Extremely poor experience. Beware. Brought vehicle in for repair work and ended up with extensively more damage. Premier Collision initially denied causing the damage until I took them to court and then stated it was normal activity for the type of repair. An absolute nightmare and extremely time consuming process. If you use these clowns, make sure to take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off because they wont be able to find any. Also, uses their own staff to bolster their Google rating...typical for misleading their customers.Giving one star because the receptionist was nice.Service: Body & Trim

I was advised that the repairs on my vehicle would be completed with 7-10 business days once insurance approved. My vehicle was brought to them mid-month October ! It s January . And my vehicle still isn t done . I ve paid out over 3,000$ in rentals , my insurance company covered 20 days of rental and now I have another 1000$ rental charge due to my vehicle still not being ready. No one is ever in the office , they will not return my insurance co. Phone calls. They won t answer or return my calls , or Enterprise . Horrible customer service . Non-existent to say the least and only concerned with ensuring they get their money from insurance and not concerned at all with the overall satisfaction of their customer ! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Premier recently completed the repairs to my truck from an accident where I was rear-ended. They handled everything with my insurance company, their pricing was competitive, communication was prompt and consistent, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. They are professionals and treat their customers well.I've referred several friends to them and will continue to do so. Both Jim and Megan are among the most knowledgeable in the business and always shoot you straight. Wreck repairs are always a pain and they made it as close to painless as possible.Thanks for a job well done!

Tyler was extremely helpful and was great at communicating the status of my car. The pricing was exactly what I had calculated as fair pricing, and the repairs were very timely considering where the supply chain is right now.

After an unfortunate parking incident, I bent my car fender and scratched the bumper as well. Premier Collision did a BEAUTIFUL job with my car; you can't tell anything happened! It looks brand new, and to top it all off, they washed it for me as well. The best part is you may even get up to half off what other places are charging. If you need any repairs done on your car for a great price, go straight to Premier Collision!!

They came under budget. Went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right and done before expected. The manager stayed in constant contact with me at all times. She was awesome to do business with. Highly recommended them. If there was 6 stars to give them that's what they would get. All businesses should learn this style of customers service.

Unfortunately I've had to use Premier several times. Most recently, right around Christmas, was to repair some scratches to our otherwise pristine car. The paint is kind of a pearl paint so I was a little concerned about it matching. Waisted concern, they nailed it!!! Sometimes can be a little slow but they do great work so better to be slow and get it right.

I highly recommend Premier Collision for anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. The staff is super kind and helpful, they had my car fixed and ready to go in just a few days. If I ever need body work done again, I will definitely go to Premier Collision.

They did a great job with my repair and went the extra mile (a few extra, in fact!) to find a window air leak that was most annoying. They were all very kind and accommodating. Also, when the actual work was done, the fee was less than the original estimate.

I went to Premier Collision because they were close and rated well. They kept in touch with me thru the entire process. I appreciate communication and updates on.my vehicle's repair process. Would use them again.

Megan and her staff is amazing. I went in with an issue with my trunk on my 2013 dodge avenger and in a matter of a few mins my car was as good as new.. Love premier they have a customer for life...ThanksSharon Sisk
