repair at no cost to me. He did just that at a break neck speed.
