I have been going to this repair shop for over 10 years. Ricky and his team have always done a fantastic job and this time was no different. Everyone is respectful/professional and do what they say. He even worked with my insurance company for me and that saved me a lot of time and headaches. My vehicle looks like new and I couldn t be happier. I 100% recommend this place and their work. Thank you Ricky!!

Ricky s did a great job on my car. His price was a significant amount less than other quotes, and he got the parts and had it ready in less than 2 weeks, Other shops were saying it would be 6-8 weeks. I would definitely recommend Ricky s for your body shop needs.

I don t feel that my car was done properly/fully. I have had to see 2 mechanic/tire shops 3 times for the same issue since I got my car back and was told the exact same thing from both mechanics. This location is saying it was a pre existing issue but I never had this issue before the accident. Everyone has already been billed so I will have to get this re looked at on my own out of my pocket unfortunately. My collision damage was treated as if it was a cosmetic fix when it was indeed much more.

I was here early to late September and the service was amazing but the one thing that im now noticing is that there was a box in my trunk that i havent seen since i brought my car in. Is there a chance that it was taken out and not put back in.Edit: This is what customer service is 10/10. They saw this comment and within 48 hours we worked together to locate the box. Would definitely recommend Ricky's for its great service and overall great employees.

Ricky's Collision Care Center is perfect and so are the people. Thank you to Ricky, Jeff and the entire Ricky's Team. My car looks great, and I am so excited about the work that they did to fix my car after someone hit me in the back. They got the job done quickly and the customer service is excellent. Ricky and his team went above and beyond to take care of myself and to fix my mustang. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and with their quality of work. They worked within my timeframe and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very impressed with the end result!! Fantastic job to Ricky and his Team!! Our vehicle was involved in a minor accident which caused cosmetic damage to the exterior and some other damage to the hood and inside. We needed our car repaired in 5 days to be able to take it on a trip. We dropped the car off on a Monday morning, and I got a phone call before 8:00 am to discuss an action plan on all of my options to get the repairs done. Once I approved a plan, Ricky and his team got the job done by Friday afternoon (including ordering parts, making the repairs and painting.) The vehicle is in perfect condition now-you would never know any repairs were made at all. P.S. This was my third repair done at Ricky's; their service is fast, friendly, high quality and at a good price. I would highly recommend using this collision care center for future repairs!

We are so impressed by Rick's Collision work. First off I knew of Ricky's work years back when he repaired my son's Ranger. So I bring my truck in for bodywork recently and the bodyshop did a phenomenal job on repairs and paint. Here is when Ricky really shines, as the insurance co. refused to pay for the full bill Ricky was on the phone with them to remedy it. He took care of it when we spent hours trying to do the same! Ricky repaired a dented fender for us and, of course, it looks like new. What we really liked about our experience is Ricky ensuring we understood all the pros and cons of a job, and thoroughly explaining the process and the steps they would do. Good body work anywhere is not cheap so it really helps to understand all that goes into it. They delivered on time, as promised, and we were always kept informed of progress. Based on their work I will be taking another vehicle to them to address a long existing bumper problem.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is amazing. I had a run in with a mailbox (mine). Left a long dent and gouge in the paint from my passenger door to the taillight of my Ram 2500. After talking with Ricky and his team for a couple of minutes, I knew I was in the right place to get my truck back to new. He and his team are very respectful and professional at every turn. They had my truck for a couple days, but when I got it back it look perfect. Now if I can just get them to fix my mailbox the same way, I'd be set. Thank you again for all the great work. Can't wait to bring you the project car for the final touches.

We had our car repaired at Rick's Collision Care Center. We were very satisfied and happy with the results. Our car looked great. It was a peace of mind knowing that this center has the right equipment and well trained personal to fix the cars. Mr. Ricky is a professional and has around 25 years experience in car body repaired. Ricky's is the place to go to when you are in distress. I had an unscheduled meeting with a deer on the freeway and my car was badly damaged. Ricky's is amongst the body shops my insurance company uses. Boy, am I glad I chose them. My work was done in the most professional manner. From the soothing words used to welcome me to the shop, to the quotation and completion of the work, everything was done well and promptly. Ricky's Collision Care Center repaired my 2016 Honda Pilot after it was in a hit and run accident while my wife was driving. The rear wheels, etc. had to be replaced along with body damage to the driver's side doors. The car looks brand new and drives perfectly.I returned to Ricky about five weeks after receiving the car with a complaint of the rear passenger back wheel making a slight rubbing noise. They inspected it and told me it was a result of the accident so they fixed it with no extra charge. I am completely satisfied with the work Ricky's did on my car and the professionalism with which they operated.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I had to use Ricky 3 times in a period of 3 months. He was knowledgeable, informative, upfront and prompt. Each time I was updated of the progress of my car. If there was a delay or an issue, I was notified IMMEDIATLY. I was VERY impressed with his work and I would use this shop ANYTIME and would recommend it without hesitation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Soon after I purchased my van, I knocked off the spoiler when I was backing out of my garage (I didn't wait till the garage door completely opened ). I was happy to see that it wasn't damaged except for a little scratch and a couple of broken clasps underneath. When I took it to the dealership, they said it couldn't be repaired. The cost of a new one? Over 500 plus painting and installation... almost 700 bucks. I decided my van looked just fine with no spoiler. After a year I decided to get an estimate at Ricky's. Thomas said "No problem if you don't mind a couple of scratches." He showed me how they would do it and it was done in 24 hours. 60 dollars! AND... Ricky fixed me a cup of French roast coffee to drink while Tina and I shared pics of our Bulldogs.

I was in a minor car accident that damaged the front end of my car. Ricky is my main man for anything to do with body work. He did my daughter's Celica and the work was top quality, on time, and he and his team give the best in customer service. That was a pretty major rebuild of the front end and cooling system as well as a major electrical rebuild. The card went on to give is years and years of reliable service.I would give this team six stars if they were available. My latest adventure in car collision was with my wife's Malibu. It turned out to be a total write off, but Ricky and the team were with me all the way while we wrestled with the Insurance company clown posse. Even if they did not get to mix paint for this one, I will come back to this place for any and all of my body work needs.Service: Body & Trim

This is the second time I used Ricky and both times they knocked it out of the park. Drew was easy to work with and got me an estimate in a timely fashion. They worked very well with my insurance company. Did all the pictures and paperwork they requested to expedite the process. The work was completed on time and was stellar. Ricky and team made my car look brand new. I had ripped my front bumper off backing up my driveway and catching it on a stump. He was able to acquire a refurbished bumper and made it look better than the previous bumper did before the accident. It was all very reasonable in price. I would gladly return again but hopefully I never have to.

I have three kids with cars and our cars which happens to be a Mercedes I purchased from Ricky's dad years ago. Ricky jrs shop has done body work on everyone of my kids cars (sometimes Twice) and my Mercedes had to be repaired due to a small fender bender and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. They leave them looking brand new and they always use quality parts. I have been very happy with their service and how they work with the insurance companies to get it done right. Thank you guys

Ricky's Collision center has done a great job in repairing my vehicle back to it once was. Maybe even better. Rick is a upstanding repair and and so is Drew, one of the employees that work there. If you need work done on your vehicle I would highly recommend them.

We needed two cars repaired during the holiday season.Ricky's Collision was knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. Both cars were repaired at the exact cost they quoted, and both cars were repaired before other shops could have even started the job (eg: Abra)They are approved by insurance companies, and repair process was very smooth.

After my accident , I chose Rickys collision center after being referred from a friend. I am Thrilled with the final results of my car , it looks even better than before the accident!! Still my truck isn't fixed and Ricky has been paid. Ricky got a no trespassing order against me, we never had any form of conversation or contact to justify this order. Ricky just is untrustworthy and will not compete work he has been paid for. I will never do business with this crook!....... And today December 11 2018 insurance company tried to get the china bumper and junkyard tail lights and guess what, Ricky returned or sold the parts. Not very smart on his part but thats the way he operates. A poster child of a true crook!! UPDATE... APIRL 19 2019 and my truck still isn't fixed. Because of this incompetent shop doing substandard work, I have to file a lawsuit against good people, the party that was at fault in the accident. THIS PLACE IS A HACK AT BEST. OTHER REPAIR SHOPS IN THE AREA DO BETTER QUALITY WORK WITH OUT INFLATED RATES AND THE OTHER SHOPS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK UNLIKE RICKY, HIS WORD IS HOT AIR!

Excellent body work. Unfortunately Atlanta driver's can't drive. Second time for our car repairs for being hit. I didn't have to go there again but their work is great. Would recommend and use them again if needed.
