Had my E350 in for an air suspension issue. The car had dropped down so low that i couldn't get into my driveway. Jeff and his team did a great job of fixing the suspension and also taking care of a fuel pump leakage. Overall really great service and fair prices. I ve been coming here for 6 years now and was always happy with the service I got.

I have been taking my MB Reinhardts for about 5 years and have never had any problem with the services they perform on my car. What impresses me the most is their honesty with the services and charges. Sometimes I ask for more than what is needed and they always come back and advise on what is really needed. I trust them and will continue to bring my to their place. I also noticed that the customer service has improved a lot. And it was already good before.

Great place for anything German! I ve had 3 different cars here over the last decade. They always fix the problem and get it back to me fast. Prices beat dealership by a mile!! Highly recommend them!!

Reinhardts is professional, personable and get the work done in a timely manner. They have excellent communication while your vehicle is being repaired. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Euro model vehicle.

Reinhardt s recently repaired my 2008 mercrdes. Did an excellent job. Performed analysis of auto, advised me of results and estimate of repair costs. Completed repairs expeditiously. Have used several times and Will definitely use again.

I was referred to Reinhardts by an auto parts company down the street because I moved from Alpharetta and needed something closer for my BMW X5. Have been so satisfied with the maintenance and repairs for everything from replacing window motors to transmission work and just routine oil changes.

I have used Reinhardts more than once for my Mercedes. The front office is polite and prompt, always helpful to get you scheduled and keep you updated as needed. The service techs are thorough and keep a great record of the items they identify for future service that they find during your visit. My car is always in the same condition I dropped it off. I took my 2016 Golf R here for an oil change and I also had some complaints about how the engine was running. They quickly found the problem and had very good communication with me about the cost of repair. They found an additional problem when replacing a gasket and again called me right away to explain my options. My car is running great now and the price was reasonable. Next time I have to get an oil change I will tell them about my more minor complaints and see how they do :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Quick and efficient, but will probably not come back. Fixed a part that was $15 that I had at home (ABS sensor)(charged me $107). Glad it was fixed, but the issue with my car is still persistent and they didn t fix the issue that cause my car to go into limp mode. I took my vehicle in for a 40,000 mile service maintenance and received excellent service. The technician called to review with me the services to be performed along with the cost, before proceeding with the work so I knew the exact cost of the service. The service was completed in a timely manner.

Carrie was very curteous on the phone when I called to ask questions. Everyone was kind and sympathetic in dealing with my car and scheduling issues. Repairs were made in a timely manor and are warrantied for 24,000 miles. I highly recommend this facility. Jeff and the team at Reinhardts are amazing! They take great care of my Mercedes and do great work. I trust them with my car and know they do great work. I travel nearly 30 miles through Atlanta traffic to take my car here!! It is worth it, highly recommend them!

They diagnosed the issue without a costly solution and suggested using my dealer warranty if the issue doesn t resolve, so I feel that they were very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend using Reinhardts.

My daughters new to us 2006 VW Jetta TDI needed a new timing belt replacement. The work was done with a fair price and in a timely manner. I knew some other issues with the car, and they were found and with no pressure on needing to fix them now. They gave advice on what to look out for, so I know when to fix (I ve never owned a VW). I appreciate their honesty and will be going back again.

I took my Volkswagen Tuareg for service today. Love the place it was fast! All they did was what my car needed, and they didn't try to sell me stuff just to make money. Stuff is also very friendly. I'm definitely coming back!

I have used Reinhardts for several years now. Not only do they take great care of my foreign cars, they also service my American cars. I have always been pleased with their capability and honesty. I as a rule don't recommend people, but these folks have earned my respect and all the praise that I can give.
