Got rear ended my trunk looks brand new after service. Babak was friendly and helpful and got my car fixed very quickly for the damage done. Very happy and would recommend this shop to anyone. I even received my car washed and vacuumed. Very appreciated. Thank you to platinum collision repair I am very happy with my car .

Bobby is awesome! He is very direct and honest which you should expect from any real mechanic. He communicated with me through the entire process and worked well with my insurance. I had to have my door replaced after someone hit it and I was so worried about where to take it. Bobby communicated well and did a great job on keeping me and the ins company loop with the status of the repair and did an amazing job on the repair itself. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up and I will refer anyone I know to Platinum collision!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a dent in a truck bed, the owner said this is aluminum bed and parts, nothing I can do to fix this. Took it somewhere else and in 2 days they moved out/repaired the the dent in the truck bed,, you can watch videos on YouTube that do the same, but this owner said there was nothing he could do. Don't Ever go to this place, horrible management and ownership.

Platinum does excellent work at reasonable prices. I scratched up the front end of my Tesla. A Tesla approved shop wanted $8000 to repair it. Bobby did it for $1800. The Tesla had a beautiful premium red color. Bobby matched it perfectly. The car looks like new.I rate this shop highly for honesty, craftsmanship, and value.

Had a bad scratch going down the side of my charger. This place fixed it made it look brand new. Highly recommend this place if you need body and paint work. You won t regret it.

The owner did a great job fully repairing my car which had damage to the bumper, hood, and side. The turnaround was also very quick. He also checked my lights and matched the paint color perfectly. Thank you!!

I was involved in a car accident mid September that I was fortunately not at fault. I had some minor damage and decided on Platinum Collision. From the reviews, I decided on this business. Bobby was extremely helpful and communicated with me from day 1. He has excellent customer service and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions. The insurance company of the person who hit me was very unprofessional and lacked communication and Bobby ensured I was updated and informed along the way. He explained what needed to be fixed and the cost. After a month (no fault of Platinum Collision but the insurance company), I got my car back and was extremely pleased. All parts were high quality from Nissan and it ran with no issues. Bobby even was able to fix some scratches on my driver/passenger doors as well. My car is now paid off since the accident and I can say it looks even better thanks to Bobby's work! Bobby was outstanding! I brought my car in after an accident and needed the repairs done before going on a road trip. Bobby was very responsive, gave me a rough estimate quickly after seeing the damage shown in the photos that I sent, and followed with a quick and fair estimate. They did an excellent job in repairing my car, especially it is 2000 model, many parts are discontinued by the car manufacture. Bobby did his best to procure new and proper parts. I'm very satisfied with the repair.

I chose to work with Platinum Collision after getting estimates from multiple collision shops. Bobby is very professional and provided me with a fair estimate very quickly. He was able to get the parts and start the work much faster than other body shops estimates. After having my Benz repaired, I was so happy with the results, I asked him to get my bumper fixed on my other car which I was postponing for almost a year. He delivered both of my cars with great care and in shiny looking condition. He also fixed a sensor in my BMW which is something he did as a goodwill gesture. Had my car repaired here after I ran over 2 pool chairs in the middle of I-75 and they did a phenomenal job. The quote was very fair and it took less than a week for it to be completed. Replaced my front bumper and hood and my car looks brand new. They even vacuumed/cleaner the inside of my car for me and filled my tires up with air before I picked it up. Can t recommend this place enough and will be referring anyone here for collision repairs.Service: Body & Trim

0 stars..The guy Bobby, who I'm assuming is the owner, is very nonchalant and rude. Very unprofessional. He barely wanted to deal with my insurance company when I told him there was a claim. When questioning Bobby about what repairs would be done, he got upset and told me to come pick up my car. He did not repair a thing. Basically wasted my time. Would not recommend. If you're looking for an established and knowledgeable shop, go elsewhere.

I had to get the passenger door of my GMC Acadia repair, I shopped around and got estimates from 4 different body shops, when I went to Platinum Repair, I met with the owner Bobby, in the first few minutes I sensed that he sounded honest and credible, I gave him the job. He promised the car will be ready in a week and sure enough it was. Bobby did an amazing job, I couldn t tell if the car door was ever damaged, it looked brand new, he was more gracious to touch up few other minor dings. I give him 5 stars for his integrity and workmanship. I will highly recommend him to anyone who would need and body work for their vehicle. Bobby did an amazing body repair job to my wife s Toyota Camry that had been badly hit & rear ended recently & insurance wouldn t cover it. He was so easy to work with, repaired & completed as promised, & all at a very affordable price. Also washed it, vacuumed it, & even shined the tires before we picked up. Bobby is an amazing person to work with. He is responsive to phone calls and really puts pride into his work. He did a wonderful job on my Camaro. I am really picky and I was very impressed with my car repair. He went out of his way to get me custom decals that were unavailable for this model. Highly recommend this body shop. You won t be disappointed .

I took my car to Platinum collision to get an estimate. Bobby was very helpful and honest from the beginning so I dropped the car off to get the repair done. Tow days later when I went to pick up my car job was done to highest level of quality and they even clean inside and outside of my car. I can t say enough good things about this shop.I would highly recommend Platinum collision to whoever is looking for a quality job with a fair price.Thanks Platinum collision

Platinum Collision Repair went above and beyond in dealing with my repairs. The manager, Bobby, was fast and efficient, and had all repairs done on my car quicker than promised which was a nice surprise! I really appreciate his professionalism not to mention the repair looks superb. I would recommend Platinum Collision Repair to anyone!Thanks again Bobby; my car looks great! I recently took two of my vehicle's to have Bobby fix some deep scratches in them and he did a great job! He has been doing painting and collision repair for 20 years and it shows...he is very fair on his pricing and a great guy to work with. My daughter's 2014 Prius was rear ended by a hit and run driver on I-75 and my insurance company wanted to recommend a national brand for the work on the car. I own a small business in Marietta and I wanted to work with someone local, like myself, who was supporting the community as well as his family. Seeing his reviews on Google instantly sold me. I could not be more pleased with not only the way the car turned out but the overall experience. My insurance company recommended this chop shop for a bumper repair. The man that answered the phone was an a$$hole, I went to get an estimate he was so grumpy didn t want to call to make a claim to get my car fixed. He insisted that I pay the money up front as he didn t want to wait for the payment from them. He initially told me it would take up to 2 days then he told me it would take 4 days. His company will not ever work on my car, I have reported his company to the BBB..Service: Body & Trim

Long story short, my truck was vandalized by pieces of sh!$ while I was out of town. I looked around at different places and all of them were outrageously over priced. Bobby and his crew really took care of me. I highly recommend anyone seeking a fair, honest, and reasonable price with excellent results. This place has high ratings for a reason. Bobby was great!! Fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time. Also fixed my tire that had a nail in it AND detailed the car inside and out!! I definitely recommend and will be sending people his way!

I chose this body shop instead of the one USAA wanted me to go to. My rear bumper and a chrome piece on top of the bumper needed repaired. Took my car on Monday and by Wednesday it was done. The bumper looked great but the chrome piece didn t fit because insurance ordered an after manufacturer part. So I called the insurance n spoke with someone who was very rude. Bobby from the body shop also talked to them and still got the same results. They said that s what they use n basically I was SOL!! Bobby told me don t worry about it he wanted me to b 100% satisfied so he would buy the part himself and put it on. So Friday I got a call from Bobby he had the part. I took my car after work and sat about a half an hour while he replaced the part. It now looks like it was never hit and everything fits!!! Thanks Bobby for going out of your way!!!
