I got quoted for brake job on my VW Passat 2021. I got quoted 100 dollars per axle. Then I realized that they take the vehicles Weaver Brake $ Tire Inc to be repaired and charge more to customers. They don t have mechanics over there to fix. Instead of overpaying there just take your car to Weaver Brake because anyways your vehicle will be fixed in the Weaver Brake. Then I got quoted 65 dollars per axle from Weaver Brake.

!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I should have read the reviews before before I make the purchase but I didn t. First I purchased a Sprinter Van from them so I trusted them for my personal car purchase. The car had couple of issues and I pointed out at the beginning and we come up with an agreement that he promised me to fix the shaking issue on the car right in front of my wife, my sister in law and his wife. With back and forth, it s been some time and couldn t get the car fixed. Recently stopped by with my business partner he sent me back to the shop that he usually sends the cars he has and he clearly said that take it back to shop and they will take care of it. Went the re and picked up my car yesterday and after an hour passed he called me on the phone at screaming at my face and were telling me that I m the one who is responsible for the payment of that. I thought David was upset on something else and stopped by at his office to talk through the situation and GUESS WHAT!! Everything went uglier then what was happening over the phone!! He even threatened me with giving my licence plate so someone will hunt me down!!! WHAT???Can you imagine this is being a customer service after all???Not acceptable!! After all this car still has misfiring issues and check engine light came back again!! I will pursue with law suit against this company!! After buying two cars from them this is what i got.!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

We bought a used Forester from them and everything went smoothly. The car was priced right and they were able to assist us well in the buying process! Would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Bought my '22 Tesla model 3 long range from David about two weeks ago. Was concerned buying my first EV from a small private dealership. David made us feel like long time friends. No pushy sales games or gimmicks. Offered me a great trade in value and a very fair price on the car. The car it self is in great condition and so far its amazing. I saved way more then enough to not worry about any possible rebates and didn't have to wait a year to get that money. I'll certainly update the review as time goes by, but so far I would absolutely do business again and send friends to David.

David and Berenice are top notch!! David was very thorough during the sales process. We drove over 8 hours to purchase a truck and couldn't be happier. The truck was absolutely priced right and we will be looking here again for our used car needs. If you are looking for a good and honest company to buy a vehicle from, this is it!!

Bought an Acura MDX from David Excellent service, honest, follows through on what he says. Very clean car and they completely check out and service the vehicles before sale. He doesn t deal with junk, nice cars!!!

Do not buy a car from the owner of this place. He is a very rude and incompetent man. I took my truck for repair and he made the truck even worse. We bought 2 cars and he did not fulfill any of his promises. The lady working next to him is also incompetent and does not know her job. When you give the car to the service, they deceive us and take our money by taking it somewhere else. Do not believe this business and do not buy a car, advice from a friend.

ZERO STARS! I bought a car at the end of November. (I paid cash and received a temporary title) It lasted 32 days before it had a catastrophic failure and was towed to the shop. The warranty company has determined that the condition was pre-existing and "had intentionally, recently been covered up" (along with other issues) and is not covered. (It's an $8k repair). NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Ok. I want to thank everyone that left an honest review. You would swear I was making this up if it was not true.I was actually about to purchase a QX50 from Prestine today. I test drive the car yesterday and was ready to purchase today. However I saw all of the reviews that we 1 star and I became concerned. I literally went through every single one of the reviews that were a 1 star and read completely. After reading I called Bernice to tell her I was going to purchase today but the reviews were pretty horrible. All I was looking for was some reassurance and some accountability and I would have purchased the car. She asked me..what reviews? I told her , the ones that pop up when you Google your company. Her response was, we are not focused on that, we focus on our customer purchasing cars. I said wow Bernice. The people leaving the reviews are your customers that purchased cars. Thanks. GoodbyeI am a VP of Customer operations. I have never heard such a blatant dismissal of what customers are feeling, in my career. They do t care Do Not Buy A Car From Prestine

I Bought a Tundra for them. The truck began misfiring the same day shortly after I got it home. I Replaced coil packs and it stopped it for a short time. A week later the bolts on the ac compressor broke loose because it was missing 2 bolts. When I got it on a lift I found the same was true for the alternator. I got that repaired, and soon it began misfiring again. At this point I was livid. I took it back demanding a resolution. To which they just replaced the coil packs and said the ones I put on were the problem. I knew this wasn't going to fix it but I was so hot I had to get out of there before I did something I would regret... Less than a week later the truck skipped timing. So a tuck I barely had a month I had to have a new motor put in. This place happily sells garbage and refuses to stand behind what they sell. I don't know how the owner can look himself in the mirror and not feel like a slime ball.

I purchased a BRZ from Pristine C&T. They were true to their word in every aspect of our transaction.The car was missing a rear view mirror, and Bernice and David offered to have their technician drive to my house to install the missing piece.They even went as far as to follow me to my house (45+ minutes away) whilst I was in my old car, so as to be able to drive the new one home same day as purchase. That is going the extra mile if I've ever seen it.The car does have a ticking noise at idle that was diagnosed by Subaru to be an imperfect high pressure fuel pump, but after much research it seems the '13 models are susceptible to that regardless of mileage and how it's been driven.If they consistently do business the way they did with me, I highly recommend browsing their inventory.

I recently purchased my 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 from David, who was able to get me across the finish line so that I can start my new business venture. The vehicles on this lot are cleaned and kept in great condition. I hope to purchase again from here for my next Sprinter Van to add to my fleet. Even though they have Emission sign. I drove there 20 mins to get the emission done then what happened the guy work there he told me no emissions it is such a waste of time do yourself a favor stay away from this place

What I liked about the Pristine Cars and Trucks is the relaxed atmosphere and no nonsense pricing. The advertised price is the price you pay and there were no unanticipated fees or add ons like in other dealers, especially during this time when used car prices were just through the roof and such tactics were common. I was able to inspect the car as much as I wanted and the paperwork was fast and easy. You have to keep in mind that these are used cars and there are a lot of minor things that may still need to be taken care of, especially with 140k miles on the odometer like my gx 460 had. Mechanically, however, it was sound and I drove it up to NY without a problem. The title did take a while to arrive and I had to give them a call about the delay, but everything was sorted out. I would recommend this place because of their great selection and if you are close to the area, they seem to stand behind their product and are willing to work with you on issues within reason, especially since they have a service center right next door.

Do Not Buy A Vehicles From This Place. Today Has Been A Year Since I Bought A Commercial Vehicle To Open My Business. When I Purchased it 2 Weeks Later The Clutch Went Out, then 2 weeks Later The Turbo Charger Went Out and after That My Motor Went Out and Still Out. I Called So That They Can Help Me With These Issues And All They Didn't want To Help Me and Kept Referring me to the Warranty Company. The sad thing is I'm stuck with a BankLoan 30,000 and I haven't been able to do my Business. I had to shut it down. These people is selling Lemon and Please Don't buy a vehicle from here

Best service you could ever ask for! My family, including 3 children under 7, were driving from Indiana to Florida and our alternator went out as we were approaching Marietta. We found Prestine s Service Center and David went above and beyond to help us out in this crisis moment! They worked directly with Autozone and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. What could have been a disaster, turned into a great stop in a wonderful town. Couldn t thank David and his entire team enough for making the experience positive when we expected the worst. Great place to buy a car. I got a great deal and was treated very well. Many dealerships would ignore me and only talk to my husband. I was the one with the money! I high recommend this place. Was a good experience. Owner was very helpful. Bought 12 year old diesel truck. Good price. Drove 100 miles home with no issues. Liked it better every mile I drove. Truck was very clean and I do not mean detailed but cared for and was even better than I thought when I got a chance to go over it closely. Dealer had all paperwork ready when I arrived at 930 in morning and I was on the road in 10 minutes. Would buy from again. Jim Sherwin

David and his team were great to work with. Purchased the car while attending business calls on the run on his lot. David worked with my wife to obtain the required financing. All in all this was one of my best car buying experiences. Oh-by-the-way we got a great Toyota Sienna that we love.

I purchased a 2015 VOlvo xc 60 the price was great and my truck has been amazing. It runs like a new truck and the interior and exterior was in great shape. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Highly recommend checking them out.

I was impressed by how detailed the pictures were on the website, which lead me to visit Pristine Cars and Trucks. The car we purchased was very clean and well taken care of. Bernice, who initially helped me was very friendly and helpful. Then we did met with David who finalized our purchase/trade. He was so great to work with and was nothing but warm and friendly, which made the car buying process quick and easy. He offered us a fair trade for our car and we feel that he really respects his business and his customers. I would highly recommend Pristine and will be back for the next car purchase!
